It looks like many love the work being done at this shop. I was greatly disappointed. My vehicle (2017 Lexus ES 350) was rear ended and USAA sent me here for an estimate. Wendy looked a the car and gave an estimate. When I reviewed the estimate I noticed that a buckle in the rear quarter panel was not addressed in the quote. I asked Wendy about it and she said she would mention it to USAA because they would have to approve the damage repair. Well, USAA denied coverage because Nikki (manager) and Wendy (adjuster) assured them it was previous damage. Wendy barely glanced in the trunk and Nikki never saw the vehicle in person. I e-mailed for explanation and Nikki's reply was "With the place of impact on the rear bumper there is no way your quarter panel would buckle in that spot. USAA agrees. You re welcome to get a third opinion and get back with USAA if you d like."End of consultation. No offer to look at vehicle a 2nd time. I was flabbergasted. Read between the lines and I was called a liar and scammer in one sentence. USAA agreed with the estimate because they are an insurance company and are systematically biased against customer claims.End of the story is I took to a shop that I trust in Foley, AL - Superior Collision, and Kenny worked with USAA to get a supplemental claim done. He took the time to disassemble the rear and then marked up the vehicle and sent to USAA claims. Total repair went from $1,100 to $6,300. The repair can now start after a two week delay getting it worked out with USAA. I can hear Nikki's objection (this is my imagination, not his words), "We would have found the damage when we disassembled the vehicle." My fictional reply is: "Why would I trust you to repair my vehicle when you called me a liar? Why wouldn't you offer to look at the vehicle a 2nd time rather than accuse me of trying to scam insurance?"Maybe they were having a bad day...Add on - I did leave a review on your site as requested and no one ever reached out. Lip service... It's been 3 months.

I honestly don t know why this place has bad reviews. The customer service was awesome and they did great work on my car after someone hit it in a parking lot. It only took 4 days and my car looks brand new. Definitely recommend Joe Hudsons.

Our insurance recommended this place to repair some collision damage on the front bumper of my wife's Honda Civic. They took longer than they quoted us, and we got the car back just in time for a day trip. On the interstate halfway to our destination, every light on the dash came on. We called and asked what could have happened, and they told us to bring it to our local dealership. Luckily we made it back from the trip without having to have the car towed, and we brought it to the dealership. It turns out there was a pretty crucial part their mechanic completely left off of the car. Joe Hudson agreed to reimburse us, but it took two months for them to send us the check, and when they finally did, they sent it to our insurance company instead, even though we paid out of pocket for the dealership. Still waiting on our money.

The staff were professional and polite. The repair of my rear bumper went smoothly, they found additional damage once the rear bumper was removed and corrected that as well. The paint job looks fantastic. They took care of scheduling my rental as well. Some minor issues found after the repair were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone needing insurance work completed. AMAZING JOB!!! My 2024 Mini Countryman was hit by a girl backing up. Took my car here after her insurance company recommended them! Drop the car off Monday and had it back by Thursday! Dropped my daughters car off Monday morning and drove it home friday afternoon. Got a call every 2 days with updated as promised good bad or indifferent. Wendy was friendly and helpful did what she said she would do. I've worked in the service field for a while and keeping your customers informed is key! Thank you for a great and easy repair!

Long story short: Do not recommend if you care deeply about your car. Go here for an 80% solutionLong story: Car was repaired after a front end collision in January. Upon pickup the car looked good, the paint match was good. The front left headlight wasn t attached the bumper but the bumper was attached everywhere else and the panel gaps were correct. As time went on the bumper began to sag, panel gap widened and the hood does not close without dropping it from a height. The bumper is now not attached to either headlight and is noticeably too low and forward from the headlights. I brought my car back to Joe Hudson s in May and was met with confrontation from the supervising receptionist. She told me because of a scratch on the underside of my front bumper from going in/out of a driveway or drive thru. I had caused additional damage and there s no way the car was repaired incompletely/incorrectly. I said I d like to talk to someone besides her. She came back 5 minutes later and said all the technicians looked at it and agree with her. I continued to disagree with her and she brought a technician out to talk to me and it was his first time seeing the car .I knew at the moment the receptionist was being dishonest about everyone looking at it and agreeing with her. This is when I started to suspect they would not honor the lifetime guarantee after only 4 months. I came back in the afternoon and spoke to the manager Nikki. She was friendly and agreed the car was not completely repaired when it left their shop and to drop it off next week. I arranged a rental car and time off from work to drop my car off. Joe Hudson called back and said the insurance company believes this is damage from another collision after it was repaired and I d have to file another claim. I called USAA immediately because that didn t sound right. They read aloud to me the email from the manager Nikki claiming the damage to the underside of the car is the cause for the damage to the headlights and how the bumper sits. They will look for any reason to not stand behind their work. To be fair to them, I should have never accepted the car from them in January with the bumper not 100% connected in all spots and should have had a trusted mechanic inspect their work that afternoon. Very disappointed. Maybe this is what it takes for a collision center to turn a profit

I just picked my car up today (7/7/22) and can t say enough good things about the customer service. I worked with Wendy and she was incredible from day 1. Very patient, detail oriented and knowledgeable with a great attitude too! She went above and beyond in my opinion. She provided almost daily updates about the progress and estimated date of completion. The work looks great! Highly recommend.

This vendor dealt with my insurance company, USAA. They totally forgot that I am the customer. Once they are paid by the Ins company and have your deductable they could not care who you are or what you want.
