10/10 highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care! We recently moved to the area and had some issues with our car that has been transported from CA. Thankfully Greg, Mike, and Brandon went above and beyond to help us out, and they took great care of what needed to be fixed, they even made suggestions on what our options are to help us better decide. They are very friendly and had wonderful customer service! We will be repeat customers and would recommend them to all of our friends! Thank you so much to the whole Precision Tune Family!!! You guys are the best!!

Loved the service I received at precision tune. From the time I walked in they were very helpful. Also, didn't have to wait long at all for my oil change. Great price, I've been using them for years.

Been coming to this place for 4yrs. And I'm always here at 730, they open at 8. They are never on time. And it's always an issue with service when I come thru. And it's only for a simple oil change. The only reason I come here, is beacause they're the cheapest in town that I know. If they were more organized and professional, it would be a dependable shop. Don't come here if you have other appointments.

Brandon, Mike, and "Big" Willie were awesome! In addition, to the special they were running on oil changes, also I received a 10% discount for being an educator! They provided the best customer service I've received in a while. PTAC, if you didnt know already, Brandon is a keeper!

I called Precision Tune after I hit a concrete triangle in a parking lot and ripped the skid plate from under my car. He said come on over curb jumper and let me look at it... I started laughing but drive straight over there.They pulled me in without any wait and started to look under my car. In about 10 minutes the technician said I put in new "clips, plugs, screws" ( I forgot the name) and there is no charge!! God Bless you guys!! I'm riding with silence again. I appreciate your help so much!! I am a 63 year old woman with a limited income and this made day!!Tina

I m very satisfied with the service I received at this shop. My car was burning/leaking oil when I brought it in, and Mike and Brandon were incredibly helpful and patient with my questions. My car is running great! Will definitely return here for future maintenance.

I had just gotten off work and went to Dollar general when my battery would not start so I went to AutoZone and bought a battery but they wouldn't change my battery I had to call a coworker to take me to get the battery but I was just looking for some place that would change my battery over and I get to precision tune Auto Care the place I just closed and one of the employees there took his time out when the place was closed and changed my old battery to my new battery five stars all the way he was a godsend position tune Auto Care is my spot from now on five stars

I visited Precision Tune Auto Care a couple days ago and had a GREAT experience! I had a couple of minor repairs that needed attention...not only did they repair my vehicle needs, they gave me a GREAT price when they could have easily charged more. They were honest, courteous, and fast. Therefore, I will be a customer for life! THANK YOU Brandon, Greg, Mike, Gavin and Alison for making my day. GREAT job guys!!

You guys are great, fast and accurate on all of my repairs, plus better pricing. Also, thanks to William Speed Towing. He was very nice, good pricing and didn't damage my vehicle with towing. He even towed it there in the rain. Thank you all!

I m a professional driver and Engineering major, so I respect the art of mechanics. I was legitimately stunned by the quick diagnostics and ticket turn around. Got to say these guys are great at what they do, had an issue with an over tightened oil filter that I unfortunately tore the lower part off trying to remove. Call these guys up and immediately got me taken care of as well as provided the tow to their shop! Can t say anything bad about this place or the great work they provide. All I had to do was leave the keys in my 2017 Tahoe this morning and everything was taken care of for me during my work day. Can t say Thankyou again enough guys. made the wife happy

My driver side front wheel bearing was going out and I needed a quick replacement of the wheel bearing and hub assembly. Mike, Brandon, and Willie did excellent work and were able to get me in and out in less than 2hrs!

michael mccoy and his team was friendly the whole precision tune experience. from the time i called to see how long the wait was for a oil change to fulfilling all my requests and answering all my questions. he found my oil leak which was the last technicians fault who didnt screw something completely tight. he set my reminders to visit in 6 months for a oil change. those guys are very friendly and QUICK. they also added air to my tires ;)i would recommend this precision tune for sure!

Alyson, Mike, Brandon and Gavin were wonderful and went the extra mile to make sure they not only fixed our vehicles automotive issue but they also showed and explained very well the problem and showed me first hand. I really felt like I have found a future home for most of my automotive needs with the Family at Precision. They got our vehicle back on the road as if we never had a problem, all within the same day. Thank y'all so much for such 5 star service and we look forward to our future relationship with Precision for our automotive needs.
