A great experience and more reasonably priced than I expected. From my first interaction with Rachel to when I picked up my truck a few days later, they exceeded expectations. My older truck looks like new thanks to a complete sand and paint (base and clear coat). All the peeling and faded paint has been replaced with a gleaming finish guaranteed for 5 years. If I need another vehicle I will be calling MAACO!

These guys did a great job on our truck and my husband is beyond thrilled. If you need a paint job this is the place to go. Worth the money spent.

I am very pleased with the complete restoration paint job Maaco did on my 1983 Toyota Celica ST. The 41 year old car looks new again. The price was a good deal as well and came with a 5 year warranty. I removed most of my cars trim and badging, the rear bumper, and both tail light assemblies prior to getting the car painted. I will be restoring all the trim myself, which was the arrangement I made with the sales rep.

Justin and Rachael delivered superior customer service. The paint on my 2015 white Sonata had began peeling on the hood and being a major eyesore. Luckily, I was able to drop my car off the same day I went in for a quote and it was ready for pickup the next day sooner than expected! The technicians did an excellent job painting the hood and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely use this shop for future repairs if needed.

Overall price for the product was decent. However they asked for an additional $200 and did nothing extra, forgot to mount the roof rack back, lost trim, completely covered the interior with sanding debris, primed areas and forgot to paint. So 2 stars was pretty gracious. I was told after bringing all of this to their attention.... were sorry. Sorry doesent pay for the cleaning it will take, the special order trim piece, or the extra $200:I was scammed out of..... looks good from a distance though.Service: Painting

Fabulous professional experience. Entire Staff was helpful at every step. Paint shop was meticulous in prepping for paint. I am Very happy with my new paint job. The URITHANE PLUS package was perfect for my 20 year old car. It just looks great at a reasonable price.

I took my British Sports car there for some minor body work and paint! I cannot say enough great things about this place! The service and quality is great but the real MVPs are the staff, especially Justin and Rachel in the office. They're very responsive and accommodating and, of course, friendly!Great value and guaranteed work too. Go see them, you'll be glad you did.

I was surprised there aren t 4+ stars for this business. I had an amazing experience.I did the online quote for my car and the price was estimated 2-3x higher than what the actual cost was. My recommendation is go in person to get your quote. Because of the high online quote I attempted to paint my car myself. It took 2-3 weeks and cost more for the supplies than if I had brought it here originally. I ended up getting headaches from the fumes and my paint job had spotty texture so I gave up and decided to bring it here to have them fix it.When I brought my car to Maaco, Justin Brooks was so kind and understanding. He gave me props for trying to paint my car myself and was compassionate with my frustration and money spent on the project. They would have had it ready it in 2 days but I would have been out of town for Thanksgiving so I told them not to rush. They redid the roof because the paint reacted to my paint even though they didn t have to go above and beyond to do that. Justin personally came in on his day off to strip the roof to the metal.My car is so shiny and has a beautiful paint job. She looks brand new. They even vacuumed my car (at least it looks like did).The color is not the original color as when I bought my car, but you need to have realistic expectations when getting your car repainted. I m so happy with the results and the customer service.Service: Painting

Took both my cars, one for a paint job, the other for paint and some body work. Both cars are low mileage but peeling. Both look like new. 5 year warranty so it was worth it to me. Customer service was great as well

USE PEACH. The Pensacola Maaco lacks skill and professionalism. To any potential customer considering using this location, I would heavy caution against it. The level of customer service is exceptionally low and the quality of the product is not much better. The office staff lacks professionalism in their customer service skills. The start to finish product took over a month to complete, coupled with consistent reminding of what needed to be accomplished. A potential customer would get better results using a more reputable business. Again, for emphasis, I would heavy caution against using this business. My experience has been very very poor.

Locally in Milton/ Pace area it was going to cost me in excess of $4500.00 to get my wife s car painted and they wanted me to leave the vehicle 6-8 weeks. MAACO will do it it in 4-8 work days and it cost me $1,600.00 for the same paint job. Very satisfied with the work done. Car looks new with paint job.Everybody we came in contact with were very professional and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them. Also, car was clean inside and out when we picked it up.

Could not ask for a better experience having my 1986 F150 body work & paint. Delighted with Justin & Racheal from the estimation, keeping me updated as to the progress of the job. Would go back to Pensacola Macco for any auto paint & body work without any hesitation.Thanks for a job that exceeded my expectations.

Maaco did pretty good with my paint job. They gave me some handyman leftover work to complete after 5 weeks; just a few dirt spots that need to be buffed. I'm very comfortable with the 5 year warranty. That will keep me as a customer and I have another project for them soon! I have one complaint, as a warning to customers; I wasn't aware that it was my responsibility to locate and mention every dent that I wanted repaired. There were scratches near the windshield passenger side that I pointed out to Rachel; underneath the scratches, there's a dent. At the time, the car was pearl white and the dent wasn't easy to see. Now that the car has been painted charcoal gray the dent is more obvious, and I would have to pay the additional cost of having that dent repaired. So in general my complaint is that it should be Maaco's responsibility to locate every dent and document them in the work order. For example, Rachel noticed chipped paint near the front grill that I didn't mention, and she put that in the work order! Lastly, while my car was back at Maaco for touch-up work, the car was left unlocked, and unfortunately for me, a brand new pair of prescription glasses were stolen. My fault was leaving valuables in my car, but Maaco was negligent in leaving my car unlocked in a non-secured parking lot.Service: Painting

This was the worst experience I ever had in dealing with a company. I was told to bring my car in on a Thursday, December 28th and it would be ready on Tuesday, January 2nd (5 day turn around)of the next week. Well, that was a lie and excuses was offered by Rachel. She didn't like the way it look, it wasn't ready, come in on Thursday, January 4th (a week later), it wasn't ready. So come in on the following Monday, January 8th. Never received a call yo pickup the car. Finally got a call, I could pick it up on Tuesday. I picked up on Wednesday morning, because it was late and I wanted to make sure things were right. The first thing was when I went to pay, they wanted to charge 3% of the bill if I used debit or charge card. So, I had to go to the bank and get cash. 2nd thing that was wrong, they lost the button off the key fob. I was told by a worker I never dealt with "how he didn't know it wasn't on when I brought it in" first off I handed my fob to Rachel and it was there, if she didn'tthink it was there, why she went looking for it in the car? So they found it in their back "they say." 3rd thing the car wouldn't start in their parking lot and had to get someone to jump the car off. That was it, I was so glad to get away from Macco Body and Paint. After, being upset and frustrated, I calm down once i was home and got a good look at the car, and see paint running down under the door handles.....

I did the on line preliminary estimate, then had an appointment with the local MAACO, Rachael was very pleasant to work with. We discussed the different processes and I decided for painting, I was satisfied with one of the higher options. I brought the vehicle in on Friday, the work was completed by Wednesday, very smooth process. So far the finish looks great, been cloudy and rainy, so haven't had a detailed look yet.Service: Painting

Maaco in Pensacola does a really great job for a fantastic price. I have a couple of before and after pix. They painted the car all three colors, followed the factory paint stripe exactly and added my hood scoop. The after pictures are before I cleaned the car up. The original paint was cracked and faded badly. They sanded it down to bare metal and brought it back. All of this within two and a half weeks. It's not a 10 foot paint job, it looks great up close.With some minor blemishes easily touched up, they did a great job. A competitor wanted $5k for the same paint job and this was MUCH less. This Maaco is owned by a car enthusiast and they do a lot of classic cars. This is my second classic car that they have painted. Their people that do the masking are nearly perfect. Miniscule overspray. I didn't pay for the most expensive paint job but I feel they went the extra mile for me. Great job guys and I will be back!

Just went for an estimate. Rachel was very professional and knew how to put numbers together. Lol. Too expensive. Got it done in Georgia for half the price. Tighten up Florida. You're too greedy.
