Had the best customer service experience in a long time if not ever. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by 4+ people. It was kind of overwhelming in a great way. They got my truck in right then and there. Got many compliments on my new truck and had a really nice conversation with JR (I think). Lori got me checked in and out that day. Michael and Jake were my techs. Work is so fantastic you can t tell the windshield was replaced. Thank you for taking such good care of me. You have made me a customer for life.

I made an appointment and they went to work as soon as I arrived. The job was done well by Mike the technician and's the calibration by Ollie although complicated, was done well and accurately. The office representative Rochelle made making the appointment, and settling with the insurance company an easy operation for me. I would recommend Lloyd s glass to anyone who needs a window changed and calibrated. Nice clean office and waiting area also. The windshield alignment with the cars frame was spot. Thanks for the great job Lloyd s .

What a great place and fabulous group of folks. Less than 2 hours and my '92 S10 has a beautiful new windshield. I'll be sure to stop by when I finish the restoration on it. Big shout out to Bruce, Rochelle and Haley for making this a "slick as glass" experience! Thank you all.

Rochelle was friendly and helpful over the phone setting up the service, and the tech,Taylor, arrived and swapped my windshield in a timely manner. Everything about the whole process was easy. The service tech Taylor did a great job too.I definitely would recommend Lloyd's glass to anyone

What I am assuming was a rock bounced off my sunroof on the interstate causing it to shatter. Pamela was awesome and got straight to work coordinating with my insurance and keeping me updated with the progress. I spoke to many helpful people via phone if she was unavailable. 9 days after the accident and it s good as new! The work was done within an hour once they received the part. I believe Jay was the technician (but Jake is also written). I highly recommend this shop. My mom saw their commercial and how confident and competent they handle insurance. They did not disappoint.

Excellent excellent excellent!!!! If I could give 10 STARS I would. From the moment I walked into the door to acquire for the service to the moment I got the service done... Haley helped and walked me through with whole process with the insurance company and constantly kept me updated. All the ladies in the office were friendly and welcoming. The technicians Jay and Jake did a wonderful installation. BEST customer service!!! I 100 percent recommend Lloyd's Glass!

Rochelle helped me get a new windshield for my 71VWBus and was very personal and professional. My Bus is a restoration and she was interested how it was going and she liked the old buses. Told me it would take 2 days and that was exactly when it came in. Picked it up and everyone there were so polite and very nice. The installers even gave me advice and tips on ways to make it easy to put it in. If possible I would have gave 10 stars to Rochelle and everyone. Thanks for y all s help!!!!!!!!

One of my car windows was busted overnight. I called Lloyds that morning and Rochelle was a ray of sunshine on that cloudy day. She was knowledgeable, caring, and very professional. She set me up for an appointment the next day. Rochelle called me the next morning to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, every single staff member was so nice! Rochelle was just as awesome in person as she was on the phone. The tech who installed my window was Mike. Mike did a fantastic job! They even vacuumed inside the door to ensure there was no glass left behind. The window looks perfect! I don t plan on any of my windows getting broken again but if they do, I m calling Rochelle! 10000000 out of 10

Excellent experience! Rochelle and the entire front desk staff are so courteous, and make their customers feel like family. I had to reschedule my appointment a few times, and Rochelle was always professional and quick to accommodate my schedule. The waiting room is comfortable with complimentary refreshments adding to the pleasant and hospitable atmosphere. Jake installed my new windshield promptly and efficiently. 10/10, we love Lloyd s and highly recommend!

Had Lloyd s Glass in Pensacola replace my windshield on my Toyota. Jake and Mike did an excellent job! During check in, Lori was thorough and efficient in assessing the problem and writing up the work to be done. This is my second time using Lloyd s Pensacola and highly recommend them as the best glass shop in town. Previously they tracked down and fixed a water problem due to a leaky sun roof on my Toyota. Truly amazing! They are courteous, efficient, professional in their work, and a pleasure to do business with.

I heard that the people were really nice at Lloyd's Glass, the workmanship very good and the prices very reasonable. Today I found out that all of that was true. From first speaking with Customer Service Specialist Rochelle on the phone and then meeting and speaking with her at the shop, she was very friendly and nice and explained the work to be done clearly and professionally. The work on my windshield, completed by Technician Jake, was excellent. I would highly recommend Lloyd's Glass.

What a great team with awesome hospitality. From start to finish, Pamela and Richelle were super friendly and attentive with scheduling my appointment, and answering any questions I had regarding insurance, cost, process, etc.Pamela quoted a few hours on the service time so I brought my work in for the meantime and it was definitely a warm and welcoming environment! Michael and Oliver did a great job on my windshield. They worked diligently to get it done with precision and constant updates.I even got a box of steaks at the end of it all! What an experience! Highly recommend Lloyd glass repair shop! :)

Nikki and all of the customer service personnel were courteous, polite, kind, and friendly. She directly contacted my insurance and submitted all the paperwork. Jake did an excellent job removing and replacing my windshield in an efficient manner! Thank you all for accommodating my needs! I was able to set up my laptop and connect to their free wifi in a comfortable location so I could work on my school work. Refreshments were also available! A very smooth, effortless experience from start to finish I would definitely recommend them and enlist their services again.

I had the most AMAZING experience with the crew in Pensacola! Pamela started off my experience, and we spoke a few times just trying to make sure I was getting what I wanted, being a Jeep owner. The other ladies up front were awesome, too! Lori, Rochelle and Haley all made me feel like family! Oliver completed my recalibration - I think it's even better than when I bought it! Jake and Taylor had installed the windshield, and we even got to chat about me growing up in Michigan - Jake did, too - and they both were rooting for the Lions with me! But I can't take anything away from the techs 'behind the scenes' - Bruce, Michael, Jay, and David - I appreciate the hard work you boys do, as well! I am so happy I went to Lloyd's! 10 out of 10 will recommend! And just the feeling like the home-town shops, made everything worth it! Oh.... And the steaks are good, too!

Having my windshield replaced at LLoyd's was an extremely pleasant experience. Lori took all my information over the phone so they were ready with the correct windshield for my car. She was really easy to work with and is very professional and proficient in her job. Bruce was the technician did an outstanding job. My windshield hasn't looked this good since I bought the car. I really appreciate all the great service you guys have given me! Thanks!!

A rock hit my windshield yesterday afternoon, so I informed my insurance agent, and I asked to take it to Lloyd s Glass. With in minutes I received a call from Pamela at Lloyd s Glass. I was able to drop my vehicle off that afternoon, and they began working on it. I received a call the next morning that it was ready. The staff at Lloyd s Glass are AMAZING ! A special acknowledgment of fantastic Pamela, Patrick, and Bruce !!! If you need a windshield replaced or other glass services, give them a call. And, YES, I did get a box of steaks ! Thank you Pamela, Patrick, & Bruce for a very positive and wonderful experience I highly recommend Lloyd s Glass !!!

I was referred by another one of their customers. I cant say enough about how easy and efficient this whole process was!! Lori took my call, handled my insurance, and set an appointment for me within a few hours. Taylor came to my place of work and replaced my windshield in 1 hour or less. He was pleasant and professional! I would highly recommend Lloyd's to anyone!!!

Lloyd's was very good at making the process very easy. They handled everything with my insurance and did a great job on the repair itself. I waited in the lobby for my windshield to be fixed. It was lovely and only took about 2 hours. Thank you Lori Moore, Bruce, and Oliver for doing an outstanding job on my car.

Lori and Michael were amazing today! We stopped in unexpectedly because we were driving to Pensacola and got a chip in our windshield and wanted to see if they could repair it. They had us in and out in under 30 minutes and you can t even tell where the chip was at. I also had a two and four year old with me, and they kindly gave them toys and played with them while we waited for the repair to be completed. If you are looking for a place to get your glass work done, I would highly recommend stopping in to Lloyd s glass repair for a great price and top notch customer service!

Appearance of the waiting area was very clean, up to date furnishing and no offensive odors, such as burnt coffee. Ladies at front desk were very helpful and offered drink refreshments while I waited. I was told that windshield replacement would take about an hour and half. Before I could get to a chair to sit down, the car was immediately taken to the back to begin work. I had a very pleasant surprise when after an hour 10 minutes the lady announced that my car was ready! Thanks to Bruce, Rochelle and Haley for the great job!

Rochelle had such great customer service from start to finish, kept me updated throughout the process.. ollie and allen were the ones that installed my windshield and i have no complaints they even put back my dash cam that was installed on my windshield. Very professional!

I had a great experience at Lloyd's! The staff is friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs. Haley helped me and was very friendly. The waiting room is pleasant. The best part is the excellent repair Bruce did to my windshield. I am so glad I stopped at Lloyd's!

I just got my daughter s car back from Lloyds! You talk about amazing service I spoke with Rochelle on the phone and she got everything started and ensured it was an easy process. My technician was Mike and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. My daughter is about to have her first child and we found mold and a leak in her car. The staff at Lloyd s checked and triple checked the car to ensure there were no more leaks. I couldn t be any more pleased with the way I was kept updated on the job and how professional and friendly the whole staff is!!

Quick great service. Rochelle was wonderful, stayed on line with me with my insurance company & took care of everything. Michael did a great job and was very professional. These folks provided excellent customer service and highly recommend them. Don t go anywhere else!
