I took my car to Jacob for a water pump. Come to find out I had a cracked head. He fixed that and more because while he was in there with everything taken apart, he found other issues and call me explained everything to me and fixed it. I am so grateful to have taken my car to someone that I didn t have to think twice about. He s very soft-spoken, respectful, most of all,dependable and professional. I would recommend him, to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I was recommended by a co-worker to come to this place. Jacob is very easy going, friendly, and will work with you. He was able to take care of my car whilst I was out of town. Will definitely be returning as a regular from here on out.

Not a mechanic but decided 40 yrs ago to learn how to maintain & repair my vehicles. I found too many dealerships & high end auto repair shops charging excessive repair bills, as well as, trying to scare customers into unnecessary repairs. Recently, however, my schedule was too heavy to make critical repairs to my truck's braking system. I was going through a quart of brake fluid every other day! Decided to check with some good friends about an honest & competent auto mechanic. Inclined auto kept coming up as a reliable repair shop. Glad I took their advice. The owner, Jacob, right off the start, was what I finally was looking in an auto mechanic. Friendly, knowledgeable, obviously competent in assessing the vehicles in his shop for repair. More than anything, however, I appreciated his direct honesty & his willingness to answer all my questions. He didn't try to sell me or intimate me into unnecessary repairs. He communicated with me what "needed" to be done to make my truck safe & what I could put on hold until funds were available. Truck was repaired in a day or two with a bill I could handle. The truck never had great brakes until Jacob repaired them. Absolutely an awesome job!! I'm not much into referrals or recommendations as a few have backfired on me & caused some hard feelings because of my recommendation. With Inclined auto & Jacob, however, I have no reservations about recommending this business & Jacob. BTW--- one can ask Jacob about any auto issue & he won't charge you for the information nor give you the run around like so many repair businesses do. Great job, Jacob. Thank you. I was lucky enough to find Inclined Automotive a few years ago. The owner Jacob has all ways been honest and fair with cost. He shows me when something is wrong or if I think it's bad he shows me it doesn't need replaced.One company wanted to charge me 3500 for repairs and Jacob did that work plus for 1200.I won't go to anyone else.

My car started stuttering and the engine light came on right by the Raceway. I quickly googled nearest auto repair shops and Inclined was the closest. I called and let him know the situation and he said he would try to figure out what was wrong with it by then end of the week.The next day get a call from him letting me know what was the issue and was told he would have it ready in the next few hours.Jacob is a total life saver! Jacob is so professional, he had my vehicle finished on time and within my price range. He had the diagnosis done in a few hours, not days of waiting to find out. Finding an honest and competent mechanic is so difficult to do. He had my trust from the first phone call. I will never use another mechanic. Jacob has high integrity. He s always looking out for the clients best interest! He ll be my mechanic for as long as he s in business. Which I m sure will be a long time because he definitely knows what he s doing !If I could give this 100 stars I would go to Jacob you won t be sorry!!!

I am very pleased to say that Incline Automotive is a very good place to get your vehicle worked on. Reasonable prices professional work would recommend to anyone that needs Auto Repair. He is very honest and will not tell you you need something just to make more money.. Oh yes I failed to mention he is also very fast. I'm not sure. I went to the website and they have a comment section that you briefly describe what your vehicle is doing and leave your contact info and they will get back with you. I did that a little over a week ago, but no response yet.
