These guys right here are absolutely phenomenal at what they do.Their customer service is bar none the best I've received, and I can't think of another local business with people so willing to get it right for you.Their front of house Maggie is always friendly and willing to help. Rusty the owner is a gem and really cares about what goes out of his shop, and their prices were honestly mind blowing for the level of quality they deliver.These guys are the real deal. Don't think twice about bringing them your baby, they'll treat it as if it's their own.(My bike and the seat they made for me)

I took my 2017 Honda Civic Sport Touring here to get new leather as I have always wanted black and blue colored seating in my car, plus the heating and ventillating feature for my front seats because I work outside and in the summer time especially, it can be a very hot ride home and my car doesnt come with a cooling feature at all on the front seats. While the price was a little high, the results was worth it as I couldnt be any happier with how it looks. It looks so amazing, the colors are just eye popping and eye candy, and people have already been giving me compliments on the color choice!! Today I tested out the ventillation after cleaning the inside of my car and building up a sweat, I could very much feel the air coming onto my back so this will be very nice to have going into next summer!! The new heating element is also very nice, and although I had a heating option before on my car, the new element is a vast improvement over the factory element as it is a much warmer feel on my back and will be very cozy to have as winter is coming!! If anyone wants new leather with this heat and cooling feature, I would HIGHLY reccomend this place as a first choice. I personally want to thank the staff at Pentons for their work and kindness to make this dream of mine become a reality!!

When I asked Pensacola Motorsports if I should buy a new seat for my motorcycle or add padding, they immediately said add padding and without hesitation referred me to Penton's. Before I even arrived, I had excellent service and as I arrived, it remained the same. Exceptional service! I would refer anyone here!

All around great place. Talked to at least 4 different employees there and every single person provided perfect customer service like they're happy to be serving you. Pricing was good, the time they took to complete the job was great, and I'm very happy with my end product. They fixed some foam in a slightly worn out driver seat in my 1996 Impala SS.

Penton's Auto Trim took care of my 1973 Firebird. They made a rear seat delete, custom seats covers, covered my dash, carpet and door panels. I would recommend them to anyone. They listened to me and gave some great ideas to complete the car. I love my leather seats. They were amazing. Pictures wouldn t do justice.From the first time I walked in I knew my car would be in good hands. The owner reassured me. The best! A local Toyota Dealership quoted me a price of over $500 to repair the console lid in our Toyota Highlander LTD but, PENTON S, who was referred to us by New Era Detailing on Pine Forest Rd, did the job for under $200.00 parts & labor!! They did a remarkable job! The professionals we worked with were so helpful! We would highly recommend PENTON S!

These guys did great work on my 2021 Honda Civic! I had a white leather interior put in with a heating and cooling system. There was a minor issue with the cooling system but the guys at the shop were more than accommodating at resolving the issue quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Penton's Auto for all of your custom interior needs.

Looked all over Baldwin county and a chunk of Panhandle and Penton's was ONLY place that would fix my convert window. They were practically eager! In one day out the next and I'm very very happy with result. Nice folks too.

Excellent customer service and craftsmanship. I live an hour away and picked them because their communication prior to my appointment, their excellent reviews and their upfront and affordable pricing. Shops near me were far overpriced. Being an hour away they did everything they could to not have me wait too long. I arrived at 7am for a VW wagon headliner that was falling down. I was out with a new liner by 1030. Amazing. Would recommend to everyone.

This is the place you take your things you care about. They care about it as much as you do. They know the business. They know the material. They resurfaced a motorcycle backrest for me. Took about 2 days from drop off to the finished call. The material is a perfect match and the reassembly is better than factory. I am going back there. I will find something that needs to be recovered.Update: I also used them to reshape and install impact gel on the motorcycle seat (to help me lower it by an inch). Again, their knowledge and craftsmanship is top notch.

My new car was sent to them as the bottom of the headrest would not stay together. This was the "quality" work I received back from them. Completely unacceptable for a $42k vehicle. The staples left holes in it and let alone it was filthy. Most recently, my heated driver's seat was not working. It was taken to the dealership who sent this back to Penton's and it did not work when I got it back. It was brought back in a second time and they left the heating element boxes under the seat laying on the floor with the wires hanging. The air vent under the seat was just tossed back up under it and not put back. I'm not sure what happens at Penton's, but I would never recommend your services. My car has came back with black marks on the interior front and back of the seat and the post by windshield. My interior is merely white in color. Unfortunately, due to poor warranty work, my car has to go back to them next week to fix what was not fixed correctly. If I have to deal with them for warranty work, it's tempting to trade my car off for another make that does not utilize them.

My daughter owns a VW EOS and needed her headliner replaced. You d think that would be easy, but it wasn t. Not even VW dealer should touch it. Penton s knocked it out in under a day. I think we paid $220. Well worth it.

After doing some research to find the perfect upholstery shop to work on my car, it was very plain to see that Penton s was the winner. Being in business for over 55 years and having hundreds of 5 star reviews (could not find a single bad review) really meant something to me. I made the decision to drive 2 hours to Penton s to have my new convertible top installed on my 98 Corvette and I m so glad that I did. After meeting the staff that was so highly spoken of, I fully trusted these great people with my pride and joy. They immediately got to work on my vehicle and in 5 hours it was done. I was amazed at the craftsmanship and the price was spot on with what they estimated over the phone. Great people, great work, done in a timely manner, and great pricing. Will recommend this place to anyone that needs any upholstery work done and will gladly return myself for any further work needed. went to 3 diff toyota stores. quote was about 5k at each.went to pentons. quote was 600. was done for 250.and they even repaired other things they found while fixing what i brought it in for for free.great people, great prices. no BS.cant say the same for toyota.steven and the manager are excellent human beings and experts at what they do.Services: Retrofitting, Seat rebuilds, Upholstery repair

I spoke with Rusty when getting an estimate on getting my Mustang seats covered. He was very nice, courteous and answered any questions I had on the choices for seat covers. I'm looking forward to having Peytons do my seats and just based on customer service so far, I would recommend them!

They restitched my airbag seams on my 2009 F150. Great job and one day. Price was very reasonable. When I went in I had no idea what was needed. They didn t treat me like an empty headed woman. They treated me with respect and explained what was happening to the seam and offered options. Will definitely use them for future projects.
