This is a great business! I understand that they have four locations. I can only write about my experience at this location (Barrancas/Mahogany Mill Rd). From the moment I was greeted until the time of purchase, I was treated as if I were the most important person in Legendary's existence. Adam was my salesman and he spent as much time as I needed, over the course of several visits, to show me various boats and to take me out on test drives. I truly feel as if Adam's main concern was my satisfaction, even more so than any commission. Tina handled the financing and was a genuine pleasure to work with. She ensured that the purchase went as smoothly as possible. I would absolutely return here for any future boating needs and (although I'm certain the other salesmen are great since they work here) I would feel fortunate to work with Adam again. If you are looking for quality customer service look no further than here.

The customer service was terrible. The salesperson understood I was shopping for boats and text me and told after I wasn't sure about the 100k boat he had that "it didn't matter what dealership I went to if I could not afford their boat I couldn't afford any boat." All because I called another one of there stores. I would but a row boat before I bought one from this place.

Service department did a great job on a Yamaha F250 300 hour service. I had a couple questions about my invoice, but Mandy, the service rep, took care of them quickly. I will now be a return customer.

We stored our boat in the barn storage over the past year and have enjoyed very good service from the dock-hands and staff. Very polite and helpful staff work here and being family owned makes for a nice environment for the customer. The "text to launch" is simple and always worked efficiently... boat was always ready to go when we arrived. We have now sold our boat so no longer storing here but we plan to rent boats from them when we need our boating time. Service work was done here a few times and that was a good experience as well and seemed fairly priced. We never worked with the sales dept so cannot comment on that area but they sure have some nice inventory on the lot.

Harbor view has a nice selection of boats, friendly sales people and business environment, and are very customer centric. Justin went above and beyond to help us get the boat we wanted at the price we deemed fair. Go here first!

I don't give 5 star ratings very often, but my experience here definitely was first class. I bought a new boat here and the entire staff really impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. They took all the time I needed to explain my new boat operational and maintenance characteristics to me as well as all the new boat purchase paperwork. I do not have any hesitation to recommend Harbor View Marine for anyone in the market for a new boat.

We have had our boat in dry dock storage at Harbor View for a year now. They are great. Just send them a text message and minutes later your boat is in the water, ready to go. Pull up to the dock when you are done and walk away, they take care of the rest. Super helpful and friendly.

It a clean place very well maintain.dock hands are awesome. George is awesome. Jan is very professional I will tell everyone to take their boat to get service and dry storage very professional workers. I use to be a dock hand their and they are very good place to work and great selection on boats. Very good and service is very professional and knows how to fix boats.

Very helpful! Needed carb parts for my outboard. They took the time to research and find the correct parts since there were many options.. it took a while digging through many kits to find the right parts. Ill never call different parts dealer. They've earned my business!

I talk to Micah about a 27 gamefish all week! I called him yesterday and told him I wanted to buy the boat. He said he would email me the contract and I need to sign and put my credit card info on form so they can lock the boat down! He never sent form. I message him and he told me people walked in while he was on phone with me and when he got off the phone with me they bought the boat! Smh! Waste of time! There is absolutely no loyalty anymore! The right way to go about this would be to tell the people that if my deal fell through he would call them! No they were past clients of his! So I guess they will never get new clients if they are going to treat people like this! So frustrating!

Love this place. I rented a sea ray $40000 boat for a day and had a great time it was worth the $300 for the day. I know people who bought a boat and only took it out 12 times in a year. So if you rent a great boat instead of buying it, it could save you a lot of money. They just hand over the keys and send you on your way.

Wanted me drop off my new boat, no receipt or any paperwork until I pushed it. A month later, didn't complete the work , annual service and warranty issue with a speaker. Brought me wrong boat to be picked up. Sent me on my way with two burnt blinkers, and still no new speaker. Left out the insert cap for inlet water engine flush. We had water spraying from it on water into boat.

Very good call, launch and fueling service. The dock crew has always been great. Makes boating a real pleasure. Am looking forward to this spring and summer at Harbor View.Is there any consideration for obtaining a designed lifting frame specifically for pontoon boats? It always looks a little awkward with the pipes and boards.

1. 6 out of 10 on my 2105 legacy CC.2. Service center is outstanding.3. Sales is the WORST!I bought a boat there last year. Called this year and asked for a different salesman and a quote on a 140k + boat. The salesman I specifically told the staff not to call me, he called me and never called back with a quote! I just dropped 125k+ on the same boat at a different dealer. If LOST SALE means anything, use better customer service, cause YOURS SUCK!In closing, I do not recommend buying a boat here. Service here yes, don't buy here.

SCAMMED!!!!! We bought a boat from them last summer, and they said that this boat was taken care of at their marina for years and was in perfect condition. THEY LIED. We took great care of it and now 1 year later we are finding out the issues that they HID FROM US before selling us the boat. And these are issues that take well over a year to happen- not problems we caused or even knew about. DO NOT BUY A BOAT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO, AND BE OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS

Bought our new G3 Suncatcher pontoon boat from Harbor View in late May. We have been very disappointed at the lack of service since the purchase. We have called them twice regarding our plate for our trailer and number for our boat. Nothing. My husband went today and they said that they have had it for 2 weeks. They claimed that they called. I checked my call logs and they did not call me. We are missing a table and have not been contacted regarding this that was invoiced and paid for. Very dissatisfied with customer service when we paid over $50,000 for this purchase. I would not recommend them for a purchase.

I must say that Harbor View Marine has absolutely won me over. My first weekend being a dry storage customer was the Blue Angels weekend and they took care of me as if I had been a customer forever. The staff is super friendly. Ryan, Marcus, and all the other guys at the dockhouse go above and beyond to make sure you are ready to get when you arrive at the dock. I highly recommend Harbor View to anyone looking for a place to store their boat. The service is top notch!

A highly recommended place to rent a boat. The selection of boats was excellent. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was so helpful in person and on the phone. Everything was ready when we showed up and our time in the water was fantastic. There are so many places to explore. I will return to Harbor View Marine again. If you want to rent a boat for 4 hours or a day, this is the place to go!

We worked with Tina when we bought our new Bayliner. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable, and completely low pressure. From buying so many cars in the past, it was definitely a refreshing change. Everyone was just as nice as could be and wanted to do everything they could for us. Will definitely be back for our next boat!

I have dealt more with their maintenance department than the sales. They are not cheap, but no boat repair is. They did everything I asked in about twice the time they had predicted but within budget. There was one item that they missed in the pre sale inspection (used boat) that had to be fixed as soon as I bought the boat. Seemed like they should have caught it earlier. It came under annual maintenance (replacing lower case seals) so I would have done it anyway. The boat was a bargain even with the cost of replacing the seals.

Would not recommend buying here. I was pre approved for a boat, the boat they had did not have a ski tower. I found the same boat with all the options that I wanted, including the ski tower at a better price in central Georgia. Harbor View stated the would price match, however they would not install the ski tower in that price. After several attempts at trying to make a deal and save me 6 hours drive the sales person told me that the sales manager would not budge on the ski tower and to take it or leave it that the boat would sell anyway....after I was told this I took my money 6 hours down the road and saved a couple thousand dollars AND got my ski tower with a 5 year extended warranty on the engine....did I say a couple thousand cheaper....they also knocked off another $500 because I was coming from Pcola. If you are looking at a Bayliner Element...save yourself a lot of time and dealing with sales with an attitude like this one...you will get what YOU want and not what they want you to have. In fairness they did say they could order me one, but would take 8+ weeks...I took this as a sales tactic....anyway look at Central Georgia Marina in Macon GA. They treated me good and at the end of the day, 12 hours was well worth the $$ savings the way I was treated... oh, by the way, the sales person at harbor view even called up central georgia and gave them an earful because they lost the sale.....WOW! Highly recommend steering clear of harbor view sales.....after all, "they will sell the boat anyway"

Great boat(nautic star).Had anti fouling paint added as an option. Bunks on trailer carpet covered. Can't launch boat because of friction. Bought silicone strips to cover bunks. The owner is charging me 200 bucks for installation. No mention of launch problems at sale. Don't trust these people. Buy somewhere else.

Upon showing up to get our rental, the boat wasn't ready. Then it didn't work; they spent some time on trying to get it to work (taking away from our rental time). After it wouldn't work, they tried to pawn an ugly boat off on us. Eventually, they settled on a different rental. I contacted the owner, to settle the matter and ask for additional time or money off, to no avail. A $400 rental turned into a $600 rental for less than 24 hours.

We are very pleased with our new NauticStar 243 DC. Tina Maloney was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and helpful. As expected, there were a few minor problems and Tina along with the service department were quick to take care of any issues. It was well worth the 100 mile trip. I only wish they were closer so we could have all the maintenance done there. They have the best selection of NauticStar boats and were the only dealer that had the model with the features we wanted in inventory.

Rented a boat for Christmas and when we arrived they couldn t get the boat (center console fishing boat) running. It was in very bad shape and not worth renting anyway, it was in very poor condition. They took almost an hour to get another boat in the water and ready for us. When we spoke to the owner they agreed to give us a discount, but when we returned the boat they charged us full price.

Our experience with Harbor View Marina was absolutely amazing. Shawn Hammac, our salesman, greeted us at the door with a smile. He made us feel welcome. Shawn is energetic and knowledgeable. He kept communication with us even on his off day. Shawn gave us updates until we arrived today to pick it up.Thank you so much for all that you have done for us Shawn. Buyer beware when buying from this business. Inspect what you buy from them very well. DO NOT listen to the salesman. If their mouth is moving its all BS!! Sent me off with a trailer that was not road worthy to make a 3 hour trip home. Apparently they DO NOT care for any ones safety! Double check your paper work .... They don't even know how to fill it out correctly. Cost me an additional $150 in sales tax because they put the asking price on the invoice rather than the sales price which was $1500 less. Will never buy form this business in the future!
