Before I purchased TRX rims and tires from a private seller to place on my 2021 Laramie, I contacted Chris regarding the fitment. He provided the proper lift I would need along with pricing. When I arrived they were cleaning my truck and made sure I was completely happy with the appearance before leaving.

Needed a new soft top for 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4Dr and had Mike Ryan's put on a BEAUTIFUL black BESTOP on my white Jeep. Holy Cannoli, these guys hooked me up with the perfect top and also had them install it.....so glad I did. The top has been on a week and I've driven the Jeep on the highway, bumpy roads, and in the rain. I could not be happier with this whole new top experience. The initial contact, purchase, installation went so smooth, just the way you want all your purchase encounters. Great waiting room, comfortable and very clean facility, which speaks to their attention to detail on their product delivery.SPECIAL Thank You to Chris, Harley, and especially T. BTW, very fair pricing for the top and installation.

Installation and billing depertman was courteous and efficient. Sales representative I feel lacked knowledge of the product and Communication skills. My order was ordered wrong the first time and to get my order righ the product was changed without communication to me of it until After the order was delivered. The product itself was fine just not what I wanted. Over all the store was good.Just needs to work on the communication with its customers.

Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone getting a detail here especially for how much it cost. I scheduled an appointment and dropped my truck off at 8 am told them I'd be back at 4pm to pick it up. I call them on my way because I hadn't heard from them just for them to tell me the truck wasn't done. They had my truck all day and didn't even finish cleaning it. Not happy and definitely won't be back.

My Unc got his truck a brush guard, tow hitch, all terain tires, and a bed cover installed, and they did a great job. Moderately priced and the job was finished when expected, which never happens when dealing with automotive upgrades usually. They have plenty of options, very professional and knowledgeable staff Thanks for continuing to be the go to spot for truck accessories in Pensacola, period

Took my sons truck into Mike Ryan s for some Rock LED lights. Harley assisted me and provided top notch service throughout. We had an issue after installation but Harley was kind and professional and went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. I highly recommend Harley!

Chris hooked me up with an excellent deal for lifting my Tacoma and adding bigger tires. He was highly knowledgeable about what parts I d need to do it right, stayed within my budget, provided multiple options, wasn t pushy, and scheduled me ASAP, working around my hectic work schedule. I have spent several thousands with this company, recently had an air horn put on my wife's truck, within months it failed, under warranty still charges me almost $300 to fix it but still doesn't work properly and was told I don't know what else to tell you. Won't be back and will no longer refer anyone.

They did another great job for me. I walked in at opening time and was fortunate that they fit me in. This is the 3rd or 4th vehicle I've had tinted with Ryan's, and they've done a great job each time.

no refunds on orders that the customer wanted. so the order was a standard turn to special order no refunds. at being they say I can have a refund. When you order something from them make sure thats what you want. if order comes in wrong your STUCK WITH IT NO REFUNDS.

Expensive, disappointing quality, sloppy craftsmanship and poor customer service. I'll never let them tint any of my vehicles again. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes you just overpay for sloppy work. There are much more reasonably priced tint shops in Pensacola that do a much much better job.

Great service and people who work there. Taken my truck there for 2 different jobs and been satisfied both times. I have dealt with Chris and Sam both very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Definitely recommend for any of your vehicle work

Have had several vehicles done here and the service has went downhill considerably over the last twenty years. I had scheduled a ceramic coating and a tinting on a new Tesla. The scheduling didn t work for the two days they had so I called a week in advance and told them that I would just get the tinting done. I told them I was coming in on the 11th. I was told that was fine. I came in on the 11th and the guy at the desk told me that I had spoken to someone else and that I should have spoken to him instead. He told me he would try and fit me in but doubted it. I told him to cancel it. It s important to note I went there five years prior to get my windows tinted on a Jaguar. My car was hit in their parking lot that morning. I was called at 3pm and told my car was ready. I came in, was told to pay and only after I paid did they tell me another customer hit my car. No report. No insurance information. Just gave me the guys name and phone number. I chalked it up to a shady manager but it appears the whole place is a problem and still is.

These guys are knowledgeable and professional. Sometimes, things may take a little longer than planned, but if you want the job done right, sometimes that's just how it goes. I would highly recommend Mike Ryan's.

Had purchased a truck bed cover. The technicians installed it in a timely manner, waiting room was clean and stocked with coffee, snacks. Salesman was professional.

Horrible experience. Im still waiting on my package to come in. Sales manager originally told me 7 days now it has been a month. No one called me and let me no anything about the status. Horrible customer service.!!

Made an appointment to have side steps installed on my Jeep. Arrived at my appointment and they took me right in. Enjoyed coffee in the waiting room and before I knew it my Jeep was ready. Great work and fair prices!!!

Excellent work! We had our window tint done because our original was bubbling and making it impossible to see. They got the old tint off with no damage. I was told that some bubbles and streaks can be a normal part of the drying process but it s looked perfect since we picked it up nearly a week ago and we are so happy!

Made an appointment to have front windshield tinted to protect dash from sun. Told it would take 45 minutes, got there 20 minutes early,( appt 11:00) didn t finish til 1:40. Why did I make an appointment? I have read reviews, this seems to be the norm. I will find another place to take my vehicle next time. No excuse for this big of delay, must have one person doing this?

Called them came by and had them look at the vehicle. Said they would call me in a few hours. They didn t so I called back again. Said he would call me back in 20 minutes. It has been 9 days I called him today he finally gave me a number. Was really hoping to have to work done inside the time I was gone but now after 9 days he offers to order the parts and I would be looking at another 8 days before they could start on the vehicle. I guess I m just one of the unlucky ones everyone around here swears by you guys but Sam you really let me down. Hate that I couldn t have been another happy customer.

They do an outstanding job here. My vehicles look new after detailing here. I have also had them tint my windows and that was also done perfectly. Great people, great place to get your car super spiffed up.

DO NOT get tint done here! They don't stand behind their work, and I see why.. It's awful. 7 trips total to try to have 2 cars tinted properly. Both are still wrong. Find another shop to save yourself headache.

Best accessory place in town by far. Preston and Sam are true professionals and can advise you on anything you're wanting to do to your vehicle. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else, never once had an issue.
