We were having issues with a bike tire and Ashley went above and beyond to help us. She made calls to find us a replacement and gave us helpful advice. She was very kind and patient. I highly recommend assistance from her!

Just moved here, drove 15+ hours alone and noticed there was some kind of noise coming from my back wheels. I had been driving around today and was happy to find a mechanic so close to home so I popped in to see if I could get help. I waited patiently for the customers in front of me to be done, the associates called me to the front and asked me how they could help. I said Hello. I think there might be something wrong with my back wheels. I m not sure if it s called an axle, but I think it s making noise and I was wondering if I could get it checked. They all immediately laughed in my face so I turned around and left. Maybe it s because of the holidays and since this will be my first one without my husband and family that I m a bit more sensitive than usual, but no one wants to be in a situation where they re trying to get help and they re laughed at. This is my first time having to deal with everything on my own since my husband joined the service and it s small things like this that sets me back. Maybe I ll try coming another day and then I might update my review but until then, this was very poor customer service.

Very nice people willing to work with you and help you out as much as they can.Been using the Navy exchange car care for my tires for the past 10 years haven't had any problems.

The repair shop is fine but they are no longer having a gas station or propane sales. My guess they don't have enough people to support either of the other stuff.
