Just had some pretty major service on my wife's car. They did a great job and kept us informed on the progress. Checked things we didn't even think they would look at. Very nice people and a quality job. Nice to know places like this still exist.

I was referred to Henson's Automotive by Ivey's. I was looking for a mechanic to work on my 1970 Ford Shelby. I had contacted numerous people and shops that I knew could work on this particular vehicle and they are all a bunch of liars and gave me the runaround, including East Hill Automotive, whom I wouldn't bring my lawnmower for a repair. As for Jerald Henson and his top mechanic John, I have nothing but good things to say about them. They called me to keep me informed as to what they were doing and they had the vehicle in on Monday and were finished with it by Wednesday and it runs as it should. I was considering selling this vehicle because it has become such a hassle to find someone to work on it. But I may have to reconsider now that I have found Henson's automotive.

Brought in a 2006 f150 for a lot of work needed on it. I had my truck in 3 days and it runs like a brand new truck. Highly recommend!

What a joke!! Here s what s sad. My daughter, who is only 18, was driving her vehicle down 29 when it suddenly broke down. Luckily she was able to pull into an automotive shop before the car shut off. I couldn t believe the luck, she broke down in front of an automotive shop. So, like anyone would, she went inside to see if anyone was available to help her. Instead of someone taking 5 mins out of their day to assist a young lady stranded, they informed her they were a week out on looking at it and couldn t do anything. SHE WAS PARKED AT YOUR FRONT DOOR BROKEN DOWN!!!! I m an absolutely disgusted and you should be ashamed of yourselves! I will not be doing any service with this company!!

Today my car broke down and left me stranded on my way to work. Jerald Henson Automotive and his team quickly came to my rescue and made arrangments to have my car towed back to their location and scheduled to be diagnosed and fixed. The whole process was seamless and required little effort on my part. Big thank you to the guys at Jerald Henson Automotive! I would highly recommend for anyone needing work done to their vehicle.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

We were traveling North from the Alabama Coast when our brakes started smoking and locking up. We happened to be near the repair shop and they were so gracious to fix our brakes while we waited and got us safely back on the road. We would highly recommend this business! Both Jerald and John were so helpful, professional, kind, and thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired on our vehicle. If we lived in this area, we would definitely use Jerald Henson Automotive for our vehicle maintenance and repairs!Service: Brakes

I wanted to says to John, Jerald and all the gentlemen at the shop. You guys are wonderful at what you do. My wife had a Jasper engine put into her 2002 Ford Explorer and it runs like a top. Came in the other day for an oil change and had wonderful service at a great price. Merry Christmas to everyone at the shop. The honesty and service of the repair to my Suzuki Samuria was excellent. As a layman home mechanic I thought my rear differential needed rebuilding. However the technician diagnosed it was only the driveshaft universal joints saving me about $450 .I am very grateful to the management and technician for their honesty!!I highly recommend you use this company for your Auto maintenance!!!

Jerald has been doing my work for a long time. He and his staff have always been helpful, fair, and honest. If it does need fixed he can do it right, and if it doesn't he will tell you. All around a great shop.

8.8 Ford rear end- Complete rebuild...POSI lsd installed, 4:10 gear install, fluid swap, preloads set, backlash set. Fixed my exhaust previously damaged from another "big name" shop. Found missing bolts also from previous shop work, rear end was dancing all around the road after having a clutch installed a few months back.Had my car ready for me a day earlier than expected. Not a sound comes from the rear, everything is torqued to spec. The underside of my car is spotless. Talk about professional!! This is really the only place in Pensacola I would take my vehicles to have any kind of major work done. They are always honest and thorough. They help with understand what is going on with my car and even give feed back on things they heard/saw that I didn't ask about but they recognized. Will always take my cars here.

Mr. Jerald is the BEST! I love the Henson family, and wouldn t think to go anywhere else! I never have to worry about being scammed out of my money, or having my vechile half fixed Mr. Jerald and his mechanics are always making sure I get the best treatment possible! Please don t waste your time and money at any other place, Jerald Henson Automotives is ALWAYS the place to go!

I use this business for most of my automotive issues. I always have good customer service when dealing with John when I call and Jerald when talking about issues with my Mustang. I highly recommend them!

Recommended by AC shop. Estimate for taking care of fans and wiring as well as a part for mixing gas and air for my van was about $800 and when I went to pick it up it was $200 less as once a burnt out piece was replaced, fan kicked on. AC fans are expensive. I have found my new mechanic.

Repaired what was broken. Had something else break while in their possession that doesnt usually break. They also left some wires hanging that could have been better tucked or taped. Due to the other part breaking we went over our budget by $400.

My car was misfiring, bad spark plugs bad coils, they had to take my engine out. Fixed problems and price was very reasonable. I recommend them.

I work here and there is nothing our techs cant fix. We get referrals from the dealers with problems they cant solve. The best shop there is in the tried county area
