This auto shop did an excellent job on my vehicle. They were upfront about all of the work, including some work I should consider in the future. They didn't pressure me at all to get more work done than what was I originally came in for. They don't pressure or get you to spend more like dealerships or other service centers do.Brett provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about any question you asked him. Tonya was so kind and drove me home while they worked on my car. Tonya and Brett dropped my car back off to me at my home once the service was finished, making the entire process smooth for me.I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this shop to anyone that needs service done to their car.

I received one time Promotional coupons in the mail, so decided to try it out, did routine check for brakes. needed Front Pads, Rotors & Calipers. Waited at shop for parts to arrive, Parts came reasonably fast, while mechanics worked, I spoke with manager & had spoke to owner before. Everyone there seemed Very Friendly and knowledgeable !!! Mechanics did an excellent Job & were done in a reasonable amount of time. I was told all Jobs get a warranty of 3 years 36 Thousand miles !! Repair bill prior to discount coupons was $ 801.39, after coupons were applied they removed $129.25 for a total of $729.48. I felt in my opinion that the Price was a bit Pricey !! However, the service was well worth it !! They were Very friendly, knowledgeable, Excellent work Quality, Told me the Truth as to what I needed and gave the Warrenty !!!!! So as Far as I am concerned, I am going to use them for all my future Automobile Repair work.!!!

Thanks to Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center for the work done on my car. Great place and people. Love the free shuttle service and they even will bring your car to your place when done. Not many auto shops do that. Looking forward to using them again.

They took the time to get it right. Most of other shops would have charged for replacing parts until they got it fixed. I definitely found me a place to bring my vehicle to. Thanks for the great service you have provided.

Hands down the best auto service I have ever received. The owners are some of the nicest people in Pensacola. I brought my car in to get my ac checked out and it turns out there wasn t an issue other than a leaf being stuck. They were so honest about it and I decided to get my oil changed since I already had an appointment slot. This place has the absolute lowest prices with the best attention to detail and customer service. They went out of their way to tell me about some more maintenance I will need in the near future and gave me estimates. They also offer a shuttle, if you don t have a ride to pick up your vehicle.

New owners took over and changed this auto service center. WOW! Super nice and efficient! Honest and upfront! I will definitely be using them again. They were able to fix some things with my daughter s car and diagnose another area of concern. Unfortunately we could not afford to fix the other area of concern at this time. Thank you Pensacola AC & Auto Service Center for being very helpful.

Dropped my car off today at Pensacola Ac & Auto service center before work for an oil change. Not only did they charge me the lowest in the area ( i typically pay over $100 ) but they did a full inspection, topped off my liquids, AND rotated the tires for free. This is the ONLY auto repair shop that I have never felt pressured to add any services and that s so appreciated. I didn t expect it but they even brought my car to me at my work! I will be returning, wish I could give 10 stars. Amazing work, friendly staff, and outstanding business.

This location understands the value of the customers time and needs. I have stopped 2 times in the last 7 days first with my kids car to get it looked at and an oil change. They found 3 things and made recommendations. Estimate is fair and comparable. Now for the oil change you can't beat the $49.95, $58.00 after tax. They do more than an oil change. They actually do a visual inspection and give recommendations based on what is observed. The staff and owners are very personable and treat you like old friends. Once again respectfully of your time and needs as a customer.

The new Pensacola Auto & AC Service Center that replaced Charlie Barnes on Nine Mile Road is awesome! The Owner-Operators, Brett and Tonya McCabe are friendly, energetic, enthusiastic about their new business and obviously care about serving all their customers with respect and excellent auto services. I was very pleased with their Master Mechanic David who quickly diagnosed my issue and repaired my 1999 Chevy S10 when no other place I took it could figure it out. I will be a regular for all my auto needs!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair

What a great experience! After reading their excellent reviews, I called yesterday to see if I needed an appointment for them to checkout my vehicle for exhaust fumes getting into the cab. They said just come by and let us check it out. I went by today and they very quickly came out to see about it. Then, they took my vehicle directly into the shop and found a loose bolt at a gasket in the exhaust system. It just needed to be tightened. I was back in my vehicle within minutes. The owner, Brett McCabe wouldn t charge me anything!! I tried to get him to charge something but he wouldn t. How rare this is in our world today.I will be bringing any automotive needs for my vehicles back to these awesome people. Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Truly, can t say enough good things about my experience at this shop.Family owned and down to earth, reasonable prices and extremely professional work. The staff does a fantastic job diagnosing and discussing the issues and preventative maintenance/repairs to your vehicle both for those who are knowledgeable, as well as those who do not have an in-depth experience with automotive repair. I will absolutely be returning to them for future maintenance!

Honest, kind and extremely helpful. We are from New Brunswick , Canada. We ran into car problems on our trip. I phoned for an appointment and spoke with Tonya. I knew it would be worth the trip to this shop! This family run business was such a clean pleasant experience. They were very professional. Brett took us in quickly and told us exactly what was going on. No pressure and was very upfront about the problem. We could have put it off for awhile.As a retired teacher I feel like I can read people quite well. So we decided to get the work done here. We had a complete front end suspension, all joints etc. the car has never ran so nicely for an 05 Sebring Convertible.He gave us a fair price, excellent service and quality work! We are thrilled and could not ask for much more, and he has chocolate on the front desk! Thanks for taking care of us travelling Canadians! I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone!

I am new to Florida so when I needed a mechanic I was worried about finding a trustworthy shop.This shop was great and they got me in the next day.With what I was describing they could have told me I needed thousands worth of work but they didn't.One issue was a simple fix of just straightening a warped plate by the rotor. I also had my brake pads replaced. Their prices are reasonable they staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

These guys are amazing! They sent a detailed inspection report with the quote so we could see exactly what was going on with our van. Afterwards, Brett worked with us on setting up a plan of care for our vehicle. Everything about our experience was common sense. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

After moving here 6mths ago, I ve used AC & Auto for an oil change on both of my vehicles. They were extremely friendly and reasonably priced. So when my alternator went out in my SUV, I took it here. They didn t charge to look at it which was ultimately the leading factor in having them do the work, which was also very reasonably priced. They even went above and beyond finding another issue that I was aware of but 2 different shops where I lived previously, were unable to figure out. I greatly appreciated their time and effort. I did have all work that was needed done and will soon be going back for new breaks. I would more than highly recommend this company for your auto needs. They exceeded my expectations.

Great place to have your car serviced. Prompt service, courteous folks who really want to earn your business. Pleasant waiting area, and drop off is available. This is my new go to . They don t try to sell you anything you don t need and they have great pricing. Especially important for us senior citizens. I highly recommend them.

First of all, Brett and Tonya are great people and the right ones to continue the legacy of Charlie Barnes's fair and great service. My service was an oil change special with the added challenge of removing my broken oil dip stick. Their team took good care of me. I highly recommend this new business.

Had a bad experience with another repair shop that messed up our Ford F150. Bret was very understanding and got all of our issues resolved. The previous shop didn t bother to put some parts back in correctly. Bret s mechanic found the issue and didn t charge us to put it back correctly. Their service was prompt and very very reasonable and affordable. They are all wonderful people. Thanks again guys. I ve been telling all of my friends about your shop.

I take my Toyota Highlander for oil changes to Pensacola AC &Auto Service Center . They have also done major repairs that were needed to my suv. I travel quite a distance to see my family in Texas and I drive daily from Alabama to Pensacola to work and the owners have gone above and beyond to have my car in excellent working condition where I feel safe driving in city traffic and on the highway. Friendly, professional staff and a clean organized shop. Speaking as a single female, this is a great place to take your car, where the cost is more than fair and the service is great. Thank you Pensacola AC & Auto Service Center for being a vehicle repair center that can be trusted.

This was my first time at Pensacola Ac & Auto Service Repair. Prices are amazing, I received an inspection of my jeep and was in and out in less than an hour with an oil change also!! I highly recommend them, locally owned , so can t go wrong!! Thank you so much to everyone and Justin with the help and suggestion on my Jeep. You guys are amazing! Michelle Jenkins

Great work done in a timely fashion! I needed a starter for my vehicle and they were so helpful from beginning to end. With reasonable prices exceptional customer service will definitely be back my car needs a permanent mechanic lol. Brought in a 2015 Honda Odyssey that we were interested in buying for a used car inspection due to it being in an accident a few months prior to being sold. They were AMAZING!!!!They did the inspection last minute on a Friday night so that we wouldn t have to wait the weekend & checked everything thoroughly. They even called us back to the shop when they were done & let us come in to look at the one concern they did have with our own eyes while the car was still on the lift.They also provided us with their professional opinion on buying the vehicle, while giving us specifics on what they were impressed with & still making sure we were aware of points of concern to bring up in negotiations. They could ve just quickly gotten the inspection done & been on their way for the weekend but they took extra time they didn t need to making sure we were informed before making our decision & were SO kind while doing so. This meant so much to me as I will be using the vehicle to drive my three kids for years to come & they really gave me peace of mind in the decision. I also feel relief knowing I have a trustworthy place that CARES to bring my car to in the future when needed.I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this shop & we will be using them for any maintenance or repair going forward on not only the car we ended up purchasing, but other vehicles we own as well.

Huge thank you to Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center! About two weeks ago my car was making a knocking noise and we were concerned it was something with the engine.We took it up there and they began looking at it right away. Within a few hours they called me back and actually referred me to look into an engine recall that was still active. They printed all the paperwork and reference information.I was able to take my car into Kia and it qualified for a full engine replacement.Thanks to Pensacola A/C & Auto for being so honest because I never truly would have thought to check into a warranty and most places may not have either!! It can be so hard to find places that provide honest and quality work. I was so impressed with the service Brett and his team provided that we took my husband s truck up the next week to get work done!

My daughter s car wouldn t start. Pensacola s A/C & Auto Service was able to have the car towed at a reasonable rate, and then figured out what was wrong and had it fixed the next day. Great customer service and great communication! Will definitely be back th next time we need help.

Pleasant experience and they were able to get me in same day I called for a Freon recharge on my AC. They use a system called technet which allows them to send a diagnostic report / estimate for you to approve work as well as a final bill that lets you pay online. Not saying turnaround would be that fast for everything but they seemed pretty available to take on new clients and complete work.Edit: Brett and his team are great! They helped me with an inspection and repair negotiation with a vehicle I had purchased at a local dealer that had a few issues. With their 30+ years in the auto industry and their utmost professionalism and willingness to help anyone they can; it s safe to say I highly recommend them.
