Great experience! I called with the make, model, and year of my car and told him I had a title and he was ready to come out and pick up the car immediately. Within the hour, the car was removed and I had cash in hand. He also gave me a better price as compared to similar businesses. I would definitely recommend this business to others!

I used Joe Buy Cars and it was a an effortless experience. I called him told him the make and model of my car. He immediately set it up and within hours he gave me cash for my junk car and was picking it up. It was truly a wonderful experience; I highly recommend Joe s Buy Cars 4 Cash if you need to sell a junk car. No stress , we will definitely use Joe again, should the need arise.

I made a deal on a phone call to sell my 2004 Saab 9.5 wagon turbo for $250. It had to be moved today. The catalytic converter had been cut out and there was no key. Title in hand.After the tow truck blocked off the road to pull vehicle onto the flatbed, I was informed that I would receive $200 because the catalytic converter was gone. I called the man back but there was no answer.This was wrong. I know I had told the man about that during our conversation. GET IT IN WRITING OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!SELLERS BE WARNED. I will not do business again.

Although we had taken care of it, he reminded us to take care of the tag and other paperwork as needed, which shows his knowledge and care for his customers.His offer for the vehicle, which included towing was acceptable as well. I recently had to make the difficult decision to let go of a vehicle, as it became inoperable. After calling multiple companies without success, I came across this company. The owner was very polite, professional, and helpful. The gentleman sent to pick up my vehicle was also very polite, professional, and helpful. Although it saddened me to part with a vehicle with sentimental value, Joe Buys Cars 4 Cash made the process less stressful. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Easy process to sell an old, unreliable car for cash. Joe quoted us more than the Wheelzy company that also has ads in the area. He offered two times the amount actually! He was on time to pick up the car and the process was efficient and prompt. No complaints!

Don't care what other people say. I got a van from Joe 3yrs and still running. My ex got a car 4yrs still running. Joe's a good man that cares about people. Gave me what I needed for my Trailblazer.

Two weeks ago I called Joe made a phone deal said they would pick up at 330pm no show I called Joe said he would be there by 800pm I waited outside for him no show I called him got voicemail I can't understand why he does this to people

I contacked Joe about selling my vehicle he gave me an offer i asked if it was possible to get more and he said yes and would be at my house by 9am to pick it up. He didnt show so I called and emailed him about it he finally called me back he said he offered me to much and wasnt going to buy it, okay fine but atleast let me know. I asked if he would still offer the lower price he said yes he would told me he would call his drivers and call me back and its been about 3 hours and nothing. I do not recommend going to this guy I had to rearange my whole day for nothing.

I have to admit I was a little Skeptical in the beginning not knowing how all this works, but man I was blown away!!! Totally professional, got back to me within minutes with a fair quote and picked up vehicle within an hour of me calling.. I will most definitely recommend Joe for anyone who asks me.. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would..

I will NEVER reccomend them. I talked to him 3 times in the morning and every time he said he would call me right back and never did. Then he tells me he will give 100 dollars less than everyone else but i agree anyways because ge said they will come out that day. I told him i was taking off work so that i would be there for him. 3 or 4 hours go buy and i call back to see if he can tell me about when he would show up and he said he changed his mind. I told him thanks for letting me know! Worst service ever!

Since 1 star is the lowest, I had to choose it. Joe is not worth any stars. I waited 5 days after he told me he would take my trailer and he never showed despite telling me twice that he would be there. The last time I waited all day for him to show but he didn't. DO NOT call this guy. It's a waste of your time!!!!!!

The owner doesn't seem to be able to tell the truth. All I wanted was a tag off the car he came and picked up. He said he would bring it by, but just as I figured lie even though all he could talk about was the kingdom hall lol. You can keep the tag. Just good to know when a company is not trustworthy. Thanks

If your looking to sell a junk car this is a good company to use although the owner is very busy at times and may not be able to respond right away he will respond and do whatever it takes to satisfy his customers. This is a good company.

I got a quote for my car and was told they could pick it up. They ignored my follow up. I called and spoke with Joe and he confirmed they could pick it up and he would follow up with me in 20 minutes. No word from them since.

Lost my suv in hurricane sally, it sat in my driveway for a while to see if it would start again but to no avail. Joe came and got it, gave us cash for a fair deal of what a completely washed out car would be, and hauled it away the same day I agreed to the arrangement. Would use again!

Seems like this guy has a problem with follow through and dependability. When you tell a customer you will do something then ghost them THATS NOT GOOD BUSINESS! Thats not a business worth recommending. All he had to say is not interested, sorry I cant help you. Not leave a customer making arrangements and plans to meet then no show no call!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Completely avoiding my calls, not showing up. I don't know how anyone runs a company like this. 10/10 would not recommend

Joe was great to deal with on the phone, when the tow truck driver got here he was friendly and professional. Also got more than the agreed upon amount. Definitely recommend!!!
