Wow, outstanding service! Today Aidan kindly and quickly identified error code and hooked me up with an "onsite" auto mechanic contact should I need to have oxygen sensor replaced. I have never before experienced such great service at an auto parts store. Thank you Aidan!

I had one of the worst/overwhelming days today due to my cars battery. I went to a place this morning where the man told me my battery was fine "it just happens sometimes in the cold" - so I left. I went back home and once I was ready to leave my house again my car wouldn't start.. you guessed it! So I got a jump from a friend and drove to Auto Zone on pace blvd (its probably 8:15 at this point.) they have a policy I guess where they can't put batteries in unless its daytime and basically told me to go to one of the other stores in the area. SO I went here to O'Reilly's - 30 minutes before they closed and they put it in my car for me, without hesitation. I just wanted to say Thank you to Tyreke and Randy for not making me feel like a bother right before getting off of your shift and for not even hesitating to throw on a jacket and help me out. Both stand up gentlemen and I felt they deserved recognition for treating people kindly and being happy to help a girl out who was really having a hard day! THANK YOU and I highly recommend giving this location your business if you're in the market. 12/10 Customer Service !!!

Came in on 09/29/2023 in need of a battery. Was told the battery cost was approx 247.00 and they couldn't help me install because it had to be a professional installation. Went elsewhere. The battery I got was approx. 100.00 dollars cheaper and was installed for me. I told them what the employee told me at Orielly's and was told that was bogus information. That employee lost you approx. 100.00 in sales. If it was a matter of being busy and needed to wait I would have. Will not EVER give my business to this store again! I will mention too that not one person looked under the hood of my car to see just how the battery was placed.

When oil used to be under $8 or less but nothing anymore! Other than that I love the guys that work here they are the greatest!

Everytime I have gone to O'Reilly's, it's been good. Went two weeks ago cause I needed air in my tire but it wasn't payday yet. The young man behind counter offered to use his air pump on my car. I thought that was awesome. Today I went back to same O'Reilly and purchased my own device air pump.

They are professional, polite and very helpful. I didn't know where to put brake fluid in a newer model car. The sales clerk was happy to assist me in finding it. He also put the fluid in for me. You don't get that often. I will be going back there again.

Awesome customer service from employees who know what they are talking about. They will change wipers in the rain for you or swap out batteries in your key fob. They say they strive to be the friendliest parts store in town.. I can agree with that. Definitely would recommend again and again!

The attendant was very helpful to me in letting me know what was best for my car. He answered my questions and took the time to show me where I'm suppose to put two different fluids under the hood of my car. I really appreciate him for the needed service he provided to me. He's very professional and knowledgeable.

Called to verify availability of needed parts I found on the website (showed specific local store had "limited stock")... male employee answered, verified they had what I needed and pulled them to hold up front.I drove straight there and the parts were there waiting at the counter. There were only 2 or so employees there and they were very very busy so it took about 15 minutes for them to go in order helping next person and next person til it was my turn. (I was also approached in an aggressive and demanding manner by a seemingly homeless or transient person wanting money - please instruct employees to notify people about them loitering and have ECSO do something about it).One thing I do know, though.... At the end of my phone call I asked his name and he gave it, I then said my name and I was on my way. The employee just hung up. Click. Not a good show of being customer friendly... I got there and yes they were amazingly busy but that's still no excuse to just hang up abruptly and rudely.Besides the abrupt hang-up ending the phone call along with the intimidating contact from the man wanting money as I tried to exit the store I'd say I still like this location of O'Reilly Auto Parts.... Store 970 is a good store.Clean, nice stocked shelves and inventory, helpful employees.(Entering & exiting the parking lot is a bit strange and not well thought out though either).

Great group of guy and gals at the pace blvd location. they were Very knowledgeable. the new employees are doing their best but have no idea at times what your looking for or where to find it in the store and if they cannot find it they send you somewhere else . its frustrating and i still give them 5 stars because other than the dealer they will have or can get you what your looking for if they would focus on doing the right thing there would be nothing stopping them. bring back the old crews or educate the new.

Quick, courteous, expert technology, and a knowledgeable technician who checked my truck battery. He confirmed that the battery was fully charged. Everything is fine. Service is provided at no cost. Excellent experience.

Oh-My-Gosh!!! I only use O'Reilly auto parts for starters.... But holy-WOW!!! How could I every imagine I would have all of my other great experiences topped by the pure dedication of the employees at this location. (not saying 9th Ave is not amazing also) I was in a horrible jam, my access to tools limited, and a purely kindhearted man helped to remove a guide pin.... A monster of a guide pin~.... I took a little ingenuity.. which I cannot imagine I would've received anywhere else. I am new to the area.... And if I keep meeting wonderful people , as I met that day at O'REILLY'S on pace . . Pensacola Is a perfect place to keep my cars running smoothly... If the service stays this Great THANK YOU!!!

O'Reilly auto parts will pretty much always be the place for me. Beating autozone in prices and customer service often especially on pace blvd; compared to advanced auto parts they have a tool rental program for specialty tools, and according to an employee advanced auto parts does not. If that's not true then their beat for customer service as well.

Went to pick up an passenger side outer tie rod. Employee at location kept trying to tell me that's not what I needed, but after reviewing the pic I had and the description of the part, he admitted he was wrong and sold me the part. No excuses. I appreciate that and will show them more business soon.

Absolutely fantastic people to go to. Extremely knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. Pricing is amazing! I had a few questions that were answered very concisely and precisely and with a smile. I highly recommend going here over any other auto parts place in the area. They will get you in and out with what you need and extremely low price. Highly recommend!

Danny is very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a huge amount of parts and only 1 was not the right part. And that was our fault. He was also very patient with us. I dont live by this store but i will shop here from now on.

Thomas is so professional and caring to customers. He took time to come outside to see if we needed any help and proceeded to help and fix our problem that we have been so mind boggled on. He was very patient and kind toward us and has great knowledge on mechanical and electrical problems.

Signing in under wife's google account. Jeremy at this O' Reilly's location was very knowledgeable and friendly as he helped me diagnose and fix my car. I had my tension pulley bearings go out causing it to seize up and it was stripping my serpentine belt. It was dark and after 5pm on a Sunday. Jeremy with his associate Louise got me a great deal on the parts I needed and guided me through the process to get the job done! They saved me lots of time and money! Thanks again guys and I highly recommend this store. Chance Porter

Assistant Manager, Luis is awesome! He was helpful, efficient and handled an exchange quickly... finding us a needed part in the back that would work. I would definitely recommend using this O'Reilly Auto Parts.
