I was in the Greer's parking lot (adjoining to O'Reilly parking lot) my battery died and the staff refused to walk across the parking lot no more than 50 yards to assist in getting my jeep cranked. They said it was against policy, Well you are a brand new business in the area and this type of non-service will NOT help build your customer base! I will NOT give you mybusiness!!!!!!!

Glad we have one closer to our house...the team at this location has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful every time I've been there

Every time I walk in Trevor is eager to help, even when it's pouring rain. The store is very clean and organized.
