I had a simple routine oil change. The new management was very professional and quick with the service. The next day, I had an issue with noise when I turned my ac on. Reach out to them they fix the issue that was not part of what they worked on. It was my ac fan motor that went out. They ordered the part and installed it. Car runs smooth without noise and issue. Thank you all for your great and honest work.

What an amazing experience at Prescion Tune! I brought my Mercedes here for an oil change and brake replacement. Since I have had my vehicle I have been taking it to the dealership, sometimes paying over 600 dollars in labor alone. Here I was able to take advantage of an oil change special they were running, paying less than 1/4 of what I would normally spend. They were also VERY upfront and honest concerning any questions I had. They showed me the brake pad wear and tear, further establishing a sense of trust and I was able to see the job being completed. These folks are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend their services, especially if you are a female not wanting to get taken advantage of. Lee (I believe that is his name) is a star and makes the experience all the more better! The prices here are mind blowing compared to the dealerships, and they too have ASE Certified technicians.Do yourself a favor and go here!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Lee has amazing customer service,very knowledgeable, great prices, honest and quick service. I would highly recommend this location on Navy Blvd. This is my go to spot and it continues to show me why.

I m so thankful I stopped here to get my oil changed on my vehicle. I m not familiar with the area but the staff were friendly and helpful. The affordable prices were an added bonus. Definitely stop by here if you want your oil changed or brakes replaced, they can service it all.

Very friendly and professional service done here at Precision Tune Auto Care on Navy Blvd. Even on their busiest of days, I was still able to get same day return on my brake repairs. I highly support visiting here again if I run into any more issues with my vehicle.

Fast and professional. They were very knowledgeable with the issues in my car and was not getting the runaround like most mechanic shops do. They inspected just about everything in the car for free. I am definitely coming back for my routine maintenance.

My experience today at precision auto tune was good. I will recommend others to visit here... The workers are very generous and respectful they are also very thorough when explaining the problem with your vehicle and will recommend you the best option. Overall I'm well- satisfied.

They've always been up front and honest with me. This buisness takes the time to explain the work being done and the parts being replaced. The prices are better here than at the dealerships, and they too have ASE Certified technicians.

Went on February 1 and even though they were busy with every bay already full they were able to check under the hood, test drive and diagnose my suv's problems putting my mind at ease about the noises it was making and gave me estimates for the future repairs I would need. The staff was friendly and compassionate and the waiting room and parking lot were clean.

Our truck had some issues on our way to Pensacola for thankgiving like it lost power. I pulled the codes and it appeared to be a fuel pressure issue. Jamie and his guys took a look right after thanksgiving, determined it was one of the fuel pumps and had it replaced and back on the road within 24 hours. Great service, fair price and good communication. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Prescion Tune, great experience all around. Staff is phenomenal, service superb, and the work needed is done. Foreign approved in my books. Also check for any specials that may be going on. They can be easy to miss!

We traveled from Chicago to Florida in search of some warm air for the first time in a while. When I arrived in Florida, I noticed something strange about my car's brakes. It seemed to be in a pretty bad condition, so I immediately searched for it, found this repair shop, and brought the car in. Jamie responded quickly and we were able to continue our journey safely. I called to say my 12v electric system wasn t working. I am camping in Florida from Canada and need that system for my gizmos to charge. Jaimie told me to bring it by. He came out, diagnosed a blown fuze and replaced it for me free of charge. I was blown away by his kindness and skills. Good karma.

Jaime is great! Brought my Mini Cooper in after I was quoted $900 by another shop to have my brakes bled and pads changed. He did em for around 500 with military discount! 10/10 would recommend.

Jaime was absolutely fantastic!! Professional, and throughly explained things without making me feel like I was dumb for not knowing! He actually cares if your car runs and doesn t try to swindle you for things you don t actually need.
