This place used to be amazing but apparently they have now sold or have some new management in place. Apparently their move is into used tires. They no longer accept credit cards. The place is outrageously expensive. Customer Service is obsolete. Truly a shame as the old owner was fantastic and this was my go to place for exhaust upgrades. I asked for a quote on my stock vehicle and they needed vehicle present. No biggie, I brought them the vehicle but not able to give quote until they get the job. Huh? Thats called a blank check - no thanks as guy checking out was complaining of being ripped off. I hate that a good place is now being ruined.

This place has gone downhill guess the owner retired. The people running it now are lost on what customer service is. I ve had the worst experience by this establishment. I came in for a diagnostic and they found an exhaust leak the lady called & said it would be 500 to fix, I said yea that s fine. They kept the car 2 days & called me the next day saying my total was 3,000 and the car is done. Umm.. what!? I thought they had my car mixed up with someone else s. The lady said no we fixed it & it was infact my car. I immediately asked for the manager and he got on the phone saying how sorry he was & the miscommunication we had, I told him there was no miscommunication when you don t call me and ask to do 3,000 worth of work. I was infuriated, still am. The manager then says he wants my business because I ve had previous work done in the past. He then gives me his personal number to call. To which I did asking for a break down receipt for the charges parts and labor. I go pick it up to only get a piece of paper wrote in pencil of what they said they did. I asked for the manager which conveniently wasn t there. So I called and text the manger a few different times Charles is his name to only ignore me & never get back to me. I was also told I d get a warranty for the work, To which I never did. I m disgusted by this place for taking my money to get my car & not getting any answers. I still am going to have to find a shop to go over the work so I can be told how much was actually done.

This is a great trustworthy shop. The guys worked on my jeep and were able to put a new muffler on and working in under a hour. Veteran owned and a place I'd recommend to anyone. Happy to have done business here and would go here again for any future issues.

3 StarTwo O2 sensors that change 3 years ago both of the upstream sensors went out again so I purchased some better sensors and took it here to have them change them out. They changed them again and pleased again with the service. I have one downstream sensor that can t be fixed so the check engine light is always on. Thinking that I have three working when I left was not the point after a few moths. My car was sputtering at a light one day, real bad like it was about to shut off. I checked the code and came up with the code for upstream and downstream on passenger side. That explained why because now I had one working. I picked up the upstream/downstream to replace them myself since now I have a QuickJack lift . I changed the downstream which is the easiest. As I was looking for the plug for the upstream, I noticed that it wasn t plugged in. I can t believe that I was driving the car around for moths not knowing that they forgot to plug it in. I plugged it in, cleared the codes and drove it to see if the code for the upstream would come on again but it didn t. Now I have all three working and the car is running good. That s why I like doing my own work my vehicles.5 Star 3 years prior 2022John and the crew did some work for me before and the service was great! This time my upstream 02 sensors were giving me a code I tried to change them myself in my garage but couldn t reach them laying on my back (needed a lift). Then I thought about Muffler Masters. Stoped by, told John the problem and that I already have the sensors. He said, No problem bring it in when your ready. We will take care of it. That s exactly what they did just like they always do! I definitely recommend this shop.

Yeah I call before I went to have my catalytic converter cleaned, and the lady told be they had to do a diagnostic first. Then after I was told they can t clean my cat, and that they don t perform cat cleaning services, and it would have to be replaced. Unprofessional customer service. It s against the law to gut a cat, it s illegal. They can t perform any cleaning service in a professional shop.

I spoke to John regarding what I needed and wanted. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, I got a muffler delete on my Audi Q7. John gave me options on what tips I wanted on the exhaust and the guys did an amazing job on my suv. The end result was everything I wanted and sounded fantastic! I spent a while talking to John and can only say what an absolute gentleman he was. I can highly recommend his services. Please go and get whatever exhaust you need done with John and his crew, they are sadly closing up shop next Friday. So go see him before then! And thank you John for your service!Service: Exhaust

They are very fast at doing the job and very kind people, but over priced and way too expensive for the straight pipe and cold air intake I had installed, would recommend looking at other places than going too this place.

I came here to make an inquiry but ended up leaving with a new exhaust installed on my car! The prices for exhaust systems here are reasonable, especially since they are hand crafted for each vehicle. The staff is very professional and friendly, especially John! The "try before you buy" service they provide is outstanding. They let you hear what the exhaust sounds like on your ride before fully installing it, which is very helpful! These are very experienced individuals and they will easily set you up for what you want. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you're interested in a new exhaust system for your vehicle!

When was the last time you received a personally addressed thank you note from an automobile mechanic? This illustrates the type of person John Armatrout at Muffler Masters is.I drive an 18 year old, low-milage Volvo, not always the easiest thing to work on. John worked with me to help solve my issue in a fast and economical manner. I thought I needed a major catalytic converter replacement when all I needed was a sensor replaced.The team at Muffler Masters has my trust, let them earn yours...

We've taken 2 of our cars for muffler work. Always experience great service at a fair price. Even received a "Thank you" card. A very nice touch. Thank you.So I am changing my review to a 1 star! Sadly, I went this week and received a verbal quote and returned the following day. They proceeded with the work, only did not do everything discussed the prior day and charged even more. They accused me of not listening. It was very well discussed and understood. I will not return and support this small business and if you do please get a written estimate!Service: Exhaust

I had a roaring sound in the back of my car. Mr John and Jeff diagnosed it soon after I arrived. They replaced the wheel bearing and the cost was very reasonable. They explained what twas fixed and how it worked. Very respectful shop. Good, hard working staff. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks again.

I walked in to get an estimate of how much it would cost to have work done on my 2013 Dodge Charger. I walked in the shop hopping to get a great estimate and end up leaving within less than 2 hours with an x-pipe and flowmasters installed. I was more than satisfied with the service and would definitely go back again. John seen my car and told me exactly what I should try in order to get that aggressive sound I've been looking for. John is amazing and really keeps the business personalized. He ensures his customers are happy when they leave. He even showed me examples and hit me with a reasonable price. I was even recommended another product to help with the performance of my car and will be back for another visit soon to install. I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking in the area.

Had a cutout exhaust installed by the Muffler Masters team on a 2021 Ford F-150 (see pics in photos) and can summarize my experience as awesome. Timely, courteous and their attention to detail is impeccable customer service is the name of their game here calling me over multiple times during the install to ensure that I was pleased and double checking my requests i certainly appreciate this. I got an exhaust on my 2011 Civic DX with an exhaust tip I bought online. Mr. Mike Arhmentraut and his assistant Mr. Yu are highly knowledgeable regarding exhaust systems. I was skeptical at first but after they explained what my options were, I decided to bite the bullet. Mr. Yu worked hard to ensure that it was fitted properly and the welds from my exhaust tip have been so far solid at about six months. I'm pretty pleased about it and my car crackles when decelerating sometimes. It's cool.Service: Exhaust

Couldn't ask for a more honest and skilled set of people. I'd never dealt with a muffler shop until now and wanted a muffler delete for my v8 caddy. The owner and his son are great guys, and their welder has been doing it for 50 years. They even let me hang out and watch the process, so everything was very transparent. Their prices are great and they had me out of there in an hour.The new exhaust system roars like a lion but doesn't drone.10/10

Mr. John and his staff were extremely friendly and professional when I brought in my 2005 Ford Expedition for a catalytic converter to be fixed. My husband called that morning to inquire about having our truck fixed and I was able to get it fixed the same day it took an hour and the check engine light is off as well and we couldn t be happier with the level of professionalism we received and the price was reasonable. We will definitely recommend Muffler Masters of you want highly efficient and professional people to work on your vehicles. Was having problems with my car and narrowed it down to a bad catalytic converter. Muffler Masters got me in same day, confirmed the issue, and fixed it in a few hours for a good price. They even sent a card afterwards thanking me for my business. Highly recommended based on my experience with them.

From the first phone call through the payment for services, John was highly professional, kind and thorough. I had a bad catalytic converter. John diagnosed which one of the two needed replacement. He had it replaced and had a new exhaust tip on there that I decided I wanted in about an hour and for a third of the price other shops would have charged for just the converter. Thank you, John. Highly recommend getting service here. I notice a positive difference in how my vehicle runs now and it sounds great too.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

We r from Louisiana and we came to this place for a louder exhaust put on our truck and the service was excellent and people r so friendly and took really good care of us if I could put more stars I would. Next will be our other truck to gt an exhaust put on. We would highly recommend this place.

I had my catalytic converters replaced on Wednesday. These are wonderful folks to do business with. This was my first time and they make you feel like family. Will recommend them to all my friends. I got a thank you card in the mail today thanking me for my business and you do not get this type of thank you from anyone these days. Again, John and his crew are great and if you want good service at a fair price this is where you need to go.

This place will have my business until they give me a reason not to come in. I brought in my Dodge Challenger to get an estimate on some exhaust work and they had me on the rack within 15 minutes. The owner knew exactly what I'd be looking for and gave me a fair price for the work.Car sounds great and runs even faster than before.Can ya'll install some exhaust headers for me?!Thanks for the great service!

Couldn t be happier with the work they have done on my Ford Focus ST. Called numerous shops and they wanted vast amounts of money for some custom exhaust work which I had the parts for already. Came across Muffler Master gave them a call and John said bring it by we will get it done . Three hours later I get a call from John saying my car is ready! These guys are fast an do awesome work definitely coming back to get me future exhaust work done!!!

A+ experience here. The owner took out a couple of mid mufflers on my challenger. Price was right and the work was quick! Car sounds great as well. Easy to recommend this place.
