Take your vehicle somewhere the mechanics are honest and care. Was told it wasn't a specific issue, and now that I'm at another mechanic, come to find out it is absolutely the issue pepbpys said it wasn't. Save yourself, your vehicle, and your money and go somewhere else. Poor service here.

I went to get a complete new set of tires. This was mostly a spur of the moment type thing and I was also trying to catch the deal that they had going on. 4 new tires cost $700 and didn t even come with hazard or the alignment. Fortunately, I have a plan that take care of that and I will be getting my car serviced this coming week. The overall service was fine, but I was there for almost 3hrs and even though my car was done no one came and told me. I just so happen to get up and see it parked up front. Like I didn t have anything better to do than to keep waiting.

Pep boys is a great place for your service needs we have a fleet account with them and they are awesome.. no waisted time right in and taken care of. The customer service is great. And very professional. The tech that took care of my truck Tony very professional and quick service. Took the time to fit my oil change in also along with fixing my tire issue Thank you so much Tony for your great service.. It does not go unnoticed

They were really nice but I'm still experiencing the same issue of squeaky brakes, only a day after I had them replaced. Edit: visited them three times but the issue still persistsSecond edit; still no type of resolution, tried to have them fix it 3 times, the 4th time I asked for a refund and they refused even though my brakes still don't work

If you don t want to worry about over paying, and being charged unnecessary high prices don t come here. The place has no sense of urgency, the time estimates are wrong. Just don t waste your time coming here, what you pay and the time your car is here isn t worth it. They don t seem to even care too much about you personally. They just want your money. I do not recommend this place.

I've been taking my car to this Pep Boys since moving to Pensacola in late 2021. I've had nothing but good service. They've been on point regarding appointment times, estimates for time of completion, and being low-pressure in regards to informing me of what is a necessary safety issue, and what are good-to-haves in the future. So far, I'm quite happy to keep coming back here!

Chris, Adam, and Nathan were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They gave my vehicle their utmost attention and care. As a service center with SilverRock, they were able to contact them right away to get authorization for my covered repair. Additionally, they provided many options for repairs that were not covered. They have a very comfortable waiting area, complete with a Keurig coffee maker and charging stations for all your devices. They really treat you like family at this location.

I went here today to see if they had a very rare size of tires that fits on my vehicle, and they did! They were very polite and accommodating. I also appreciate that THEY appreciate their military by giving a 10% discount. All in all I had a great experience and I got the lowest price AROUND!I know this because I shop around for a week before going there. I would encourage anyone else still looking for a no hassle experience to find new tires to go to these guys!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE! I brought my car there and paid 35$ to diagnose a noise coming from the wheel well area. The told me that it was a wheel bearing hub assembly and it would cost almost 800$ to fix. I guess because I am female they thought I would just take their word for it. Well, I said hell no and even though it did not sound like a bad bearing to me, I went ahead and bought the hub assembly for 80$ and started to do it myself. After removing the tire and caliper I started to remove the rotor and out dropped the e brake shoe( or what was left of it) in 3 different broken pieces. The pieces clattered just like the noise I had been hearing ... I was able to fix the REAL problem and return the hub assembly... Pep boys DEFINATELY didn't try and find the issue and probably didn't even move my car from the spot in which I parked . TOTAL RIP OFF, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY..

Me and my husband have tried to give Pep Boys time and time again to redeem themselves we have gone to multiple different locations gotten nothing but terrible service every time as well as our problems never get fixed they only get worse it's convenient that I take my car in and it's running decently well when I dropped off and after getting a service provided that should fix the issue I end up driving off a lot with even worse issues and the same problem still continuing. Your staff do not know what they're doing this location does not know how to treat its customers and I am sick and tired of trying to give Pep Boys in general any chances they are incompetent. They are more of a chop shop than a car repair shop I would never bring another vehicle to any Pep Boys ever again. Find somewhere else there are plenty of other places to go I promise you you won't regret taking your car elsewhere. Do not trust Pep Boys.We have tried locations all the way from Fort Walton Beach to pens on cola Florida and in between and we have never left with good results we have only ever left with terrible results and our issues never being fixed it is now at a different shop where it now has to have parts ordered for the issue that was already supposed to be resolved and we now have to go through and get our money back for all the repairs that were not actually properly.Save yourself time heartache pain and money trust me you're better off going anywhere other than any Pep Boys ever do not make the same mistake that everyone else's coming here made we promise there are better places to go don't do it.Edit to owner - after reading my review why would I trust you to help in any way. You couldn't do your job before so I won't trust you to do it now. I'll instead get GOOD service from a company who actually cares.So of anyone needs GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT WORK GO TO EDDIE HOBBS IN PACE FLORIDAThey are actually capable and people who take pride in good prices, great service, and not screwing customers over.Oh and owner? I call the store to see if I can bring the load early its scheduled for fri 6am10/13 1 of staff members said it was ok and would not be a problem get here and the manager on duty comes put w a attitude about this delivery was supposed to be here since yesterday at 6 am apologize and inform her that I just got this load yesterday was not aware of a late pick up then she tell me it will be like 2 hrs because her employee is 45 minz away and dnt have the carts again with attitude just nasty in my opinion im sorry but I didn't do anything wrong but just trying to make this delivery early

First thing they broke my Cadillac emblem off of my key 2nd thing they did not replace the AC caps back on the line. Left from a loose under the hood just so happened when I open my hood they were still there laying on top.... I called the store to tell the manager he act like it wasn't really a problem

Seemed to have an issue with installing BRAND NEW tires such as the ones pictured because I bought them through Tire Rack, had them shipped to my address, and not them. This after Tire Rack advertised Pep Boys (this exact location) as being a preferred installer.I called Pep Boys before I ordered them last Sunday 3/24/19 to check and make sure they would install them for me, dispose of my old tires, and provide the periodic balance and rotation to keep them in good shape. I also asked to have the alignment checked as well to see if it was still good. Manager I spoke to said all that was possible, it was no problem to have the tires shipped to me, and then brought in to have installed. Quoted me approximately $129. I prefer to have tires shipped to me instead of having shipped to an installation shop due to having ordered tires once (at another shop) and having one of my tires sold to someone else before I got there for a tire installation appointment.After receiving the tires on Wednesday 3/27/19 I called to make an appointment at Pep Boys. I got the pleasure of talking to a rather rude female employee in the tire shop who seemed to only want to tell me what I could and could not have with installation there (something that was already agreed upon before I ordered tires). She also told me I could not have the periodic balance and rotation because I didn't have the tires shipped to the store and shipped to me. She behaved as though I had broken some sort of cardinal rule and was intent on telling me I was going to be bringing in "carry in" tires. For everyone's information in this review, I bought brand new Continental tires which run about $250 a tire for a 245/40R19 size. Eventually after my questioning of her and what she was even talking about, she referred me to a manager. I thought this was my chance to speak to someone with a little more intelligence. I was wrong about this.The female "ASSistant manager" I was referred to had the customer service skills and intelligence of a rock (no personality and just as dense). She was rather rude as well and attempted to try to classify the tires I was bringing in as well. It's very important for no reason at all for the employees at this location to classify whatever you bring in to have worked on and their classification system is that of a typical 3rd grader. Eventually this individual told me that the manager I spoke with on 3/24/19 would be in on Friday (3/29/19). I thought, "Finally! Some useful information."I went by Pep Boys on 3/29/19, asked to speak with the manager and was told by the same "assistant manager" I spoke with the day before that he left for the day. This was 4:00 pm mind you. I was told he would be back the next day and that I could come by again then.I didn't come back. I will never go back.I went to Discount Tire on 3/30/19 and they installed my "carry in" tires. They did a great job and look great on my vehicle! No scratched rims, professional customer service, and treated my car like it was their own.I will also call Tire Rack and do everything in my power to get this location taken off their preferred installer list. Hopefully, I can help someone else to avoid individuals such as these.Update to Response (4/6/19): Since no one took down my name and I didn't even get to the point of actually being able to make an appointment due to the ignorance of the employees at this location, what would the "owner" expect to investigate? If he/she had actually read my review instead of skimming it, they would have actually understood that as well.

Fast and courteous. I had a warranty issue on the battery in my vehicle. They had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Very satisfied and will be back with my future vehicle needs .

They missed diagnose my vehicle and charge me $1000 for a tire rod say my car was in going to the left because of a tire rod when all I needed was a driver side, front tire, which was making my car go sideways and wobble because of a bad front tire, which had a broken belt not a bad tire rod and made me pay $1000. Car still was not working properly. Until I took it somewhere else and they told me my belt was broken on the tire Tires. Which would ve cost me way less more money than $1000 for a tire rod. That was not the problem. A broken belt in your tire makes your car wobble and go and different. Directions not a tire rod that they put on my car to get more money out of me which did not fix the problem. Pep Boys employees and Pep Boys. Corporate was very rude to me after misdiagnosed my car. And charge me $1000 for something that could ve been fixed with one tire.

I wouldn t even trust them to work on a lawnmower. I usually change my own oil, but I was in a pinch last year and had them change it for me in my Lexus GX470. When I got the vehicle back, my steering wheel was covered in oil and grease from the technician. Not a big deal so I let that go. Fast forward to this year when I m changing my own oil again and noticed the skid plate is missing a bolt, and the bolts that are there are all cross threaded. Every bolt cross threaded. They also over tightened the oil filter to the point that I had to let it sit in penetrating oil for an hour and use a wrench to get it off. Definitely will not be going back to this place, they absolutely do not take care of customer s vehicles.

I have been a long time customer and have never had any issues until yesterday. While the techs did a great job on my car the customer service person LEAH was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I asked her if I could pick up my car in the morning and she told me with a clear attitude that it's the end of her techs pay period so pay with the mobile pay option "so her techs can eat".. Unprofessional..then when we ask what was done to the car she rudely hands us the receipt and says "just read this" when asking for further explanation about the receipt and what I was paying almost $2,000 for she obviously doesn't know and yelled at us saying "she didn't work on the car" and "idk her boss is in the hospital with her daughter." While all of that may be true I find it extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful the way LEAH handled the situation and will NEVER use or recommend this place to anyone! As the customer service person who represents the business she did an absolutely trash job at representing the company and I hope she is not a reflection on how the company operates as a whole.I personally work in customer service and know that there is a way to carry yourself and the situation when you get frustrated and clearly she did not learn this in her training. I am very unhappy with my experience and find it very displeasing that she was so unprofessional.

Came in to get a new battery waited less than 30 minutes to get it installed and they ordered an air filter and that came in within the same time frame. I'm always happy and confident about the staff and the work that they do

All brakes done on my F150 XLT. Estimate was thoroughly explained item by item and she happily & patiently answered my questions. I was extremely skeptical from prior brake disaster at another retailer but this team renewed my confidence. THANKS PEP PEEPS!

I have used Pep Boys in FWB and Crestview, although both those stores were great, the Mobile Hwy Pep boys in Pensacola, beats them both hands down! From the moment that I walked into the store until my vehicle was completed it was a pleasure to work with them. I would definitely recommend!

My experience at the Mobile Highway PePBoys was phenomenal. Adam was considerate of what I was dealing with (Squealing AC Compressor) in this summer heat and got my truck in to be serviced the very next day! Nathan the technician is an ABSOLUTE wizard!! Taking care of the compressor, noticing my mileage and making recommendations but without pressuring me... THAT IS SERVICE! Ultimately Adam only charged me (and respectfully so) what I requested and no haggle or guilt tripping like most repair shops. Definetly recommend this dynamic Duo! Adam and Nathan got a customer here from now on! Off Topic, @PepBoys; what's with the snack machine but no Drink machine? Strongly recommend having a drink machine (not coffee bar) in the waiting area. Had to leave and walk to another store across the street for a soda. Would have been nice while in the waiting are to just have it there already. Adam and Nathan, kudos again! Thank you for all you guys did.
