First, let me say, I love my Camaro!!! 2018, only been serviced at dealerships. Took it in for a new convertible top switch, new rear tires, and detailing in and out. How disappointing!!! I ll not drag this out. HEED MY WARNING, if you value your vehicle, stay away from Pete Moore Chevrolet. They aren t even qualified to detail a vehicle. Still in the process of getting them to repair their damages to my interior. My new rear tires leaking and the part of my headliner that had to taken off to repair the switch is hanging loose. I thought it was because I m a female, but after reading the rest of the reviews, it s just because Pete Moore sucks.

Don't Take You Car Here for Repairs. Car was overheating and after 160 diagnostic fee, had them put in a water pump and thermostat. They said valve cover gasket was leakinG. I knew there was oil smell and oil collecting where a bolt was recessed. $2100 for repairs!!! Said that was too much but they said they had a 2 year guarantee.My wife said the oil smell came back after a couple of hundred miles and looked under hood where oil was accumulating in same spot. TOLD HER TO TAKE IT IN FOR THE TWO YEAR GUARANTEE.THEY TOLD HER IT WAS A NEW OIL LEAK AND WANTED $3100.00 TO FIX IT. WARANTY WAS FOR OLD LEAK. I TOLD THEM IT WAS SAME SMELL AND LEAKING IN EXACT SAME SPOT. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOIDDO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I actually ended up not receiving the services I asked for. But in defense of the business. The lady taking my service order was a brand new employee under fresh training. And I could see the tablet she was using was quite complex looking and would take some time to learn. She was super extra kind and compassionate and caring and courteous my entire exp with her though.I ended up following up to an email from the service manager wanting to know how my service was and was I satisfied. I wrote back how I felt and he personally wrote me to speak with him about it. That is when we discovered my order was wrote up wrong and although I did pay for the service. It was not executed properly.We ended up speaking on the phone and he told me he was mailing me a check refunding me for the detailing service right away. And even offered me a free oil change as well upon my next visit because I live in Pennsylvania and I was down for a family emergency unexpectedly.So I'd say my star rating went from a 1 from day of visit up to a 4 after speaking with them being guest recovery seems of upmost importance to them. And the stars is likely to be changed to a 5 once I come for my next visit. Very friendly place and I have no ill feelings whatsoever after we straightened things out. You won't find above and beyond hospitality and friendliness such as here where I live in Pennsylvania.

Our truck went into limp mode near Pensacola as we were driving across the country. We took it in Monday morning and they prioritized our repair and had us back on the road that day. Amazing service. They went above and beyond to help us when we were stranded. Highly recommend them!

Will never go back to Pete Moore Volkswagen. When I had an issue with my Volkswagen they told me 5 weeks before I can bring it in. Love my car hate their service. Or rather no service.

I took my vehicle in to get a temperature sensor replaced. The woman who checked me in ran a diagnostic and said yes, it's your temperature sensor. She said it will be around $900.00 to fix it. She also said it would take about a week. I said I had done my research and the part is fairly inexpensive. She assured me that the majority of the cost will come from labor. I told her I would call around. I went back the same day to retrieve my vehicle and take it someplace else. I ended up taking my vehicle over to Bobe's Garage at the corner of Gulf Beach Hwy and Sorrento Road. He had my vehicle back to me the next day and my total cost was $132.20. I can't believe the price difference and will never trust Pete Moore again.

Walmart rib the motor high after oil change so I took my van to Pete Moore to be checked out I told them what happened by Reverend my motor up Pete Moore said they cannot say what caused the problem they didn't tear apart or anything and then they charge me $160 for diagnostic they didn't tell me nothing about that the tow truck took my van down there I didn't even go down there I'm on a fixed income power know they're going to charge me $160 I want to take it down there and besides Walmart told me to take it to the dealership the other one should pay for it I would advise not to deal with Pete Moore nothing but scam to me

Thank God for angels on earth like Rhett and the service team with Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola. Rhett went above and beyond to help me out when I had car issues while vacationing with my kids over 9 hours from home. They were able to diagnose my issues related to thermostat/AC, figure out how to get the issues addressed and adjusted service schedules so that I could have my car back and in working order with AC in less than 24 hours and just before a long 9 hour drive back to Arkansas. Pete Moore Chevrolet and Chase, the sales rep I dealt with did what I thought was impossible. My previous vehicle had broke down and I had to take an Uber back and forth to work which was very expensive. I went to Pete Moore Chevrolet not really expecting a lot. I only had $1,000 fir a down payment. Few hours later I drove away in a 2021 Nissan Sentra. As far as I'm concerned Pete Moore Chevrolet and Chase saved my job. I would not have been able to afford to keep taking an Uber back and forth to work and would have lost my job if I didn't have dependable transportation. I highly recommend this place. If you're looking for a quality used car ask for Chase. Chase was very patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns. And he worked hard to get me into a nice car. He was generally concerned about me having reliable transportation back and forth to work. He did not want me to get a car that may cause me problems. I was surprised when he showed me the cars that I qualified for. I really never thought I could afford those nice of cars. Thank you Chase and Pete More Chevrolet.
