I ve been going to Pensacola Honda since 2016 for servicing on my vehicle. They continuously provide the very best service on my vehicle while demonstrating exceptional customer skills. Most recently I had Colby as my agent during maintenance repairs. Colby was very good at communicating with me during repairs and provided great advice! He was the best. I recommend Pensacola Honda to everyone I know!

Today I was in to have my Honda serviced and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Since it was a maintenance servicing, I scheduled in advance for a time that was convenient for me. I was promptly met by my service agent, Richard Lord, checked in and was escorted by Richard to the waiting lounge and was offered refreshment. Note: Waiting area very pleasant, clean, relaxing. Richard s demeanor was impeccable. He was polite, informative, knowledgeable and very attentive. My car was finished when promised and Mr. Lord completed the paperwork and escorted me back to my vehicle. I could not have asked for better service. I have had my vehicle service there since I moved to this area 6 years ago and have NEVER had a bad experience there. Highly recommend this business.

My husband and I bought a new Pilot (2023) from Pensacola Honda. We had the pleasure meeting Rich in Service as we were there to get an oil change and I mentioned I wanted to check out the new Pilots. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and followed up with us on the ones that needed clarification. I feel comfortable dealing with Rich for Service and should we want a newer Pilot I would go to him first! I always have a great experience with Pensacola Honda. This time, I brought my van in that needed several things fixed on it. Ericka was my service agent and was courteous, communicative, and straightforward.I used the shuttle service this time around and Byron is an excellent porter! He is personable, professional, and so easy to talk to! He certainly takes care of his people , as he likes to say!!

My initial appointment was at 3pm. I called the same day off and requested an earlier time and they were able to get my vehicle in over 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled. Dave was very helpful when discussing what services I was requesting as well as talking me through the recall for my vehicle. My car was ready w/in two hours. I was guaranteed a ride back to my place and also one to pick my vehicle up when it was ready. I was very satisfied with the help from the staff. Definitely a great place to get your vehicle serviced!

The people were nice and pleasant, however, I specifically told them my tire had a nail on the rear passenger side. I didn't have the lug nut key so I asked them to just replace my lug nuts so I don't have to worry about the key. They did replace the lug nuts but they didn't check the tire... So I drove 138 miles with a nail on my tire. I'll get it patched tomorrow but it just sucks because I went over there to get it all fixed but wasn't done.

Ryan, the service advisor was extremely helpful and patient with me as I unloaded a stroller, diaper bag and my things. Honda Service department got us in and out within an hour for oil change and tire rotation. They even gave my girl a bath and cleaned the inside windshield for me! There was a nice children s area for my son to play with his cars and watch PBS kids. I was very impressed with the experience.

The Honda service dept is great. They fit me in without an appointment when my car had to be towed there. They kept me informed during maintenance. Staff caring and professional. This service dept is so much better than the one at Toy**a that I m used to dealing with. Very satisfied!!

Always a pleasant experience. Melissa was really thorough in my car care. She sent me a list of things that was being done and also a list of things that needed critical attention. I felt most of all that she was professional and she really cared about me as a customer. She knew I was concerned about getting to work and she took care of me getting to work and bringing me back. Mr. Byron was also a joy to know. He took care of me also. Bottom line I always feel good about leaving my car because I know what s in store for me. Thanks so much Melissa.

Even though I entered my car through the wrong side, they told me not to worry. They would take care of me. They were true to the appointment and answered all my questions. Was the best experience ever, and I am so happy. They were done in an hour, and even washed my car!! I will never have to dread going and getting my car serviced. I ll go in the right entrance next time!!! Thanks so much guys!!! I love my accord!

Express service is faster for an oil change and tire rotation than making an appointment. I come here for all vehicle s service needs and every single time that I come in and they make recommendations on items that need immediate attention due to the mileage of my vehicle that was already done the previous oil change. They never look up your service history. Make sure you pay close attention and know your vehicle s service history before you start paying for things that don t need to be done.

The service was excellent. Colby got our vehicle in and out quickly. Our bill was even less than we expected. Great job!! It's not a reason to not go back but they should consider washing and vacuuming the customers vehicles.

Amazing service!! Ryan worked on my car and kept me updated the entire time. Byron was the sweetest and made me feel very comfortable and safe while he drove the shuttle to drop me off while my car was being worked on. I am so grateful and so thankful for such awesome service and wonderful people. Will be returning!

Since moving to its present location, Pensacola Honda s facilities help its associates serve customers more efficiently. The check-in process was streamlined and straightforward. *Update. Fast friendly staff that need to pay better attention to customer instructions! Our car has a $2k ceramic coating and every time we go in there we tell the associates and again they send the car through the automatic car wash! If a customer leaves a service note to not touch paint. Don't touch the paint. This includes NOT sending a ceramic-coated car through an automatic car wash!

All went fine, but when I got home I found the rear wiper was not changed per my request. On the other hand, I was not charged for it. I live an hour away so it s not worth it to make a special trip for just that.

The Pensacola Honda service center is clean and efficient! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation; was in and out within the hour. Every employee I encountered was friendly and I received several compliments on my vehicle. I ll be back.

Wonderful first service experience. Got some reading done and had one of the best espressos in town that are complimentary to service package members. They even washed the thing. It's a little less sexy now but it's clean. The interior is offended by the vanity of the exterior. The owner is so far undecided about vacuuming. Good people. Great product. All service members were very professional and courtesy and treated me and my family with the upmost respect and quality service. The service representative that stood out the most is Colby whom my family and I called each time for quality service or just information required that s needed to perform maintenance on our vehicles. He has always been upfront and honest about what was needed to keep our vehicles on the road. Colby is very professional and knowledgeable and is a great asset to the Honda Team. I have a pilot and have been servicing it here since I bought it. My experience here has always been great. They are all wonderful! The young man who first helped me when I dropped it off in the morning I didn t know his name but was very nice and I wanted to thank you too. I just had few things done to my pilot with mr. Richard lord as my advisor he is super down to earth and a very nice man! As long as I have my vehicle I will continue to bring it here to be serviced thank you Mr. Richard see you soon.

Rich and team went above and beyond! My high pressure fuel pump failed on me with no warning. Even though I was right around the corner from the dealership and didn t have an appointment, the team were able to diagnose and fix my problem in less than two hours, even staying past normal operating hours to make sure I was taken care of. Rich even helped me find and take advantage of my extended warranty which saved me over $1,000 on my repair costs! Will definitely be back any time I m in the area and have issues with my car.

Service writer Erika got me in quick. My truck was done early. And she went out of her way to communicate status of service throughout the day. And she took the time to let me know she had to leave, but all of my paperwork was done and truck was ready for pick up.

No appointment needed for quick lube type (oil, tire rotation, rear diff fluid service, etc) services. Rich Lord was awesome as my service adviser. Got me in and out quick and ensured I received the lowest prices on all services completed.

It was my first visit and I couldn t be happier. They took me right in and explained what they would do. They gave me choices and I felt that they didn t pressure me in any way .Dave DeMint was my service manager and I will always ask for him when I come for my next appointment in April.
