This was a really disappointing service. I had a 1:30 appointment and was told that they could not get to me until later possibly as late as 6 o clock. The online scheduling does not talk to the system in the franchises so they do not know how backed up they are with walkins. I was actually asked if I could wait that long to get my oil changed. In their favor, the service attendants were great, they were very friendly, and tried to accommodate as best they could with the tools that they had.

I picked up a screw in a tire while driving a rental car in downtown Pensacola. The rental company directed me to the nearest Pep Boys. I was only a few blocks from this location, so I drove over and they were super helpful. Joe, the manager, requested an authorization from the rental car company, got the tire changed, and had me back on the road within half an hour. Very helpful, professional, and courteous

We had battery issues with my wife's vehicle. We jumped it once and nearly had to jump it again. I called Pep Boys and took it straight into the Cervantes location in Pensacola near the end of the day on a Saturday. With little notice, they fit me in and replaced the battery in less than an hour. I was amazed how quickly it was done with professionalism and courtesy. Would DEFINITELY recommend this Pep Boys to all as the staff was friendly and the job was done fast at a very reasonable price!!

I had an issue with the tire pressure monitor system in my car. Joe had it diagnosed within minutes. Didn't have time to leave it that day so I brought it in the next day and they had it done in Indy an hour. Great service from Joe and Fred, highly recommend.

Another great experience here. Joe is a great guy and he and his team had my oil changed, tires rotated (and filled with air) and brakes inspected all for under $90! It's rare that you find a car shop that you don't loathe going to. I hope it's always like that at this location.

Joe the manager was awesome from the time I stoped by to schedule an appointment till the day I was scheduled. He quickly got my car in when he learned I was going to wait for the service to be completed. Although it was a simple oil change he treated me as if I had come in for 4 new tires or a life long customer. Will definitely recommend Pep Boys.

A day or two after taking our car to pepboys for one problem, multiple problems "magically" seem to appear. Then we have to take it back. Stupid of us not to catch on the first time. Every time they fix the car, something else breaks soon after. In my opinion, they mess with the car themselves to get return customers. This happened 3 times but never again.

Service was Excellent, Professional and Friendly staff. I had an appointment and although I was only having an oil change and tire rotation, they had me in and out in a little less then an hour. The service check showed that it's time for an air filter, so I'll be making an appt shortly to have the air filter changed.

This is the second time I ve brought my truck to this location. Each time I ve received products that are hard to find and had to be ordered. I was given a good price, and the service has been exactly what was relayed to me. Accurate timelines were provided and met. Every expert was easy to talk to and very helpful.

Didn't like the fact i got laughed at, when trying to explain myself. Then I was told the only way they could fix my tire pressure sensor code is to have them get four new sensors and install them. Which I just had four brand new sensors put in.

They filled all 4 tires because my car said I had low pressure. They did it quickly and for no charge! They are incredibly nice. Thank you.

Had my car done here. Had to return same day to get engine light turned back off after servicing engine, brake lights and brakes here. Had all brakes done here and had car accident on the highway and almost had a fatality because of the air in the brakes and brakes wouldn't work, so had to go into incoming traffic on the highway and hit railing to get car to stop, so car is totalled, and had to go to emergency room.Just went on a long trip in rental car from Virgina to Florida with no issues in rental car.Even though, they say they have warranties on their products and services, they don't honor it, so won't use them again and still paying for the bill from the faulty services now without the possession of my car.Thanks for the response, but I did contact several times the branch store that I got my services from and the live chat and nothing was donePeace Shalom

I needed a quick air up to get to a garage for a tire repair. Pep Boys was too busy to get my car in that evening, but they were happy to help get my tire aired up enough to make it to the garage. I'm always happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the Pep Boys staff.

Went in to have my battery checked.They said it seemed fine and they couldn't get the hood open and charged me $70 anyway.The next day my battery died.

Jesus took really good care of us when we pulled up. He put our spare on in less than 2 minutes and I left the rim so they could put a new tire on it. Everyone was friendly from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend!

Thorough and friendly. They will, however, tell you that something needs to be replaced based on your mileage, and you may have already replaced it.

I had a leaking tire, I arrived with out an appt. Pep boys took great care of me . I bought a new set of tires, abattery, and windshield wipers. The installed all in a timely manner even tho I didn't have an appt. All workers were very friendly.

Had heard favorable remarks regarding service at my local store, and needed a lot of repairs done to our car in a short amount of time. Talked to Brian, the store's ASM, and liked what I heard. Scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off, and later that same day had a complete oil change, 4 new tires, 4 new rotors, 4 new brakes, a Coolant Flush and exchange, and recommendations for further items to be replaced for safety concerns. Extremely pleased with service and personnel.

I would not recommend going to Cervantes Pep Boys, because when I came there to get air in my tire when I was low, the man asked me if I can get out myself and do it myself when they the one that always do it. Now they shouldn t start. Somethings saying that you re post to do it yourself or customer should do it, I would recommend 9th Ave., Davis Highway any other Pep Boys but not on 300 E Cervantes St, Pensacola, FL 32501

Am very happy with their service.I bought car battery here. They fixed it very well. But they took 3hrs for fixing battery... Long waiting time.Mr Brian service manager was so friendly.. Thank you Pep boys

Not only did it take 6hrs to plug a tire I dropped off.i still had to pay full price. Also went back because I was ask to come to talk to service guy on duty and ge said ge wanted to apologize for the time frame but belive me he didn't mean a word he said.
