I had repairs done because of a car incident. The insurance recommended Joe Hudson's Collision Center. My car was in pristine condition when they completed the repairs. Great customer service, timely updates on their progress, and excellent professional interaction. The office manager did a superb job communicating any questions I had. I will definitely refer this collision center.

Excellent customer service. Work was done on time and professionally. It was easy to deal with between insurance and the shop! I have used them three different times and they did a great job in all work done!

Had some insurance work done to my vehicle after someone rear ended me. I was unable to take my vehicle to the dealership as I normally would but this shop was recommended through the approved shops with the insurance company. They were friendly and easy to work with, got all the work done quickly and even cleaned my car inside and out so over all I am satisfied I was just a little disappointed that on the drivers side rear light the brand new bumper that was just put on has scuffs and dings in the paint so that was a bummer a little bit, definitely looks better than before the accident no doubt just didn t expect marks on it fresh from being worked on

I felt like I needed to leave a review because my service was great. The process was easy and fast, I was updated throughout the whole process, my car was ready on time and the maintenance and paint job were amazing. I was so happy to see my car look back to normal. I believe this may be my first ever negative review on a business. I should say those at Joe Hudsons Collision Center on Palafox only held half of the fault here. Insurance didn't follow up as one could expect. Trying to keep it short... I dropped my car off mid-June. I was prepared for a wait time at the shop for a month, maybe even longer depending on parts, insurance, etc.. I appreciated the honest heads up on a realistic finish date. I get a notification saying my car is on track to be finished on 8/5. I call on 8/5 and I'm told "I'm sorry, we haven't received the assessment from insurance yet. So we can't order parts." So for over� a month, my car sat in their yard, while someone waited for an email that never came. Joe Hudsons Collision did finally deem my car "totalled" in mid-August. I went to retrieve my items out of the car and it was covered in mold inside. Their response when I asked what on earth happened was "looks like moisture got in while it was sitting here somehow." Blank stare on my face after that one. Yes, I'm not 3. I know mold comes from moisture.�Try a tarp. I've given it some time to cool off after their negligence. I still see this situation as absolutely ridiculous. Had my car not been totalled by the wreck, it would have been by the mold.Services: Auto windshield repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

This place purposely damaged my friends car. When she picked up the car, there was damage that was done on purpose not even relating to the repairs that were suppose to be done. The repairs were also not fixed properly and they didn t even try to make it right. I would not recommend this place at all

My recent experience with Joe Hudson at Palafox location was excellent from my very first call to schedule until the time I picked up my car. I had a front bumper replaced and paint matched here a couple weeks ago. The paint matching was spot on and the bumper lines up beautifully. My issue is with their quality control. There is a rather big foreign contaminant that was sprayed over under the left headlight and what looks to be some scuffs below the right fog light. Didn't notice them until i decided to wash my car and saw the bumper up close. While they are small imperfections, for the price it cost I kind of expected better.

Horrible customer service. Called to make an appointment for an estimate, was told that I needed an insurance estimate, I repeated several times, I had a estimate, was told that i needed to email it over, told them I could, then was told that their estimates are at least 2x the cost of the insurance estimates and that they were booked up 4 months. Offered that there are other Joe Hudson's in the area but couldn't look at their schedule or tell me anything about them, I would need to look each one up and call separately. The person never offered an email address or to book an appointment. I wouldn't use another Joe Hudson's due to this lack of customer service.

The body shop at Joe Hudson Collision does excellent work. Nobody wants to have to have to have accident damage repaired, but it has happened to me twice, and Joe Hudson was a facility covered by and connected to my insurance, so things like rental car pick up and payment were very easy. But more importantly, Joe Hudson Collision does excellent quality work.

The first time bringing my van in here went very smoothly. The only issue was that my bumper color/ flake was a tad off. The second time was horrible. Weeks in the shop. The van was returned missing parts the first time. The second time, parts were still missing. A/C wasn't charged. Third time, a part fell off. Recently, I noticed that the radiator mounts broke from regular use. After looking at another van like mine, I noticed other problems. The radiator was never mounted in the correct location. The paint was spot on. That's the only reason for 2 stars. Hopefully, this place has improved. My ex-girlfriend wrecked my van now. I'm trying somewhere else.

Amazing service and beyond my expectations my car looked brand new and even better than when i bought it. They fixed what needed to be fixed and also got rid of some other scratches i had on the car then i also noticed they detailed the inside of the car for me when i didn t even ask for that it looked amazing and smelt so good Thankyou so much! I will recommend everyone

I met a seller in Pensacola to look over a truck today before purchasing it. I saw a gap in a front headlight and called Joe Hudson s Collision Center. They were more than amazing and told us to come by so they could inspect the vehicle for me. They came out, spent time crawling under and looking around with expert eyes and an exceptional, caring attitude. I am super impressed with the lady who answered my call, and the tech who came out to assist us. This team know what quality customer service means, and they live by it. So impressed! I applaud this business and was grateful enough to leave feedback on a job well done!

The repair was completed ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. I'm a detail oriented person and the repair looks like it came from the factory. From a customer service perspective, their reception area is very clean and spacious. Their garage, from what I could see through the window inside their lobby, looks very clean and organized. All the people I talked to and worked with were great as well. Finally, they make every effort to keep you informed throughout the process.

The Staff at the Pensacola location on Palafox was very helpful and willing to please me the customer. I had lots of updates on the progress of the repairs. Very happy with the repairs and the timely matter of all repair. My truck looks probably better then when it use brand new after the repair was completed. The attention to details was outstanding both inside and outside. All my questions was answered professionally. I give this location the highest recommendation to all my friends and if needed in the future will use them again. Thank You for all your hard work and pride you all take in your jobs! I have used these folks a couple of times and they are very friendly and professional. All work was completed as promised and on schedule. This last time I used them they were upfront about the possibility that the level of repair needed would cause the insurance company total my car. When that did in fact happen I was not caught off guard Great folks from front office to estimator . I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them friends/family.

Excellent customer service, very nice people, poor work product, seems to lack quality assurance. On a simple paint and dent repair, they needed to rework a spot where a chip was missed and they somehow managed to cut the rear bumper cover. They didn't hesitate to take it back in to make it right, but then while it was there getting that fixed, it was returned with paint chipped down to metal on opposite side, was given touch up paint for that because I did not want to leave it in their "care" any longer. I wish there was a way to rate just the customer service because that part is really good and would get highest rating.

5 stars doesn t do y all justice. Ive had my truck in a couple times and always done an amazing, detailed job and they get the job done fast. Always calling and letting you know the status of the repairs. And even going above and beyond when working on my truck. Highly recommend to anyone that needs body work done to your vehicle. They will not let you down.

This was one of the best experience I could imagine dealing with a body shop after the front of my car was shredded. Courtney was friendly and helpful; Bill was personable and efficient. I was kept informed of every step of the process and everything was explained to my satisfaction. My car looks wonderful and in such a short period of time. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Our car was involved in an accident. It took them a few weeks to fix it. But they did an amazing job. With the repairs and the paint job my car doesn't even look like it was ever in an accident. I would highly recommend this collision center for sure

Honest, easy to work with, answers all questions and doesn't rush you to get off the phone. They all took time with me on calls and explained every detail to me and kept me updated during the entire repair process. They also went over and above to help me with questions I had about my vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone who needs work done. I will definitely be back in the future! I cannot say enough about how wonderful they all were.
