The receptionist was courteous, fast, and clear with instructions. The 2 men who towed my totaled Subara WRX were so helpful and also concerned about how I was doing. They even helped clean out my car. The yard is organized and safe and easy to get to your vehicle. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you so much.

Picked up and towed our Nissan frontier from the rec side of the road. It was painless drivers and everybody I talk to their especially the lady at the front desk or just as nice and helpful as I can be.

I was involved in an accident that left my vehicle totaled. FHP called Matchett Towing and they were there in no time. The driver was very friendly and helpful. After expressing his dislike of electric vehicles, (Sorry about that!) he had it up on the rack and out of there in minutes. I called the next day and the lady I spoke to in the office was super polite and helpful. 5 stars, would certainly recommend these people any time you need a tow.Service: Car towing

Century police found our stolen car and had it towed back to Pensacola via Matchett. Matchett mailed a registered letter to us 12 days after taking possession of the car. The statues state that the letter must be postmarked within seven business days. The FL statues for consumers rights were ignored by this business. I presented this fact to the owners. After a steamed debate with them, it was decided to refund the three days storage charge that the business was not entitled to receive The towing rate per mile is on the high end of average. The admin fee of 5% and the convenience fee of 5% is on the high end as well. The office closes early on Fridays and is not open on weekends, expect to pay a storage fee for these days too. A lot of drama could have been avoided, if the business was professional.Service: Car towing

Corey was exceptionally polite and professional, and made a rainy day much brighter. He went FAR BEYOND out of his way to accommodate us getting our vehicle taken care of. Let me just say, this has been the best experience I've had in awhile with towing. My car broke down unexpectedly and i went through my insurance(Geico) and that how I ended up using Matchett towing company. Not sure who is the lady that answers the calls ,but she is very sweet and answered all of my questions to a T. I had Robert as my tow driver and he is AMAZING! He is so nice and got the job done! What I value the most is that he kept in touch with me to let me know he was on the way and kept me informed if anything came up. In other words, Request Robert he's great! Overall, Matchett Towing is a great company and would highly recommend!Service: Car towing

My car needed a tow yesterday. I am covered by roadside assistance on my insurance. Leo with Matchett was dispatched. Initially I was given a wait time of about 90 min (not bad at all). Leo called, told me where he was and said he was on the way to me. I waited under an hour for a tow. Leo was quick, had my car loaded quickly, took it to the shop of my choice, had it unloaded in a matter of 2-3 minutes. Great service, great communication.

9.7.22 (10 stars for excellent roadside assistance!!) We were on our way to Dry Falls, WA. to celebrate my husband's 90th b.d. My front bumper fell off and was dragging on the highway. (I drive a Ford Focus and the is the 2nd time this has happened.) I am a AAA member but did not call them because the service is too slow. I pulled over to the side of the road (we were 20 minutes from Hartland in the middle of a dust storm). I located a local service, Matchett towing and Recovery. The response was speedy and amazing! His first concern was our safety! When he arrived he said he could fix things then and there. The driver performed a small miracle by getting down on the pavement and simply reattaching the bumper to the car!! He had all the necessary tools. It was if an Angel had descended to assist us. He was concerned with our safety and well being. What is most amazing is that his charge was below expectations and happily paid. We two old people could have easily been taken advantage of and overcharged but we weren't. It was heartwarming to meet a decent, honorable man who just wanted to help and did everything he could to make things work and for us to continue our trip. We were pleased and delighted with his personality, character, and skill. Totally impressed!! He earned 10 stars!!!He's a winner!!

This place is absolutely garbage. I've been trying for a month to get them to release my vehicle to the insurance company and they continue to provide incorrect information.Do yourself a favor and use anyone else

Contracted towing via non-emergency USAA roadside assistance service. Took 4 hours of PTO to wait for the wrecker to show at my house. Nothing. Not even a phone call. USAA set up an APPOINTMENT through the same contractor Sunday morning. I waited until the time window was up and nothing. I called but went straight to voicemail which was full so I couldn t even leave a message. No show x 2 and no contact. I have recommended USAA remove them as a service provider.Service: Car towing

The front desk was very friendly and understanding. The tow truck driver did the extra work of picking up the stuff that came out of my vehicle from my wreck, including my grandmother's blanket. My car was towed to this lot by Florida Highway Patrol. Since I am a dealer and the vehicles we have on our lot do not get titles to us I already knew this process would be difficult. I called to see exactly what I needed before I drove over from Alabama to pick the car up. I brought the bill of sale from the auction, my business license, my insurance and dealer tags. Also had access to any other documentation needed in order to prove this was MY car. I really had no problem with needing to get whatever was needed. I did have a problem with the attitude I got from the lady in charge. From the very first words this so called lady spoke to me she was rude and unprofessional. In my business if I spoke to people that way I 100% would expect to be out of business. It cost me $354 for a tow from the Florida Welcome Center to their tow yard and for the car to stay there for a few hours. If that is not price gouging because of someone else s unfortunate situation I don t know what is. My guess is that their business model has been reformed to repos and rotation calls from the police in order to fit their bully type attitudes. Probably can t get real business off the streets anymore and have to rely on making people pay top dollar when they can t shop and have no choice who the state or county uses. I would never in a million years use this company under ANY circumstance. My mom always taught me to treat people the way you want to be treated. Maybe these people didn t get this life lesson. Or maybe they just want to feel empowered because they have your car and know there is nothing you can do about it. Either way... THEY SUCK!

Tow truck driver was great. Transparency in terms of final towing cost was not great. they would not even give me an approximation as to what the towing fee would be until we got to the drop-off destination. However they were very timely and came out immediately to my location. My situation was somewhat unique as well. But definitely one of the best towing companies in Pensacola.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The dispatcher was extremely rude to me when I was just trying to get an estimate. I asked her if she could give me an estimate on a tow that would be 21 miles and since she was at a desk, I figured it's part of her job to do math for a complete total other than stating it was x amount of money per mile, she proceeded to tell me rudely "Well, you can do the math just as much as I can." I then told her "Thank you for your incredible amount of rudeness, have a great day."I then called back and asked for management and she said she wouldn't send me to them, and to call back tomorrow. Then I asked her her name and instead of telling me she proceeded to ask me why, I told her she was extremely rude and I just wanted to talk to a manager, and she then hung up on me. Super unprofessional.

My father was severely injured in an accident, and his work car was brought here. The front office staff are completely rude, and could not be bothered to go check the cab for my dad s glasses when his employer called to ask. I went to go check on my own time and was hassled for about 20 minutes because I was the driver s son. I described the truck to a T. They wouldn t even check my I.D.

Try telling my wife they gonna sell car and put 3k lien on her.Our car was stolen an didn't notify us til was almost to late for us to recover.Losers hope I never deal with them again.Last I used them took over an hour to get to us then got two more calls and told us we either ride with them or they will drop us and motorcycle off on side of road broke down.And that's a 150$ tow.Got home 4 hours later and 150$.Crooks Dirtbag douches.....

These people towed our sons car when he got into an accident. My son had a $700.00 electric guitar in the trunk of his car. Someone with their company took his guitar and broke it in half, because we had decided to go with another company to do the paint and body work on his car. I called to speak to one of the their administrative personnel about filling an insurance claim so our son could get his guitar replaced. But they swear up and down that they didn t brake it. Even when the car was locked in their compound. They were the only ones who had access to his car from the seen of the accident, to the point when our son s car arrived at the body shop which ultimately done the repairs on the car. Steer away from this company. Your property might get damaged.

I needed a tow and was not able to be near my vehicle or at home when they dropped it off. I also was at work and unable to answer call backs but was able to get my husband to call for me to make sure I could pay their invoice. We love quite far out but the price was very respectful and they left my vehicle right where I asked. Thank you so much!!

After given terrible customer service, I had to demand to speak with the manager. Not doing so would have cost me my car and all my belongings after a terrible accident. I couldn't believe how rude the female rep was considering the fact that my car was totaled and I was in extreme pain. But thanks to whoever the manager is for getting me access to my things.

Very happy with the service! He told us he had 25 years of experience and it showed!! We are not from the area, but the first tow truck company that came refused to help us. Matchett got us back of the road in a couple of minutes!

The reason I gave them that star is because I couldn t comment without. If could have gave a review without a star or NEGATIVE stars I would have these people are HORRIBLE and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. Not only were my children and I waiting for over 5 hours and I called 3pm and it s now 10:13pm amd they have yet to call and tell me they declined the tow and this happened more then once today...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE thank God for Ethan from McAdams towing

Worst drivers in Pensacola. Almost got hit by 2 different trucks in one week. They never use their turn signals, hard brake often and flash their rear brights in your face. Tried to call the office and left a message but noone called back so apparently noone cares that their drivers are out on the roads driving large vehicles like maniacs.
