My son took his car here for an issue with brakes. They replaced pads, rotors, calipers and brake fluid flush. $1700 later he gets his car back and didn t even get 2 miles down the road and the same issue happens again. However it burned up the pad and warped the rotors. This could have caught his car on fire. He had it towed to another garage and they diagnosed brake booster. Meineke agreed and replaced $600 + later, he gets car back and didn t make it as far down the road and THE same thing happens. They aren t fixing the problem and they aren t test driving the car to verify the problem. They are taking him for a ride and charging outrageous amounts. If they test drove the vehicle they would see the issue wasn t fixed. We will NOT ever return to this place for any kind of service.

I ve had not so great of an experience in the past with another company when it came to getting my car fixed. However, the experience I had with Meineke was excellent. Every single person I encountered, especially the gentleman at the front desk, was friendly and informative. Moving forward, this will be my go-to place. Thanks for the great service!

We took our daughter s car to get an alignment. They checked out the car to find that we did not need an alignment and did not charge us a dime! Great place with excellent customer service! We will definitely use this location in the future!!

When the email was sent with things wrong on my car there was a picture and comment saying I had no cap on my coolant. Knowing this was incorrect I popped the hood and the technician obviously did not put the cap back on. I have taken my car here for years and the past few times the quality of service and attention to detail has declined.Service: Tire rotations

Before going to Meineke we went to several other shops to get our catalytic converters problem taken care, without success. Meineke diagnosed the problem quickly the day we brought our car in, ordered parts that day, received them and fixed the car by end of business the next day, for a decent price, with no surprises. Hats off to them, especially Kevin!

I was happy with meineke because I needed help with my truck that day, and had to go to work early morning. I was in and out in two hours. If I need help again I'll most likely visit mieneke....tks.

Update they just sent me a message that I need to rotate the tires on my Mustang same one that 3 months ago I paid them to do.FOLKS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFFI paid for a tire rotation then was told we only do it if needed, but there was no discount for not doing it and went from a $99.00 oil change to $132.00 with a $20 discount. I just moved to Pensacola and was looking for a place that I could trust to do the work on my cars. This is not the place

I love the Michigan Avenue location of Meineke! They are always quick to get my issue resolved. I feel that the work on my vehicle is being done with professionalism!

Will never go back I paid 1,200 for a alternator last year and it just went out again they told me I had a life time warranty so took car back and they said yeah it s the alternator I said how and I just paid u 1,200 for a new alternator he said we can fix it u have a warranty he still charged me 670.00 Kevin is a rip off told me one price and when my husband brought car too him he charged a whole 170.00 more I will never do business with this company ever he lied about how many hours it took too replace the alternator he charge me for 5 in half hours and it only took three my car alerted my phone when they finished because they drove it around the corner too test drive it so I called Kevin and told u done with my car he tried too lie but I told him someone is driving my car so he said yes it s ready but he still charge me 2hours more labor Kevin isn t a honest person and think twice before u take your car there u pay for new parts but don t get them u get used parts but u pay for new parts and they and when u leave them it s something else be wrong with your that wasn t broke before they fix on your car let this be the last place in Pensacola too let do repairs on your car

I had stopped at a different shop and was told that their allinement machine was down, i stop by Meineke and was greeted professional, my vehicle was in and out it a timely manner, pictures where taken and information was sent to my phone with important information.Glad a stopped byService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Went in to get A/C service for my truck. I was told they had to check to see if there were any leaks. My truck was finished within 15 minutes, and was told it would take an hour. I was told that they replaced freon, because it was low.i was told that they did not find any leaks. Freon does not evaporate in a closed system. I was taken. Un reliable!!!

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and insightful and clearly informed me of my options for my vehicle and ultimately recommended another shop that would be able to meet my needs. It's great to know that there are still businesses who listen to the customer and give you options. Yesterday. June 16, I took my vehicle for an oil change and I was on my way in no time.

The customer service was A1! Everyone was polite and attentive. Mark helped me choose which windshield wipers I needed, and my oil changed was done within 20 minutes. They even started before my appointment was scheduled! I highly recommend this Meineke off of Michigan

This place added about 1 quort to much oil to my car. On top of that my oil filter was leaking so I pulled it off and it had 2 gaskets on it also my oil pressure sensor was busted not shure it happen here or not but never had the light till after they worked on it.I am looking for a good place to work on my car I am not interested in doing it my self any more. I won't be this place and I am sorry for anyone that brings there car here.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!Can not even do an oil change. On top of that they charged for the quort I had to remove.Service: Oil change

Did a good job inspecting everything and being thorough on my truck. Problem is I was told over the phone one price and after taking the vehicle in the price was almost double what was quoted. Really? You want a review? Ok, so I pay for an inspection that isn't tallied into any repairs I have done and you don't even tell me I have an oil leak and a headlight that is out but I'm told your inspection is thorough and that's why it's on top of repairs. Then after one part is fixed the another breaks? Sure I can see that but still double the labor and cost overall. THEN! you somehow break an antenna that is no where near my starter? Now I have to go back to a place that left me in tears to get this fixed. My car does at least run so thank you for that. I traveled from Nebraska to Florida to spend Thanksgiving with my friends. While on the drive my ABS and check engine light came on. I called on Wednesday afternoon and was told to bring my car in on Friday morning. I dropped my car off at 7 when they opened. It was done and fixed by that afternoon. My trip wasn t interrupted one bit. I dealt with Don. He was kind, personable, and knew what he was talking about. I would send all my friends and family to him if I lived here. This was my 1st time using this particular shop. Kevin and his team were very professional. There was a slight delay with the parts for my car but he kept me in the loop and let me know when the parts were there. Once the parts arrived the repair was completed was completed quickly and in a timely fashion. I am satisfied with the work. 1st time oil change and brakes inspection at Meineke. It was a good experience and I highly recommend for your auto needs.Scheduled an appt and got right in. Didn't take very long. Provides detailed reports about what they did and any estimates with pictures.

I won t take my vehicle anywhere else! I have a lot of faith in that the manager and mechanics to be honest and ensure that my vehicle is in top working condition. shop and trust them explicitly. They are a wonderful crew!!!!!. They take the time to ensure their customers are aware of what they are doing. Prices may have gone up but the quality of service has NEVER gone down.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
