If I could give a no star I would They have had my car for a week now and from the moment we walked in the guy at the front counter had an attitude because my car is under warranty and the only thing I have to pay is $100 deductible no matter what s wrong with my car. He argued with us and told us no you re wrong you ll have to pay for this this and this, and when I called our warranty company they insured me no you only have to pay $100 and his attitude got even worse my Transmission in my car needed to be replaced. He told me that he would order the part on Monday. When our warranty company gave him the OK and they did . he told us it would take a day to get the transmission and a day to take it out in a day to put it in that I would have my car no later than Thursday and here we sit on Saturday I still don t have my car and now he s telling me it will not be ready until Monday cannot give us a reason why it will not be ready until then and why he continuously lies to us does not call to give us no updates we have to call them and if we question his why he hangs up on us this is not how a business should be run I understand it s a corporate business a box business but why would you want someone representing your company who acts like this who argues with you from the get-go I have never been treated badly by Pep Boys. We usually use the one in Milton and they re amazing but the one on Davis Highway sucks , they re rude. They want to argue with you and he speaks you just to try to get his point across shame on y all.

Quinton saved the day! We came to the store about 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday night with a blown tire situation. He assisted us with putting on the spare to "get us by for a while" which was awesome. We took the car on the spare back to the store and he was able to put a new tire on the rim and on the car with only 20 minutes left before closing. It was a blessing we were able to find someone so kind that was more than happy to help us. He is truly an asset to Pep Boys!

Worst service.They lure the money if you are not aware of the problem,They charged me for wheel rotation, where i have asked for wheel alignment.And my brand new tyre got bad because of them.Better get serviced in different place.

Awesome place for your tires! Quinton helped me and has amazing customer service skills. I left very satisfied and feeling as though I paid a fair price. No one pressured me into anything or made me feel pressured. I will absolutely go to this facility again,should I need it in future. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service! My wait time for the service of my vehicle was not too long and I was able to catch up on some emails and do some work. My vehicle's issues were resolved and I was able to drive it normally upon leaving. I highly recommend Pep Boys for your vehicle service needs!

Job was partially done. Staff prioritized filling in computer information rather than helping customers. Head operator/manager got upset when I claimed they didn't rotate my tires. I marked the valve stem on the rim with a sharpie and sure enough it stayed in the same place. Took me into a room to show me a security camera recording of proof, and continued to raise his voice and remain in a disgusting tone after he showed me it. Appeared that the worker took off the tire but never moved the positions. My driver side still has the same marking on the tire emblem, rim, and valve stem. Won't be back, treat your customers more nicely rather than how you did. The customer is always right.

I was impressed with the care they took while replacing my tires!! All lug nuts are hand torqued instead of being slammed on as tight as an impact will make them. Great job guys, Ill be back when I need tires!!!

I don't use Pep boys in general because most of my experiences have been unpleasant with them and their prices are outrageous compared to other stores.

I had a flat tire late on a Saturday and they did a fantastic job helping me replace the tire so I could drive safely home. Other stores in the area said it was too close to closing time for them.

I have an older car, a 1999 Dodge Stratus. When I need mechanical repairs Pep Boys is the place I go. They continue to take as excellent care of my car now as they did when it was much newer.

Great price on tires but waited almost 3 hours even though I had an appointment. One lug nut put on my vehicle was not OEM and the paper floor mat and one tire sticker was never removed.

Quinton was very helpful and great to deal with! We were traveling when we got a flat on a Sunday and my tire size is not easy to find. These guys got us back on the road in no time and we re super friendly. Thank you!

Rick was truly professional. The repair team received my vehicle, identified my problem, and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. From the moment I walked in the door until my service was completed I was treated with a smile and kept informed. I will definitely return to this location for future service.

I called two Pep Boys before deciding to use this location. This location was further than the others I called. The reason for my choice was the lady that answered the phone. She was so polite and caring, absolutely professional. The entire time I was getting my tire changed this employee make me feel welcomed, that she truly appreciated my business, and was so friendly. That's rare these days.

Bo and Austin were very nice. I called because I thought something was wrong with my starter, Bo was courteous and helpful. Once I got the car started I came on up to the store and Austin was helpful and very informative. We are bringing my daughter's car back to get the AC fixed. Thank you for your great service

Honest and reliable. Any time I'm in a jam, I know I can rely on these people. New management and still great quality. I got stuck in Gulf breeze. So had to take my car somewhere in Gulf breeze. Found a place which had 4.7/5 stars. I guess they got new management because service sucked. They saw a damsel in distress. Repair guy said I didn't need an alternator, which I knew was a lie. But with the new distance it takes to go to gulf breeze I just wanted my car back. So I took it with a new battery. Then came home . I took my old battery back to pep boys, which they went above and beyond to get refund. I was planning on getting a second one my alternator died and got my car stuck at home. Got it transfered over there and within a couple days they explained I was right. Also they found out the repair man whoo "fixed" my car left random stuff connected to my car and my battery cable was loose. I had a guardian angel on my side keeping my car together to get home. Once again they went above and beyond. I definitely recommend these people. Once again new management. They could have easily told me I needed new oil, but I told them about me having an appointment with the dealership I bought my new car from, but I got a notification on my car saying it needed to be done now! He looked at my car and said I had plenty of oil.

I went into Pep Boys to get the brakes replaced on my Audi A6, on January 24, 2023. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and inviting. The waiting room was very clean. All of the Staff that attended to me and my vehicle were very polite, helpful, and answered all of the questions that I had!!!I would definitely go back to Pep Boys, if I need some immediate service on my vehicle!!!I also, highly recommend Pep Boys, if your vehicle is in need of service or maintenance, or if you just need a question answered pertaining to what might be going on with your vehicle!!!Therefore, because of all of the above, and the excellent service that I received, I give Pep Boys on Davis Highway,

My son had just started his new summer job and got a flat tire as he pulled into his work parking lot. I found out about it later that morning from his sister so I texted him to call me when he was on his break. We talked about what needed to happen, and since I had some time I offered to call around to see who had his tires. My first call was to RNR who didn t have the correct size, but offered a similar size tire for $1,200 for 4 tires installed. The next closest place was Pep Boys, and I m glad it was. Beau answered the phone when I called and found the best deal for my son. On top of that, since my son didn t get off until 5pm and still needed to install his spare to get the car there, it wasn t going to be until about 6pm before he was there. Beau said No problem! Tell him to come on and we ll take good care of him! We ll do a front end alignment too. Wow! He reminded me of when I was a young man just trying to figure out what to do when my car broke down (brakes, wheel bearing, tires, tune up, etc) and an older men took the time to mentored me in what to do. That s what I do for others and the Lord paid it back through Beau. I ll recommend the Pep Boys to anyone who needs to have their vehicle serviced as long as Beau is running the show there.

I booked an appointment online for 8:00am on 3-18-2023 for a semi-synthetic oil change because they had a $10 off coupon. When I arrived the service advisor and technician were talking about another customers car. The other customer was not there and I was not greeted even though I greeted them both. After their conversation concluded, I had to write my personal information down on paper even though I booked online. The mechanical service was good, they let me know I needed a cabin filter and recommended a air filter soon. It would have been $118 if they did all that work which takes all of 5 minutes to do yourself, I ended up ordering them online. I was not thrilled to find out my oil change that was semi-synthetic was $68.78 with taxes and shop fees for 2.0L 4 cylinder. I could see paying that for a full synthetic oil change but a semi-synthetic? Ridiculous. I never got my $10 off either for booking online which was also annoying. I won t be back to Pepboys.

Called this afternoon and asked for a manger to speak with about hosting a benefit carwash since I see them a lot in their parking lot. The man that answered was very aggressive with me that I had called several times already (this was my very first call to the store in my entire life) and I was already told no many times and it's a "corporate thing". I corrected him and told him no I actually had never called before I was never told no because if I had been I wouldn't call again. The man was just very rude and accusing. I won't call or ever go back in there again. Thanks for not helping the kids raise money!

Website took me right to headlight repair. I made the appointment. Had immediate service was given two fair options; selected option one go ahead and replace it was all done for a good price.

Hard working, honest employees. Brought my wife's car here to get brakes done (computer said it needed new pads) but after Rodney inspected it they let us know that the brakes were fine and did not need changing. Money is tight so a $375 brake job (although a very good price!) was an expense we could do without right now. They could have easily done the brakes and I'd not known, but the honesty and integrity of these guys is so very much appreciated. Thanks Rodney and Austin, I sincerely hope your owner/management recognize and appreciate your hard work, you guys are an asset to their business.

I took in my late grandmother's roadmaster that had been sitting for a couple years and they were very professional with the required service. Will was very patient with my questions. They found issues that required matinence and even did extra electrical troubleshooting at no cost. At no point did they try to upsell me on extra unecessary services. I drove off with a highway worthy car. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received, especially toward a sentimental car.
