I have never been so frustrated with a business. I attempted to return $20 worth of UNUSED items with the receipt and they refused to issue me a refund because I did not have the original card it was purchased with and had no ability to get the card it was purchased with. I was well within my 30 day return period and reviewed the online return policy online which did not state I needed to have the card. The first person I spoke with refused to help me and told me I was out of luck which I requested to speak with the manager who argued with me stating she s been with the company 25 years and it s always been the policy. As someone who works in retail there s room for manager discretion which she offered no help. I got so upset that I left my items there and the receipt because I can t do anything with the items anyways. I called corporate and when I filed my complaint the person who handled this call explained there was absolutely no reason that they needed the original card as there is not a policy stating they needed it. I will never shop here again. The employees offered no solution other than to tell me I am out of luck. I really hope corporate corrects them on their made up policies.

Arrived 10 mins before closing on a sunday, friendly staff ready to help me with my questions and immediately got me what I needed to fix my truck at the best possible price. My main reason for going to napa was to buy a quality part that isn't available near where I live and that was taken care of too..Great store, will return

I really love NAPA auto parts. They seem to have every obscure part or tool I need available either immediately or the very next day. The order online and pay at the store is cool too.

Very helpful. I especially love it that the Sales Associate that was serving me couldn't find what I needed. He stepped over to his co-worker and asked for help. He knew exactly where to go in the back for. Great customer service. Other Sales Reps would have told you. "We don't carry that and send you through the door.

Here we are again. Too busy to help the customer. Needed a 15a breaker for my Harley Davidson. Guy said, all I've got is a 25. I asked him to check his inventory, nope too busy. Asked if any other NAPA had the part... Nope, too busy. He suggested I go to advanced Auto parts. No brake lights, no blinkers, no speedometer.... But drive around because I'm too busy to help you. I went to advanced and bought a similar part. I'll be taking my fleet business to other stores from now on. NAPA you had better hire people who build your business or soon you will have none. Very unhappy with the lack of common Sense.Update:Response from the owner 44 minutes agoBrian, we apologize that you felt this way. We take customer feedback seriously and pulled our security tapes to confirm what occured. We had three employees working and assisting during your visit. We do our best keep our inventory fully stocked, but did not have the part you were looking for at the time. We offered to help you locate the part at a different location, but this was rejected. Since your last visit, the part you were searching for is back in stock. If you would like to stop by, we'd be happy to help. Thank you.************Here's the fact. It is very rude to say you're sorry about my feelings instead of training your staff and taking responsibility for your company.First.... You are wrong. My girlfriend was with me and will gladly back up my story. He said he was, "Up to my eyeballs" and too busy to look it up or contact another store. Simply let me leave with no brake lights, blinkers, or speedometer. A simple fuse would have gotten me down the road safely.Pull your video and post it for everyone to see the truth. I even left other items I intended to purchase because he wasn't willing to take the time to help me get what I needed to safely drive to another store. Also, one employee was in the parking lot and one on the floor? Never saw a third person I remember. I only had contact with one employee.Don't insult the intelligence of consumers by making reviewers out to be liars. I get nothing for reviewing your company. Get used to the truth being out there. Learn from it and make your company better. You earn a five star rating. It's not given.

Got chastised by several guys put back because I apparently parked on the unmarked "delivery zone" as the front lot was blocked by--you guessed it--a delivery truck."You need to move this truck" is not an appropriate way to address customers. We will be moving our corporate business elsewhere.Edit to the response below.None of your speculation is true. I was in a standards nissan truck with no trailer--parked a space away from the sign designating the "delivery space."Try again.

Had the part I needed, and the expertise to make sure it was the right one for my particular use. Nice having someone competent behind the counter, vs. relying on the computer as some other part stores do.

They have the parts I need instock for my f53 chassis, but I bought some parts a year ago still under warranty and it quit. I went in to exchange and they said we can't do anything without the original paper receipt from almost a year ago... you know the ones that fade/discolor or get lost ALL of the time... well apparently thats the only option for Warranty replacement with NAPA they said we can't do a phone number or any other type of lookup, said it was their part and it has a lifetime warranty but I was on my own because the receipt was unreadable... terrible policy if you ask me

Went in there to get freon and some gloves for mechanic work and the guy told me they didn't have any gloves. But literally a minute after i asked about the gloves a man came in and asked for the same gloves i asked for and they told him they had one box left. And sold the box to him. Which was really messed up. I dont know if they were discriminating against me because I'm a woman or what but i asked first and they flat out lied to me.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I called to let them know I was displeased with my service and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was out. When I began to express my concerns I was continuously interrupted and in the end he hung up on me. I have never been so disrespected.

Pretty rude staff. No greeting when you walk in the door. And since when is "what" the first thing to come out of someone's mouth when walking up to the counter of a business?
