I was passing through Pensacola and a dummy light came on. Therefore, I found the nearest auto parts store. They could not assist me, so I went until I found an O Reillys. The manager, James, provided the required tools, and got me back on the road.

Fan stopped blowing on my AC yesterday. Hoping to find an easy fix since the vents feel cold so I know it s not the actual AC, I did some research and found that it might just be a fuse. I even had the type of fuse figured out and had the website open on my phone.Go into Auto zone. I barely opened my mouth to ask for help identifying the fuse and the are shaking their heads. They can t help. They didn t even ask what type of car I have.I walk out and think, maybe they can t help, but it s an auto parts store for Gods sake.Go across the street to O Reillys. James is at the counter. James asks can he look at my car. Ummmm, yes!He identifies that it isn t the fuse and what it most likely is. He cannot make the repair or fully evaluate the exact issue but he was Awesome!!!From now on Autozone is OUT!O Reillys is my GO TO!

Omg i would like to say that Tanner and the manager james are absolutely freaking amazing. I broke down on the road had to push my car down the median of the road up into the parking lot with my mom who was in the car steering, we had just left the er trying to get home and get her in bed when we broke down, once we got into the parking lot and Tanner ran out to help us once we got park to check the battery get it charged back up and James came out and tested the alternator. (It blew out) and took the time to help us get a new one in. The customer service and the renewal faith of good people was exceptional. Both of them were so kind and understanding and went above and beyond to help me and my momma out. I hope that orileys as a company values these two exceptional workers and take pride that they have such good people on their staff helping others. I can not explain how truly greatful I am that Manager James was there to help us.

I stopped at 9th Avenue O'Reilly Auto Parts, due to my driver-side windshield wiper not working properly. (it WAS raining) The two associates on staff did not hesitate to assist with trouble-shooting my issue. They actually came outside in the rain to put it on. Both were very kind and accommodating, going above and beyond. I'm very sorry I did not get their names.The only reason I chose this store was because it was raining and this was the first auto-parts store I came to. I normally do not shop at O'Reillys but after yesterday's experience, I WILL be shopping here in the future. Great customer service is rare these days but it still exists at this store.

Two hours before my husband had to fly out, our truck wouldn t start. We first went to another popular auto parts store down the road for a battery/starter/alternator check and didn t receive accurate info. When we arrived here, Andrew came right out to help us. Our battery checked out good, but our truck wouldn t start at all again, which proved to be the starter went bad. Andrew hooked us up with a new starter and gave my husband a few tools and pointers, so we were able to change it right there, to avoid a tow/mechanic bill. Great store and a great employee!!

This store is awesome. I've gotten the correct part every time- the first time. The staff is fantastic. This is my go-to store in Pensacola. Today the guys (and gal!) went above and beyond to help me find a solution to a weird problem, as well as a backup plan just in case. If you need a part, this is the place.

Came here at 0700 in morning, they opened on time and the gentleman was eager to help and assist with enthusiastic manners. A great Oriellys that I would definitely go out of my way to get parts!

Top notch. In my opinion the best place to buy auto parts... namely because I believe they have the best and most knowledgeable staff paired with quality parts at competitive prices. Highly recommended by this shade tree mechanic.

The assistant manager, Carla, went above and beyond to help me with the part I needed. There are many car part stores around here but none of them compare to the level of customer service I received here. I will ONLY be using this store from now on. Carla you are awesome!!

When my car battery was dead and the folks at O'Reilly weren't able to easily swap it out for me, they made a few phone calls and found a well-regarded service shop nearby with a mechanic who was happy to change my battery on the spot. I appreciated their positivity and kindness!

Matt knows his stuff. Don't waste your time going to anywhere but O'Reilly's unless you need a steering wheel cover or an air freshener. 10/10 customer service.

Staff was very helpful. I kinda found what I was looking for. Been doing automobile wraps for a while now and ran out of some minor supplies. Luckily they had a little selection of what I needed.

I went to 5 different stores and only O Reilly had the battery I needed. AC was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The next time I need help with my car the first stop will be O Reilly!

My visit was only for oil changes for my 2 Toyota's, but Rob was very helpful with product. He told me of the oil change specials for conventional and synthetic. Great bargain, and Rob was proficient at his job.

Best customer service for a parts store. The associates know when to ask other associates if there is any question concerning parts or how to install parts. Two thumbs up for the north 9th ave. location.I sometimes see the associate helping stranded folks. It's heart warming...

O'Reilly's O'Reilly's you get what you pay for if you're looking for a discount part itt's a place to go...... This is a good O'Reilly store that the guys here actually know what they're doing they treat you good go out of their way to help you in Friendly and that usually got what you need in stock without having to send you to another store

The manager Phil called me a liar. I called the district manager he did not return my call. I called corporate and they were all so rude. I also have other friends that say the ninth Avenue store is becoming rude. And there was other unfair treatment towards me. I recommend Autozone or advance or even Napa has the best quality parts. Both the other auto parts stores or cross street . AutoZone advance auto parts across the street have much better customer service. O'Reilly's treats people like they're stupid . I think we need Donald Trump to fix the store God bless .
