We took our Subaru BRZ into the shop to be evaluated for repair. They were very helpful and gave us a fair estimate. I like how candid they were with the work that needed to be done. The only negative is that they don't answer their phone.

So far so good. I took my Forte GT to them to install some Eibach lowering springs, a quick oil change, and an intercooler resonator delete pipe install. They did everything, including a full alignment for half of what every other shop quoted (and there are tons of shops). It's very hard to find good work at a good price.

Donovan got the exact look I was wanting on my infiniti and brought everything to my attention as far as sacrificing ride quality and performance before hand so that I made the right choice... will definitely be back

Kevin the parts guy - 10/10 fantastic. I m in GA and the quality of service is unmatched. I ve checked with most performance shops in ga and started branching out further because I was either paying triple for everything or the wait time for shipping was weeks. This shop. Seriously you guys. Customer service, shipping times, prices and every else was beyond superb. Never going anyone else again.

They did a fantastic job on my clutch in my car it feels better than ever and safe to say coming back for anything new just need something like a clutch or some performance shop to get anything you need this is the place to go.

Wen't to the shop after getting quotes from the dealership. Donovan and the guys are great and very helpful. My Mazda was taken care of , and I'm highly satisfied with the service :) 5 stars all the way!

I've brought my vehicle here multiple times for installs and each time was a great experience, they definitely have a good team going on at this location who have awesome cars themselves. My only complaints are the location is a bit small, it's also up a pretty steep incline so lowered vehicles will need to pull in with caution.

Where to start, I ve personally known the owner Donavan for many years I ve followed him from his last career at rent n roll where he always got me deals on tires, rim, alignments, blow outs, etc. He has now opened his own business and I couldn t be more pleased with him. His show room is amazing. Not dirty like all these other places. Actually smells good inside!! Bathroom was clean! His workers are intelligent and respectful. He always seems to fit me in no matter how late I call. He got me a awesome deal on some American forces!!! I will continue to go their!!! Thanks D!!! Much love god bless

Truly the BEST Auto repair service I have ever received in Pensacola! It literally took them only 15 minutes to complete my repair. This is the 2nd time I have used their service and both times they were fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. They need to teach world Ford of Pensacola how to operate and do business correctly. Thank you so much! I am an Uber driver who will tell everybody about your excellent service.

Donovan and the crew did my turbo install and he personally ordered supporting parts for my BRZ. His customer service is hands down the best and quality of work is super saiyan god status. Would recommend over and over again !

Got some wheels, tires, and suspension work done here on my xse Camry. They did a great job. The price couldn't be beat, and I had my car back within the same day. Great work from these guys. I'll be back for more work.

If I could rate a -1 star I would. Spent a 1.5 weeks discussing which tire and wheel combo I needed for my truck. Was assured that they could get any combo that I needed in 1 to 2 days. Placed order on Saturday, order goes in on Monday the 1st business day. I drove over (no phone status provided) on Wednesday and was told by Donavan that a partial shipment of wheels and tires had arrived, told that the distributor messed up the shipping and the remaining wheels would be in on Thursday. No communication what so ever from this business, so I show up on Thursday, wheels and tires are there (again no phone call that they had come in). Waited a half hour before anyone would acknowledge I was there. However, now there's a huge problem. Wheels are not what I paid for. Placed order for 17x9 with -12 offset. Wheels showed up at 17x8 with a 0 offset and I had to point that out when I looked at the box as they were just about to mount these to my truck. Not once on Thursday did they look at the order they received and call before I drove an hour to get these on. Multiple times I confirmed throughout the 1.5 weeks what set I needed. Now they say that they must place the order again and that the wheels wouldn't be in until the following Monday. No discount offered, no, ohh we made a mistake and we'll have the wheels overnighted, nothing... So order canceled. Had already wasted too much time with lack of communication on their part. You would think that dropping almost 2k on wheels and tires you would be a top priority. Nope, not at MFM Performance. Basic lack of customer service skills and follow up. If you want to waste your time and money, then this is the place for you. If you want "Impeccable" customer service and best pricing on wheels and tires, then I highly recommend Baker Tire Center in Baker Fl. Trust me Baker Tire will not disappoint you like MFM.

I have always had a great experience dealing with MFM. The owner is very easy to work with and always has the right products you need. Not to mention the shop itself is setup beautifully. I usually buy Liquimoly oil and additives I cant find anywhere else but online... and they're prices are even better than online.

Donny and his staff are top rank. Had me in and out with an alignment in 15min. If you're a tuner and want to be taking care of by people who truly love cars and performance, these are your guys.

Can t seem to answer the phone.. I don t know why they have one in the shop if they can t answer it I called 10 different times from 9 am to 1:50pm crazy you could respond to my review within seconds but not answer phone
