The manager was very nice and didn't talk down to me because I'm not a tire wizard. Philip, the mechanic, was very efficient and returned the car clean. I would and will return for any future tire repairs/replacement I may need.

They were great! Had a problem with my truck that turned out to be as bigger issue than expected but they got me up and running in no time and we're very reasonable wit the price.

The pep boys crew has taken very good care of me and my family over the years and this was no different. They searched for the parts for my car and found them. This crew is amazing

Seems like an honest & experienced crew. Will be returning. My previous mechanic sold his business and it wasn't good after that. Found another good crew to maintain my vehicles now.

Jeremy has helped each time I have been in there for mechanical issues or tires. He is very honest and always helpful ! He makes things an easy transition and I would refer anyone to him for your vehicle needs ! I needed a patch for my tire and he was able to get me in and complete the job. Definitely takes pride in his work. Thank you !

Our car suddenly wouldn't start after work, so we wound up getting it towed to Pep Boys. Service was quick and kind; they charged us a diagnostic fee to look at the car, but when the issue wound up just being the battery, they took that fee off the price of the battery. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you!!

Took car in for a brake job not knowing exactly what needed to be done just that my brakes were making an awful noise. I feel like they fixed what needed to be done at the time and didn't try to upsell me. Fast, reliable, honest service at a fair price. I'll be back Pep Boys! You worked hard, honestly and earned a lifetime customer. Thank you!I also feel I need to add; whoever is running their customer service software/program is doing a great job! The ability to check the progress as its being worked on, the inspection report being emailed over, super smooth process. Nicely done tech dept!

Came in on a Sunday last minute to get my oil changed before a road trip. They were super friendly and immediately started servicing my vehicle.Free coffee in the waiting room was a plus! Reasonable prices for an oil change especially with the included inspection and tire rotation. They work quickly and the staff was happy to answer my car noob questions.

I made an appt. Showed up for the appt. Jeremy was talking on the phone with a friend/acquaintance. I stood at the reception desk for three (3) minutes without acknowledgment from Jeremy. He continued talking on the phone. I told him that I had a nine appointment, told him to cancel it, turned and walked to the door. Only then he motioned for me to hold on. I walked out. I try to spread my business out, but i will not return to this pep boys. NOT RECOMMENDED and just yuck!

I left a review with this Pep Boys about two years ago where I talked about how every time I come to this Pep Boys I feel like I'm getting a great deal and great service. It's been two years later--and every time I come to this Pep Boys, I feel like I'm getting a great deal and great service.We managed a flat in my wife's car driving around Beulah. When we had it towed up to Pep Boys, they told us it probably wouldn't be ready until Monday. However, we received a call at about 5:30P. They told us it was ready--and even though they closed at 6:00P, they'd have no problem holding the doors open a little bit to let us pick up the car.When we got there, they handed us the key to the car, let us know that it was no charge to plug the tire, and we were on our way.Same day service when I figured we'd have the car back on Monday? Expectations exceeded.No charge on the plug when I figured I'd be buying a new tire? Expectations exceeded.Thanks, again, Pep Boys. :)

I got my truck AC checked on yesterday. The service was quick and great. I was provided with information about what they did as well as recommendations that I would might want to consider in the future. It was a.very pleasant experience.

This is the best Pepboys I have ever been to the service is great every time. The staff is very respectfully and friendly. I have recommended countless friends and family members to them. They take your vehicle in at your appointment time and they re super efficient. We all know how it feels to have an appointment time and still not have our car serviced at that scheduled time.

My Lexus was squealing really bad when I had my A/C or defroster on. I was worried that a major heating/cooling fix was needed. Called to see if I needed an appointment. Was told to just come right in. Left the car with the Pep Boys staff for a bit. They looked it over and a few hours later called me with great news. Everything was operating great, just needed to tighten the belts. Fixed the issue and topped off my experience my not charging me a dime for their efforts. Super friendly. Very efficient. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you can't figure out the issue with your car.

Exceptionally honest. My daughter had already agreed on four tires and they called her back to let her know that she did not need a full set. Very impressed.

They were efficient getting my tires put on and having the alignment done. However, I ve had to take the car back to have the weight put back on my front right wheel. Before I even made it home it had once again flung off. Also, I had no problem with my TPMS until they rebuilt it with the new tires, now having to take it to the dealership to have the weight properly applied to my front right wheel and have the TPMS inspected and potentially replaced at $300 a tire.

*** Added +1 star because corporate was able to resolve the matter to my satisfaction, but I still won't be back to this specific location. ***In for 4 wheel brake job, rotation, balance. Picked vehicle up with a new check engine light, vibration at highway speeds, and speed- dependent squeal. Had a different shop look at new issues and they found a disconnected vacuum line, misbalanced wheels, and - most concerning - the brake pad retainer clips bent in such a way as to make contact with the rotors full time, despite the pads being essentially new. Buyer beware! The only reason for the second star is the fact that the friction components WERE new, so at least they really did change them out. Won't be back to this location.

Excellent treatment and speedy service, despite how backed up they were. Went in to get my rear tire patched and they ate the charge! Pep Boys have *always* done good by me, and that counts extra nowadays. 11/10!!

I have had a great experience with this particular pep boys store. I discovered this morning that I had a nail in my rear right tire. It was the same tire they changed for me when I slid off the road back in April of 2022. I was able to drop off my car today on my lunch break and was able to get a ride back to their shop after I got off work. They are respectful, efficient and genuine car mechanics to work with. I am definitely planning to continue to work with them when it comes to my Malibu. Thank you all so much for your help.

I have visited this particular PepBoys multiple times over the past few years. There s no other place I want to visit to work on my car. Each time I ve visited the store, Greg, the store manager, has assisted me. He is always kind and attentive to the needs of my repairs. Also one of the times, he went to the extent of making multiple calls to check on prices of rims for me since I had a bent rim. I had no idea he was going the extra mile until the end of my visit. He presented me with the info from his research. It makes the experience even better when someone goes above and beyond for you. Thanks to Greg and his team for always taking excellent care of me!!
