Got in and had quick service! We traveled down from GA and ended up with splitting in my tires, was greatful they were open on a sunday! They were quick and awesome and got the service done so me, my husband and daughter can safely get home.

I called in and received an appointment for the next day. Took my truck in and had service work and also checked for problems in system and was diagnosed right away. They followed my instructions and made the necessary repairs. Everything was explained to me as to what was needed and what they did to my vehicle. Very professional and helpful every step of the way.

Brought my car in for oil change and new breaks. They did those jobs well but upon picking up my car my passenger side headlight was no longer working. This light was working prior to dropping off and was verified to work when they did their vehicle inspection. I called them 5 minutes after I left when I noticed the light not working and the lady Said the tech said they were both working when he test drove it and claimed it must have coincidently just went out in the 2 minutes since I left the shop. It's mind blowing how they can admit the lights were working while in their shop and not take responsibility for the light not working at the time I pick the car up.

While at your location on 549 N New Warrington Rd, Pensacola, FL 32506, I had the best service experience in an Automotive shop I have ever had. Krystal took my phone call, she set up my appointment, I arrived she got my car right in for a tire replacement, was done within what seemed like minutes. I have been in the Automotive business for 25 years. While sitting in your waiting room I witnessed excellent customer service, customers were greeted very fast, krystal and Amanda were working together to make the shop move very efficiently and keep the customers fast. I could not have been more please with the service I received today. I will make sure my company sends as many fleet vehicles here as possible.

Pepboys said I had a screw in the aide of my tire that was unfixable and said only tire in my tire size they had would cost 245 plus tax. I opted out of repair and thank goodness I did because found when I brought to another store my tire had zero issue. Not a tire nail nothing. And other place was charging 152 for same tire switch. However they were actually honest and said my tire was fine with no screw I'm it.

Someone used my personal information to have their car worked on. No one at Pep Boys will contact me about this issue. I can't even call Pep Boys because I don't know which facility worked on someone's car using my info.

Pep boys store number 1537 Pensacola Florida ,Store manager Krystal is a real advocate for her customers and does care.I just purchased a vehicle from carvana which was still within the 100 day carvana extended warranty. The battery died within one week and all 4 tires were not in good shape but I was not in a position to refuse delivery at that time so I called carvana and told them about the battery and my safety concerns about the tires. So carvana told me to take the vehicle to pep boys and when I spoke to Krystal about this situation she said she will do a complete inspection. Krystal advised that the battery needs to be replaced and the tires are worn very low but not to the lowest tread depth to be replaced under warranty. So after voicing my concerns about hydroplaning on wet roads and safety concerns Krystal was able to contact the warranty company silverock and advocate the repairs to them for authorization including the front passenger ball joint which Krystal said was found to be bad during the inspection.she worked very professionally with silverock in getting all of the items approved for replacement. Even if everything was not completely addressed the way I wanted it to be Krystal is highly competent, and is a great asset to pep boys as a company,she treated us with dignity and respect and was very polite,with this type of customer service pep boys will gain and retain lots of customers and in the retail automotive industry that is a win win for everyone in my opinion.Thank You Krystal !Mr. and Mrs. Kee

***SCAM ARTISTS AND FRAUDS AVOID****Charged nearly $4300 for brakes and rotors and a few other minor things. You can buy oem rotors and ceramic brake pads online for $200 for this vehicle. Absolute rip off and they take advantage of people who don t know any better. Per wheel they charged more than all the rotors and pads combined. My poor wife didn t know any better and made a major lapse in judgment and didn t talk to me beforehand. And got sold a bunch of stuff she didn t need because they made it seem like it had to be done. Her car isn t even worth $3,000. All the work they did on the invoice really shouldn t even cost more than $1,500 including labor. I am dumbfounded where they got $4,300 from. I have a friend in the business and works closely with dealers and has the prices for everything. He told me this was highway robbery and these people deserve to get shutdown. They are a bunch of scam artist and frauds.

Showed up ten minutes early for appointment. Was told it may be 2-3 hours longer. I could sit and wait but was not allowed to leave with my car and come back when it was my turn. Make it make sense.

The lady that helped me at Pep Boys was absolutely fantastic. She was so kind and helpful. I could have used two other places to get my tire replaced but drove right past them and went to this Pep Boys because the woman on the phone was so kind

They charged more to change oil than price shown on web. Did not put the plastic cover underneath the engine back on correctly. It now has bolt missing and at least one tab not in correct slot. Rattles when going down road.

I went in for a simple inspection where they failed me stating I needed brakes all the way around because they we almost metal on metal , 2 new tires, a tail light assembly and a few other things. After taking it to another mechanic for a second opinion I was told that none of these things were true and they were just trying to get more money out of me. I will not be returning to this location if any

Not only is the services way over priced they will negate blame for problems they caused. I asked for a brake pad replacement, which cost almost $500, and decided to pay the inspection fee instead. When I got home from buying brake pads I tried removing the nuts. I hand broke all but 2 so I pulled out the impact. Still wouldn t budge, seems like it s cross threaded, so I took it back up there. This morning after a couple hours and me calling up there myself they claim that it was nothing they did . They would try to get it off for me but if anything broke I had to pay for it. After having a heated discussion with management I was told to come pick up my keys. What a joke of a business and a rip off! Go anywhere but this pep boys. No wonder they have so many 1 star reviews. I will be contacting an attorney!

While the counter staff is polite and welcoming there are several indications this business needs to be overhauled from a management perspective. Myself and another member I spoke to had appointments for routine things such as oil changes, tire rotation,etc. My appointment was scheduled for 1030 and they did not take my vehicle for the oil change until 1200. When booking I had several problems. 1) I booked online originally and about 4 hours later I received an email stating I missed my appointment and have to reschedule. I called the office and asked them how I missed an appointment that was for the next day and they said oh you booked online we don't do online booking...... 2) I rebooked for another day and they asked if I would be dropping off or staying with vehicle I stated I would be waiting for it.Day of appointment - I arrive at 1030 stand in line and turn in my keys. They don't come get my vehicle till 12. I sat next to another customer who has been waiting since 9. I'm typing this as I wait and wanted to address a few more issues I witnessed or experienced during my wait.1) counter staff yelling across the room to people with suggested added MX and prices making customers uncomfortable in saying yes or no to the staff member.2) limited seating- if more than 4 people or even a person with a kid or 2 is waiting there is no seating for anyone else.3) There is no parking for customers. There is a lot to the south of the building that should be converted to actual parking for staff and drop off cars so customers have somewhere to park. Several customers got asked to move vehicles sometimes with a little attitude by staff. If this is not your daily place of business I doubt you would know where the restricted areas of parking are. This seems like a regular nuisance for employees and customers and should be adjusted and fixed by management.Between scheduling issues, realistic production windows, customer satisfaction adjustments there seems to be a few things that could be tackled within days to improve these areas. Simply offering water to customers waiting for 2+ hours would be an improvement.

This place was beyond amazing and helpful. They fought hard to make silver rock pay out for my warranty after buying my new car and it having issues that instantly needed to be addressed. Had to come back 2 different days but we got it done. I love that I get text notifications showing my progress and what they discovered. They were amazing. Car runs great. We will definitely go here for now on.

Saw I was leaking a steady drip of antifreeze and brought my vehicle in to get it fixed. I only went there because they were the only place open that Sunday. I m very leery of any auto repair place these days, and I feel I was proven right. I was told my coolant reservoir had a crack in it, and it did. I got the old one back and found the leak, my problem was with the price. I looked up the exact part they ordered as a replacement, and it costs 26 dollars. I was charged 106 dollars for a coolant exchange, 73 dollars for the part, and nickel and dimed for other miscellaneous things. To top it all off they didn t use the nearly full bottle of antifreeze I had sitting in the front seat. I do admit I may just be unfamiliar with the cost of things, however from what I ve looked at compared to other places I was seriously overcharged.Grand total 256.58.For a 26 dollar part and 60 bucks worth of antifreeze.

I took my Transit in to replace the tires, they did a thorough inspection and found my brakes were worn and beyond repair.I got an estimate for the work, approved and got the vehicle back on the same day. They even saved me money from the original estimate.Thanks for helping to keep my vehicle on the road and safe!

This is for Lea. I was a customer named Jennifer. I called right when they closed to let her know l did not have my tire to make a dispute with another company that was initially responsible for the failed patch. She placed me on a brief hold and then told me she had my tire in the bay and l could come pick up in the a.m. l thanked her profusely and appreciated that she answered the phone after hours!!! She then took the the time to call me well after she was off work to tell me that my tire had not only a note but was in the office for me to pick up. She apologized as if it was her fault. It was not and she went ABOVE and beyond by taking HER after hrs time to inform me what was happening . This is customer service nae this surpasses anything beyond customer service .l want to give her more than 5 stars . God bless this woman

Price matched my Sandy Sansing Nissan price quote, which normally I'd prefer them but it's also a Ford car, which we all know what FORD stands for...They did great with their quote and didn't go above pricing. They did do a free code check once it was in the air; so they were able to tell me about the faulty E-Brake, was able to fix on my own with YT Tutorial help.Customer service was at a high, with most people seemly happy to help and respond. Issues resolved within a day, not extremely heavy work but my mechanic friend told me he'd be able to within 3 days. Was able to drive fully on road within about 4 hours after car's delivery.

Service was great, oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. Waited about an hour but that was no problem. I would recommend Pepboys on Navy blvd Pensacola anytime.

Went in for a simple oil change and tune up. They first called and tried to sell me 4 tires when all I needed was one. When I got my car back my check engine light was on, traction control light and tire sensor was now on.These lights were not on before I turned my car into them. Before I left I told them to come see. The mechanic came out and checked my tires. Even though I told him it was my check engine light. He said sorry grabbed the wrong tool. He read the signal and said it's a bad sensor and my car is fine. I said it was not on before I came in. Also why is this light one he said "idk" how long has it been on. I told him not till just now.They told me to turn it back in but I'd have to pay for another diagnostic and if it needed service to be done on it.I use to bring my mother's, sister's and my cars here for these tune ups and oil changes. I will never bring it here again.

Got a nail in my tire, called ahead and the lady on the phone said I could come in then and they would fit me in. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and the service was fast. They were able to pull out the nail and it did not require patch so I wasn t charged a thing!They made sure my tire pressure was all good on all four tires and I got out of there in under 20 minutes. Great experience!

Don't go here!!!!.. very rude!!!!! Ask the guy to check my tire and he said we don't do that here while he was checking an old lady's tires. I guess it's false advertising. Or someone needs to remind the man to not discriminate to disabled people. Very rude!!!! Don't go here!!!!

Leaving a 1 star because it won't allow no stars! We were on vacation, in a rental car, got a huge bolt in the rear tire. Pulled into get some help and we were turned away! The reason we were given was "It's a holiday (Labor Day) and I am already gonna be after 7:00 getting home!" My husband has a serious back condition and we had our 2 year old Grandson with us!!!! The employees were going to watch US change our OWN tire in THEIR parking lot!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer services!!!!

They help me with the brakes and rotors on my pickup truck and had my vehicle done in a few hours and price was good. Lea was very helpful and very friendly. Excellent customer service .
