Excellent customer service. They made buying a new mower easy. I looked at multiple different places before buying but felt very comfortable buying from OEM. Very knowledgeable of their products. I ll be back forsure.

My wife and I came across Otwells looking for a Cfmoto zforce 950 sport online. Found they had one in stock and made the trip down to check it out. She had been looking for some time at them. Upon walking in the door at Otwells we were greeted by Jordan. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products he carries. Never once was pushing us to buy anything just answered any questions we had. We ended up not purchasing the unit that day as we wanted to talk about it and think over it. Week later we went back and purchased the unit. These folks are great! They have a passion for what they do and made our purchasing experience easy and enjoyable. We have found our new Atv/Utv dealer.Thank you for your outstanding and friendly service!

Nice guys butttttt. I go in Tuesday look at a bike. Say I am getting the bike. Can you hold it. For this much for a week hold. This much for 2 wk hold non refundable. Gave guy my card and cell. Said he would call the owners and they would probably hold it for me. Said he would call me. Didn t. I told I sell my bike Thursday at 2 or 3pm and I would be back with the cash. Sold mine at 2. Then went to shop. Walk in talk to other guy he says ohh we sold that this morning. Not the way to do business. I m freaking pissed. No communication between salesmen or they don t care. Dunno So whatever I m done.

My view is not of a regular business day but of Halloween night. That's probably even better because We got to see the employees while they are being themselves. I'm just going to say everyone was nice and fun to bee around. Even answered questions during a party. What a great group of people and we are looking forward to returning for our future bike needs. Thank you for a awesome Halloween night filled with spooky characters, good food, candy for kids and the revving of motors on bikes!

Bought a brand new 2022 CFMOTO motorcycle here. They were great to work with and made the process so simple. Have enjoyed the bike since and they have come through on anything we've needed since.

I bought a 2004 Honda Sabre from them. The staff was patient and friendly. I had a great sales experience. Less than a week after buying it it started having trouble charging the battery. I took the bike back to them the agreed to fix it for cost of parts ok no big deal. It took 3 weeks to get my bike back. Nobody every called me to tell what was going on I had to hound them daily for information they always promised to call me back and never did. Now. Sitting on the side of the road with the same problem. Never going back there again.

EDIT:Since working with OEM I have purchased a 2022 CFMOTO CL-X 700 Heritage, and couldn't be happier! From services and repair, to just shooting the breeze, this is THE BEST bike dealer in town.Stumbled across this shop when my brake lever bolt broke!They had one that fit, and took time to answer questions from a rusty rider. Very helpful, patient, and willing to tackle install of aftermarket products.Can't recommend them enough!

These guys are AWESOME! anyone looking to do business with a motorsports dealer i HIGHLY recommend otwells extreme motorsports. Honest people, very Friendly. Awesome experience all the way around. Also if there's an issue, with anything they dont hesitate to fix whatever issue you have. I can't recommend them enough.

Got a back tire and battery replaced. There the only place In town that will pick up your bike to work on, so that huge. They fit me in over the weekend and got it done by Tuesday, even thow they don't work Sunday and Monday! There is a lady that is over-aggressively giggly when explaining a time table for your order and its alittle of putting, but she means well I think and she was correct in her assessment. There very busy, so its sometimes hard to get a reply right away, but the guy in parts is getting it done! About to go pick it up, so I'll update later this week how everything went.

Customer support is A-1, no need for me to go to dealership to be sold everything when i can come to a family owned business that treats there customers like family.Any issue i have they review it, give me options and fix it. I will to come back and bring my friends/family here. Honest hard working people that just want the best for there customer.I purchased 09 GSXR-1000 i love it

Excellent service, excellent staff. More than extremely accommodating to your individual needs, we bought my fiance her first bike her and she's in love! I can't recommend anyone better than Ashley or her staff seriously! If you want a nice bike at a great price come here!

Awesome place, friendly staff, great work. I stopped by looking at one of the bikes on the lot, they were quick to come out and answer any questions I had. When I finally decided to buy it on their once over look(standard for this shop) they noticed that the engine wasn't running just right. Changed the plugs and ensured everything was good and running properly before handing over the keys. I will recommend anyone looking for a bike here.

Absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable mechanics that will get the job done at a reasonable price. Helped me figure out some problems that other shops were telling me wrong things about. Outstanding customer service. Will be going back for all maintenance.

They were extremely professional and helpful with the whole process of buying my new bike. If with me having to work possiblely late. Their sales rep Ashley*hope I spelt it right for her* was even willing to come back up to the shop for me to pick up my bike. Luckily I got off before they closed but that offer meant so much to me seeing as I was stuck using friends and cabs to get around since someone hit my car. I will definitely be coming back here.

Great shop! I go here for all my bike issues. The shop is family owned with very great people. They work with you no matter the situation. If you re looking for a new bike or even affordable service they will not disappoint! Ashley and Chuck are great people! They stand by their customers. Let s not forget about Christian haha.-Mike

Finally found a shop that will listen to your needs concerning your bike. Expert service and repair, reasonable labor price, and work done and finished when promised. This is a shop that will repair your bike no matter what the age is. One of my bikes is a 97 model and Harley dealership in P'cola, Fl. will not even talk to you about working on it. Thanks O.E.M for the great service you offered. Couldn't be more pleased with mechanics and staff.

I visited twice and called once to verify every detail of the process needed to get consignment setup for my bike. I'm active duty, moving overseas. I showed up to finalize the process, and everything they had told me up to that point was useless. I specifically told them to give me every step of the process in detail, because I have no idea how to do it, or how it works. Despite this, they gave me completely inaccurate information in regards to payment, and how to handle finances in the side of my bank. Not only was I completely unprepared, but I am unable to go through with the process. My orders are based on having that bike sold, now I can't. So I'm pretty screwed. Thanks OEM. Thanks a lot.

The worst dealership in Florida!They will do whatever it takes to get your money and do NOT care about the customer. The only person that will go out there way to help you is Jordan. I bought my bike from them used and it broke down on me multiple times. The first 90 days I owned my bike it spent at least 60 of them in their shop (60 is a low estimate it s definitely higher). Save your money do NOT buy from them. Recently I took my bike to another shop to get serviced and found out my rear end is missing/has damaged parts. This is after they do a full inspection on the bike before they give it to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are more worried about getting their money than your SAFETY or satisfaction.

Do not go here: Ashely actually said I could come get my bike and take it somewhere else. They lied about a lot of things. They redid my wires when they took the handle bars off and ran them the wrong way, so I couldn't put my wind screen back on. I left on my bike, the risers they put on, the screw was stripped and fell off in my hand while I was riding it. Then I went back the risers they put on the second time caused my handle bars to hit my gas tank. They said they could get a part in and couldn't which I didn't find out until later, but Pensacola motorsports had it. They messed up my mirrors when they put them on and it took me a while to get them straightened back out.The tire they put on a 2017, started to crack and dry rot, so I called them to fix it Ashely again was not nice so I ended up going somewhere else so they could warranty out the tire. They put my friends tire on wrong.I have been back a few times regarding these things and it just has been an awful experience every time.Dangerous work and not friendly.

I like the bike spirit I made what i thought a fair offer on a bike and didnt get it because we were $400 off after i went up twice.Tough market out there with short supply of inventory
