Best service and even better people! I m in this area for a little while and needed to get my wife s Mercedes Benz GLE450 B Service done. I had priced this service at the local dealership in Arkansas & here in Pensacola and as expected, any service on her car is expensive. Next available appt, over a month from now in Arkansas & Pensacola. (Yes, that s after selecting just an oil change.) B Service would START at $750-800 at either place. So since we ll be driving back and forth for the holidays, we ve got to find somewhere. Thank God my wife searched and found Pensacola Imports! For a fraction of the cost, literally less than 1/2 of the least quoted by the others, I got her vehicle serviced within the same week! (Day before Thanksgiving in fact.) The honest, integrity, & overall REAL humanistic nature of the owners is what all businesses should model! Thank you (NOT Jeff but) FRED & Greta for providing the best service possible so that I know my family can continue their journey without worry.So anyone knows, these people are so nice, they let me give a shoutout to the wrong name even with Fred s name on the sign out front, & didn t even correct me! You don t get more southern hospitality than that!

Can t recommend this place enough. Took my Audi here for a water pump leak after getting a quote from Bobby likis for $3500 and they literally did the same exact repair for $1200. The people who run this shop are amazing. Great communication, excellent work and customer service. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days but these guys are a breath of fresh air after dealing with other unscrupulous shops.

Very kind and helpful. Some of the best communication I ve ever experienced at a car service shop. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area with a Mercedes or other imported car. No complaints and we will be returning for future car maintenance.

Hands down best place to take your car ! They found the problem with my car in just ONE day to where at palafox imports took months and only messed my car up MORE !! I have went to Pensacola Imports for a few years now, and I just gotta say they are so genuine and honest . They exceeded my expectations and Greta had even called me on a day they were closed to mention that but my car was finished! What a blessing! Her son and husband were working on it together on their free time , it means so much to me , I highly recommend them.Thank you guys for everything you do

Called to schedule a full diagnostic. Was kindly assisted with making an appointment and the soonest available was in two weeks. The day of the appointment only the issue of the door lock was looked at and a full diagnostic was NOT performed. Waited two weeks and a $60 charge for the same information from Google. Disappointed. They must do good work because they're really busy. I just didn't have a good experience. The dealership has spoiled me with the quality and thoroughness in communication and service (or to me it's worth the price), so I'll keep going there.

This is my first Mercedes, so I had a few questions about the one I just bought. They did an A3 Service for a fraction of what Centennial Imports charges and gave me a couple reasonable quotes for some work it will need done. Awesome people! Great work!

Fred and Greta do a great job. I've been taking my car here for 8 years and service is always timely, reasonable cost and honest dealings that you understand. Highly recommends of you have a Mercedes or BMW.

Best Mercedes Certified Auto Shop I have ever gone to. Fred is the best. I would not go anywhere else. Very smart and great job. It's rare to find a Mercedes Mechanic that thoroughly knows every aspect of the Mercedes. Would never go to a Dealership again after having the experience of Pensacola Imports.

Amazing communication, I HIGHLY recommend!!They never once tried to "up-sell", even when I asked about the cost of additional services, they were straight up honest and thorough as to why they weren't necessary. Bad attitude from customer service. They act like you're a nuisance when you come in. They may have broken the A/C clutch on a family members car by driving the car way too hard when diagnosing an issue. I came in another time with two w123 steering spindles and new ball joints to have pressed in, they said come back in about half a month for a 15 minute job and "we won't use your parts, we'll only use what we purchase." So basically if you want are help, throw your new parts away and pay again.

Hands down best MB Mechanic in town. Amazing service. I would recommend 1000%. Dropped off my car, within two days it was fixed. Price was within range and the owner was honest and straightforward about the repairs needed. Good communication.

Took my Benz in for an oil change, that was fine but they left the engine cover off and claimed they didnt. Nobody else has been under the hood of my car so there's no other place it could have been besides misplaced by this shop. We won't return to do business here. Check your vehicle before you leave the shop!

One of the mechanics there loves to talk, even after he said he didn't want to do my work he spent a good 15 minutes talking about why he didn't want to do it.The shop only works on Mercedes and occasionally BMWs. If you have one of those then you might be alright going to this place but I thought the oil change was a little expensive at over $100.

10/10 recommend this establishment! Fred talked me through a somewhat dishonest estimate from another shop and helped me decide what would be best for my car at this moment. His guidance and patience is greatly appreciated! This man deserves 5 stars all day!

Fred is a genius on Mercedes Benz. Extremely kind and honest with his customers. A two week out is required for an appointment, but if it's an emergency he'll work you in.

They call them self imports but can t help me look at my Saab? If I remember correctly that is an import I have money to spend and they didn t even want to look at it even. Never recommend them to anyone
