We had a vehicle emergency on vacation and happened to break down across the street from the shop. They were wonderful, took our car right in, and had it fixed up by the end of the day, allowing us to be able to drive back home the next day. They were honest, fair, and accommodating. Absolutely recommend taking your vehicle there.

These guys are thrives. Estimates for two basic repairs was over $1800. Did the jobs myself under less than favorable conditions (flat on my back in a gravel lot with minimal tools) in 3 hours with $350 in parts. Estimated time for water pump replacement was 6 hours. It took me one.

EXTREMELY overpriced, and will try to sell you on services you don't need. Which isn't what I expect from "family owned". Please shop around to other locally owned shops who care about providing a service to get your car back on the road, not just your money

These guys are awesome. I took my 02 4Runner to 4 other places and no one else could properly diagnose or fix a terrible warping noise. I just accepted I was going to have to listen to it forever. My 09 Mitsubishi Lancer blew a rod two weeks ago. These guys took on the challenge of replacing my engine! The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. From the caring staff who talked to me on the phone, to the hard working knowledgeable mechanics who worked TOGETHER to get the this job done! I cannot express my gratitude enough! Last Friday I received a call my car was done and it honestly surprised me! Other shops I have been to would keep my car and I had to HUNT THEM DOWN to figure out what they were doing with my car! I had an issue with my tire, and it needed to be replaced. They went the extra mile, and found someone who could help me immediately. It was late in the afternoon, and I needed to get back home. Scott Stricker, is this how you treat your customers when they come to your store at Key Auto Hospital. I hope people see this and know that you are the owner and that you chastise human beings for struggling. Is this how you raise your children to hate other people that are struggling? I hope people stop supporting your family owned business because you obviously don't care about anyone but yourself. You are selfish and heartless person. The owner of this location discriminates against homeless people and people that are struggling. He posts hateful comments on people's social media when people are just trying to ask for help. guy is a terrible human being. I was asking for help on next door app and he took my post and reposted it as a joke making fun of people who are struggling. I hope people make the right choice and not support this Behavior. When I save up the money to replace my clutch on my Toyota Tacoma I will not be coming here or recommending anyone do business here.

Scott and his team are awesome!! We found them in search of a second opinion. We found a used minivan money pit and they ve helped us to get it in safe, operating condition for a reasonable price. I'm visiting the area from out of state and had a warranty issue. A local Ford dealer said I would have to leave the vehicle with them for 4-5 WEEKS before it could even be diagnosed! Lois and Scott had me picked up at my rental house, diagnosed and fixed the car, and had it back to me the same day. I had to pay out of pocket for what would be a warranty repair, but I'm on the road a very happy I worked with the Auto Hospital.

I took my classic car in for very much needed "tune-up" and a few other things, after 3 years in storage while I was overseas. When I got it back it ran significantly worse than it did prior to the 2.2k tune-up and it made a rubbing noise. I did take it back a week later and upon getting back there was no appreciable difference to include the rubbing so I just gave up. I just have it back to where it should have been. The main reason I am submitting this is because I just found the old receipt and in my memory it had been $800 less. I do recall balking at the ludicrous estimate and being told it was all apart so was guilted into proceeding. Work quality and prices don't differ much from everyone else. The low rating is because they volunteered work that wasn't asked for, didn't call to inform us of the situation, and charged us the full price. Had them replace a valve cover gasket on 2012 BMW 335I. Did it for more than $400 less than dealership quoted. Fast and courteous. Gave quick quote and stuck to it. Great job!

We traveled across many states to get here to vacation with our family. Our check engine light came on in our GMC Yukon XL Denali. We brought it into key Auto Hospital we were very apprehensive of course because we are not from here. We were so afraid that they were going to tell us that we had a host of problems which would entail of course a huge financial expense. However instead we were met with a very high level of not only customer service oriented owners but extremely knowledgeable honest and trustworthy mechanics. We were only charged the standard hourly rate of $104 due to the time that it took for them to do a thorough diagnostic. We were told we were safe to travel it is just a sensor that needs to be replaced, that we do not have any problems with our vehicle. Instead of them charging us to replace the sensor, they said it would be better for us to have it done once we got back home in case there were any further issues. Coming from a good size city, it is very hard to find this type of integrity. They also offered us transportation to and from our condo since our vehicle was our only means. With all of that said I highly recommend that you them.

Took my car to a dealership this week, they had it for 3 days and said everything was fine except the battery. Had my car back less than 36 hours and it messed up again. This time i had it towed to Key Auto and they diagnosed it in under 30 minutes and had it repaired in less than 3 hours. Price was a little high for me but their service was worth not having to go back to "Car City" again. Thanks guys for the quick turnaround!!!

Definitely a five star review. We rolled into town for our annual beach vacation. We were 1/4 of a mile from our condo when the crankshaft pulley failed causing the belt to break and stranded the vehicle. This happened on a Sunday evening. I had the vehicle towed to Keys Auto Hospital without speaking to anyone going only on the reviews I saw on line. I met the shop owner as they opened the doors Monday morning to try and get some help and get our family vacation back on track. Not only did they take care of the issue, they had us back on the road within a couple of hours. The diagnosis was accurate, the price for the repair was fair and the service was very friendly. Very thankful that Keys Auto Hospital was close to our location and the reviews I read were accurate. I highly recommend them for anyone from out of town.... Would absolutely use them again.

These guys helped me out when I needed it. Was on vacation, starter started going out. They were able to get me in and back running the same day. Cost was fair. I d recommend these guys if you need something done.

I made the mistake of taking my vehicle into this shop based on location. What a mistake that was. Had a couple check engine lights on, and wanted to have it looked at with the intent of having it repaired. The estimate I received for repairs was absolutely beyond ridiculous. It was bad enough that these crooks we re trying to completely rip me off with this insane estimate for repairs. They had the audacity to charge me $127.00 for labor to diagnose the issues with my vehicle!!! I have never felt so violated or ripped off. Do yourself a favor and steer clear away from this unscrupulous repair facility. The labor charge was for an hour, when clearly there no where near an hour of labor involved. I think it s a terrible practice to do business this way. There couldn t have been more then 30 minutes labor involved for this simple inspection. I will be reporting this shady operation to the better business bureau. Thanks again Key Auto Hospital for nothing. It seems actual work being done here isn t really necessary when you charge unsuspecting patrons $127.00 for literally nothing. The scum bags that run this rip off facility should be ashamed of their shady business practices. Anyone considering taking your vehicle here... do yourself and your wallet a favor and go elsewhere. One thing you can count on from Key Auto Hospital is reassurance your going to get ripped off. F.Y.I. I took my vehicle to an honest reputable repair facility and got the repairs I needed at $1,500 less the the quote I received from the con artists at Key Auto Hospital. DO NOT GO HERE! There is a reason no locals go here. They can only hope unsuspecting tourists end up here by accident.

Fourth time there with different vehicles (yes, I have a slow learning curve) and each time I ask for an estimate (check and advise) and they go ahead and hang parts on and then tell you they had to do it. Very poor customer handling skills. $200+ for a battery that was not asked for or approved. I'll find another place to take my vehicles and I recommend you do the same. Read the other reviews and stay away until they change their business methods.

I can not say enough about the owner and his staff. I have a 2014 GMC pickup truck. The A/C was out, and the back door handle was broken. They showed me the problem with the air conditioning condenser ordered the part and called me right after lunch and said that it was all fixed. I have recommended them to several other people. They are an amazing group of people. I am a snow bird living in Ohio in the Summer and south for the winter. Not sure as a shop I could trust. I say this with my word... I trust these guys. We hobbled into town the last 60 miles from Jonesborough TN with 4 grandbabies and a bad water pump on our 2014 Dodge 3500 Diesel. I researched garages I am so glad I didn't give the couple of negative reviews on here much attention. Randy treated us with great honesty and integrity. He gave us a quote and available time slot over the phone that we were very pleased with. We dropped the truck off that morning and by lunchtime, he called to let us know it was ready. The invoice was exactly as he quoted (a little over $400) and the truck is running great. We were able to enjoy the rest of our week vacation here on your beautiful coast! This is our 4th year and should we ever have auto issues again, we will always call Key Auto. Thank you Randy!

We recently spent some time in Pensacola due to Hurricane Irma. Unfortunately we had some car trouble. We could not be more pleased with the service that we received from Randy and his team. They were very honest and provided us with a very detailed estimate and explanation of our issue. The cost was very fair and they went above and beyond to help us.

We have a GMC terrain that had all the warning lights going off and kept losing acceleration. Took it to the dealer for service where their diagnosis was a list of over $5,000 worth of repairs. Took it to Key Auto Hospital where they found the actual problem and fixed it; we also learned that the gmc dealer codes were wrong. Scott and Justin were very understanding & helpful. We came to the beach from out of town. The caliper locked up on our brakes. My husband drove to Key Auto and they were nice enough to drive him back to our condo while they fixed our truck. When the truck was ready, they came pick him up! Excellent service and great people!!

Good service. Was on vacation, had a throttle position sensor go out. Offered me a ride if I needed to go anywhere while I waited. Price wasn't terrible, only about $50 more than I would've been charged back home. All in all not too bad

I had some car issues while out of town on vacation. After reading reviews I decided to try key auto. Randy was promt and took care of my car issue. Everything he said was on point and at a reasonable price. This is a repair facility i would recommand to anyone, especially while being around the orange beack area on vacation.

We live locally and Randy and Lois have cared for our 2000 & 2005 Toyota vans for several years. We have received nothing but personable and outstanding service from this team, with honest and competitve estimates, and the work gets done quickly usually within a day or so as fast as the UPS or parts guy can deliver. We never been sold a part our vans didnt need and I am comfortable putting my teenager behind a wheel of a vehicle that is safe to drive because it has been worked on by someone who is knowledigble and efficient. Take it from a daughter of a mechanic.

I have a 91 Corvette with a 383 stroker motor that I had built in 2014 the car ran mediocre at best for 4 years. It was hard to find a shop that could work on the car at a reasonable price. This started in Clarksville Tn I have since moved to Navarre FL and found Key Auto Hospital they installed a Holley EFI system on my car and it runs great thanks to everyone involved at Key Auto Hospital a great group of people.
