We sent in our BD2 Stanadyne fuel pump off to Pensacola to be rebuilt. We mailed out the old core on a Monday with a letter inside stating please rebuild this pump along with our name, return address, and phone number as instructed by Jeremy in parts / sales department per our phone call. They called us I believe on that Friday to collect payment over the phone for the rebuild. We paid for the item that morning and we had a UPS Tracking Number that afternoon.Needless to say, we received our new pump, and sales receipt via UPS about 5 days later on the following Tuesday. Great turn around time! The new pump looks brand new and was professionally packaged with memory foam packing and wrapped in a heavy duty plastic bag to prevent damage. We could not have asked for better customer service from this company.I don't know where some of the bad reviews for this company have came from but all I can say is that we had a great experience with this company from start to finish and we would do business with them again in the future if needed.We also followed Jeremy's instructions by putting the letter inside of the box with the old pump as he instructed us to do over the phone.Thank You Jeremy For Your Exceptional Service!!!

I have made three orders recently during my repairs as I discovered I needed more parts. Not only did Pensacola Diesel Injection have the best prices I could find in genuine parts, but shipping on each order was extremely fast! Each order arrived to me in Texas within 2-3 business days. I was pretty blown away with their speed and consistency. It helped me finish the repairs I needed without being down for 5-6 days waiting on parts. HIGHLY recommend them and I will check their site first every time before I order anything for my trucks from now on.

I m rebuilding a 6.2 cucv m1009 and confronted the owner about large amounts of sand on the pump after receiving the pump he told me to pull it and send it back offering nothing more than sorry boss we can t do anything to send you a new one until we get that one back. If you want something cheap covered in sand internally and externally go with Pensacola. The owner is trash , the other employees are great but the guy needs to realize how to take care of people because no one in the 6.2/6.5 community has a found opinion of him

No notification of my order being canceled. I only found out when I called. While I realize I forgot to send cores in after a the phone call. Very rude staff over the phone. If I were notified of my order being canceled and told why, I would be happy to resolve any issue. With that being the cores I owe will be sent. Further business will not be conducted. Solely on how the situation was handled.

I purchased a refurbished VP 44 fuel pump around July 2023. My maintenance shop called and told me something was terribly wrong with the new pump. The key kept falling out of the notch; he told me that this would lead to a lot of issues down the road and suggested I call Pensacola to get a replacement fuel pump sent to me. I contacted Pensacola and their technician said that all keys are loose and fall out of the slot (this was a blatant lie). The tech instructed us to put grease in the slot to make the key stay. They assured me that if anything happened I was covered under warranty.A month and a half after installation the pump failed on my driver in the middle of Kentucky. After towing the vehicle 400 miles back to Georgia, The pump was removed by the Shop and was found with a damaged key. My mechanic warned me that the pump would fail but Pensacola techs gave me misinformation stating that it would not fail. After sending the pump back to them in early January 2024, Pensacola Fuel Injection forgot about contacting me or sending me a warrantied fuel pump. I called on February 16 and the Technician initially lied and said they were waiting on my mechanic to call them for further instructions on what to do with returned pump. I told them that my mechanic never called them and that the technician told me that he would mail the pump back to me the week of January 13, 2024; the pump was never shipped and I was never contacted by Pensacola. I lost thousands of dollars waiting on the fuel pump to be returned and installed in the truck. Pensacola Fuel Injection did not care about my loss of income at all. They boxed my old pump and sent it back to me in the same condition. The technician gouged the key slot up attempting to remove old key and him doing so voided my warranty; in addition, the loose key came out of slot and put wear marks on the shaft of the fuel pump. All of this could of been avoided if the would of sent a replacement when I initially contacted them. Pensacola is an extremely unprofessional business and they are liars. They had the nerve to try to charge me over $1000 for a replacement for something that is supposed to be covered under warranty.I didn t believe the negative reviews on Pensacola when I first read but now I m a believer. Avoid this place.

I'm a happy New customer. I got the the hard to find part sent to me faster then I expected to be here. And very grateful to be on the road again. I could tell I was dealing with a good values business talking to Taylor. Thank you now, I know where get parts from. Gem of a place owning a diesel.

I would like to thank Pensacola Fuel Injection for the excellent service on a turbo we purchased when the truck started smoking after 40 miles and we found oil in the intake side and exhaust side of the turbo vanes. We took it down and they fixed it in a 24 hr turn around. The staff is always friendly and very helpful every time we go in. Worldwide Trailer Services Inc.

Christianna was very helpful after I had placed my order and it was somehow lost by USPS. It was found and arrived only a couple days later than it was supposed to. I will be ordering more of my diesel parts from here when I need them.

Got the 50hp super kit. 6 injectors, injector gasket and 6 new tubes. 2016 cummins 6.7. I was worried about being remands. Quality looked ok. Think I got 5 bosh oem modified injectors and one off brand. But installed and torque to spec and she started and ran. I called in and talked with Christianna and she was helpful and let me know about the cores. You have 30 days to get them back with no charge and they supply the shipping label back. So far so good. Thanks

Very satisfied with customer service. Parts that I have purchased in the past have been installed for the last 4 years and no problems all parts of working well. Purchased a FICM for my 03 F350 6.0 yesterday 11/15/ 2023 will be more reviews when installed and tested. Received new FICM on 11/20 /2023 installed tested everything works as it should no problem they get five stars from me all the way. I will continue ordering my parts through Pensacola fuel injection. Thanks a lot guys for your quality parts.

I bought a set of injectors from them on eBay. For 2004 Cummins 5.9 I had never installed them before I watched a dozen videos on YouTube I bled cp3 pump and it started right up and runs good so far so good Fast shipping! Packed well Thanks!

Bought a set of remanned 7.3 injectors in March 2023. Two injectors arrived with broken solenoids. I contacted Pensacola, and they said they would repair their busted injectors. So I shipped my new broken injectors back, and UPS lost them in the mail. Pensacola and I cannot find them. After contacting P. J. Walters at Pensacola to buy 2 more injectors, he said they will not sell me anymore until I get them 8 cores. I tried responding with a little common sense (that I can't produce cores till I have 8 good ones to swap out) and I have been ignored. It is now December. These folks talk a great game, but this has been very frustrating. Also, my dad ordered 7.3 Injectors last year, and 5.9 Injectors this year- both sets came with broken solenoids. I see a pattern. Dad fixed them himself. In any case, it's pretty tough to argue with a picture, here is a picture of the product that I bought from Pensacola.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! And product. Was dead road side on a road trip in easter ga with a bad injection pump. After "AZ" kept we waiting for parts for three days to tell me ordered got cancelled after waiting. I called Jeremy at Pensacola fuel injection. He had me a pump built same day. "due to our broke down situation" I drove ten hours round trip and put the pump in the same night l, last night. We are in north Carolina the today and want to send a very big thank you to Jeremy and crew there! Thanks for getting us back on the road you guys!!. QUALITY PRODUCT.

Avoid this place, I went through two sets of reman injectors, which they did replace, and I had nothing but issues with misfiring. The tech that installed them made multiple mistakes like leaving an injector tube completely loose causing bad fuel leak, cracked the ccv cover, and many more mistakes, still had a misfire so I said screw it, I will buy BRAND NEW injectors from them, if they will install them. Since then, my fuel economy was absolutely horrible, I thought with time they would break in. (The truck was finally running decent with no misfire so I kept driving) after a year or so I noticed that the the power would slowly dwindle. Then this year I noticed it was making alot of oil. Causing some serious issues, I tried replacing the cp3 since that s a known issue, no fix, I m down to the injectors which makes sense to me, I ve had nothing but issues with there work. And now they no longer have an actual shop. They just sell parts. They won t help me out knowing the issues I ve had. It s outside of warranty now but CLEARLY it was there fault. Avoid this place if you care about your expensive cummins.Updated Response: it has been 3 years. I wish you would have fixed the problem when I tried to get you to when you had your shop and they were still under warranty. I attempted 4 times, 5 including now. This issue is now it is a catastrophic failure and I am upset. Which I should be, I didn t even receive genuine Bosch injectors. GOD KNOWS if this set is even genuine injectors. I honestly would have been happy with the rebuilt ones if they had worked properly, then I purchased the supposed NEW ONES that year from you and have tried on several occasions to get the work warrantied to no avail. CLEARLY there was an issue with the workmanship in your shop because several people including myself have a bad taste. My review is honest. And will remain. I feel wronged. And I have the right to feel that way when I m facing thousands of dollars in repairs because your company messed up my truck. I wish your business luck on future endeavors. Do people right, and you will do GREAT.

These folks are great, my mechanic had some kid issues and got behind, Pensacola fuel pushed my core dates twice so to give us time to get the items returned. Fast shipping, easy to talk to.

The turbo i ordered looked great I took the old one off my truck and put it in the box I had to take metal bands off to get it out and now they said my core isn t worth anything so I owe them 500 dollars I haven t got the new turbo to fit yet but i apparently don t have a way to talk to them since they stated they closed my account until the turbo core is paid for and they will send it back I find it funny the owner has time to fight a battle over customer service issues online on a review forum but can t talk to a person on the phone to resolve it I feel like the gentleman I spoke to on the phone acted like he didn t know if I even sent the right turbo back if you work in a turbo shop or any other industry you should know your products regardless of condition I know I do I will keep my reviews up to date as I try to deal with them and see if they change anything. Update got a call today from them explaining how everything has gone and that they will be working with me so it is now to be continued ! Called back and worked everything out and were very accommodating will be sending them business for sure !

I bought reman injectors from here 10 yrs ago, I've put maybe 10,000 miles on them and I've replaced 4 of them. Don't buy 7.3L injectors here. I also had problems with the O rings they used.

Horrible service, nasty people on phone when there is a problem like they can not be trusted to ship a injection pump! poorly packed make a claim with FedEx is their solution to improperly packed items.Buy elsewhere.EDIT 8/31: the pump was drop shipped by another party not Pensacola - these folks did everything to resolve the issue - the gent we spoke to on the phone was very helpful & the office manager Tonya Walters was very much in the know, actually called customers back.

I purchased a P7100 injection pump from them off of eBay. They were extremely fast to ship the pump out, within a week to my door. The box came meticulously packed and the pump was safely surrounded by spray foam.There was an issue I found in the first 50 miles after installing the pump. I shipped it back and they returned the pump within 5 days. I have since put approximately 2300 miles on the pump with no issues.This pump was in support of a 99 cummins 5.9 24V ppump swap I installed in my F250.Overall, their customer service has been excellent, and the best I have encountered throughout my build.
