I absolutely hate to leave bad reviews, but the sevice manager just kept saying, like I said we can t help you without a service ticket. He didn t want to make a service ticket either. Our Mercedes van alerted us to go to the nearest Mercedes dealership and so we did, but this manager said your coming an hour and a half before we close, I can t do anything for you. Not very helpful at all! We had to start heading to the next dealership in Mobile, the service manager there was so kind. Imagine a KIND SERVICE manager. Isnt that what service is? They have someone waiting for us in Mobile. God bless them! Sorry for the long winded vent but wanted to share what we have experienced. I hope you don t have mercedes vehicle issues in Pensacola because you maybe in for the same service treatment.

Fine folks here finally. I was searching for someone decent to do the work on my vehicle and I m so glad that I decided to take it to the dealer in Pensacola. They were so professional and kept the promised scheduled kind of surprising delivery date to be completed. I absolutely recommend not only the service department, but I also recommend the sales department quite highly, no sales pressure.

This is the most outdated Merceds Benz dealer I have ever seen. This office is more suitable for selling old rusty cars. And the most amazing thing is the incredibly impudent representatives of the service center. Doing a favor to answer the question of the client who came for the service is a clear discrepancy with the luxury brand.Problem wasn t fixed!! Ridiculous!

Extremely thankful for all the help from Larry and RJ! I was eyeing a Porsche, and they both helped me along the way! Not to mention, I was 6 hours away, had to fly in, and we had to handle a lot of the process over the phone. Both gentlemen were really great at getting everything squared away and walking me through the process. I can't recommend them enough!! Very Very happy with my Panamera!!

Centennial Imports is the only place I will take my Mercedes for any service after my most recent experience! Before bringing my car to Centennial, I had been to two other places in town which were unable to fix the problem. One even told me I needed $8,000 worth of repairs. Jeff, the service department manager, made sure that I was taken care of the entire time. Chris, my service advisor, did the same and kept me updated with pictures and videos. Centennial truly looks out for its customers and has a very personable, knowledgable team!

We have purchased many cars, but have NEVER experienced the level of service we received at Centennial Imports (Mercedes of Pensacola). AJ is amazing all the way around. He s extremely compassionate and genuine. We travelled from over 6 1/2 hours away because he was super prompt and professional on the phone. The car we purchased has definitely exceeded my expectations. I told my husband it s only going to be Mercedes from here on out. :) Within the next few years, we will definitely be returning to this business for another Mercedes because we purchased with the intention of handing the current one down to our son.

How excellent this dealership is. They are fair and polite respectful people. I had a semi serious Anti Lock Brake Warning Light issue. They honored my extended warranty purchase from a different dealership with no problems. I am grateful. Thank you Chris F.

Let me say he was a very relatable and genuine guy. 10/10 service with him helping me purchase a van for my wife. The service department was accommodating and nice, however I am very disappointed in my latest interaction. I waited 4 weeks for the appointment and they did not provide a loaner, on the contrary I was taken to a a rental car agency that gave me a Camry that is low to the ground and in no way comparable to my Mercedes SUV. I was told that my car would be out of service for the next 6 or 7 days and I m stuck with a rental. So very disappointed with service in Northwest Florida. Will not be purchasing another Mercedes as the service is totally inferior to Lexus and other luxury brands.

While vacationing in the Pensacola area our van s air conditioning blower motor and regulator failed. The Parts Department did an excellent job of finding the parts we needed and pulling them from stock. We replaced the supplied parts and we re ready to get On The Road Again !Great job guys!

I am very disappointed about the service I received today. I have been a client for 18 years, have bought at least four or five vehicles from them. Today I took my wife's car for its first service. On the way home the low-pressure lights came on, I only can guest they set the pressure way below the recommended PSI. The service due warning was still on, meaning they never reset the computer. When I call the service rep was of little help. His only response was to take the vehicle back, like its that simple to take off work so they can fix their mistake. I have call him 3-4 times with no response. Centennial, this is not the way to treat loyal costumers, you need to do better.UPDATE: They sent one to my home to take care of the issues. Thank you!

I had such a great experience with this dealership... my sales lady Lori was the BEST... I had some unusual requests about the sale and delivery, and she hung in there all the way and made buying my E450 effortless. And boy do I LOVE that car! What a beauty!Lori was extremely knowledgable and very kind. Fun, too. We really laughed when she was showing me the auto-park feature... where the car literally backs in and parallel parks itself. I almost had a panic attack not holding the wheel, but she was right - it worked just fine. My favorite little "extra" was the automatic scent disburser - love having a great fragrance lightly spritz in the car every now and then! Elegant.Everything she told me about from the special ordering of the car from Germany to delivery was accurate and timely. No surprises. Great post-sale follow-up which tells me they are a quality organization all the way. Thank you!!

We recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from RJ at Centennial. Living 90 minutes away we were able to work out all the details and generate all the paperwork over the phone. When we arrived the vehicle was exactly as described and pictured on the website and paperwork was ready to be signed. After a quick test drive we were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Centennial Imports and highly recommend RJ for his outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service during and after the sale.

We brought our running Mercedes for diagnostic due to intermittent check engine light p0171 p0174.After they had it for a while they stated that a regular diagnostic is not enough and they need a $550 diagnostic approval , after suspiciously speaking to the service advisor, we decided to authorize that and not just 30 min later they called again and said that "car quit running" and it needs an over $5000 for cylinder heads repair. We declined the service and we had to tow our Suv to at local independent shop.Our local shop found that intake manifold bolts were loosen therefore no compression and lack of starting, after further investigation they found a faulty spark plug and a maf sensor which all cost under $800 with Diagnostic and repair.I'm writing this review over a year later to update that our Mercedes did not had that similar issue again and so you know how Mercedes of Pensacola does their business

Terrible service department. Had a recall to be done on my work van. We had been told that it would take about two and a half to three hours. It was decided to do a service on it at the same time, coolant, oil, etc. Five hours after I arrived (we had a 9:15 appointment) I was told the service still needed to be finished, but it was on the lift. No answer as to how much longer it would be. As I write this, it is after 4:30 and still not finished. The sales people seem nice, though.

Had an emergency radiator repair while on vacation 1000 miles from home. From my first call, Denise in service was so kind and made me feel at ease. Once the vehicle was on the tow truck, I spoke to service manager Roger and explained our anxiety that we need to be able to drive back home at the end of the week. He assured me they would get the vehicle right in and diagnosed. From there, John Carey service advisor was great at communicating with us. They asked to keep the vehicle on extra afternoon to do thorough quality checks since we had such a long journey home. Everyone was just great and it was very much appreciated! THANK YOU!
