3/19 UPDATE: Got a resolution after some repair and an ordered part, my dashboard is back to normal. Kathy in service is amazing, she follows through and is not adverse to communication. Thank you so very much! **My interaction with the service department has been truly disappointing. I ve recently had warranty repairs done, and both times, Hill-Kelly returned my car in a different condition than it was initially dropped off in.The dealership has found it acceptable to put console items (loose change, business cards, pens, hair clips) on the dashboard AND return the vehicle to me in that condition. It was so bad that, at pick up, service dept bay employees needed tweezers to remove the items from the defrost grill. This type of treatment could easily cause further damage to internal components.About 3 1/2 weeks later (Feb 14), when my part arrived, this dealership returned my vehicle with new scrapes, gouges, and fingernail indentations in my dash after a radio replacement.In both incidents, I brought these matters to their attention at pick-up and to Customer Satisfaction Reps, to which the staff was surprised at the level of negligence and apologies offered.Regarding the Feb 14th incident, I ve spoken to a Service Advisor who s taken pictures and assured me the dealership will make it right by replacing your entire dash, yet I ve received no follow-up. I've spoken to Customer Satisfaction Reps who've stated they would escalate the matter up for a resolution, yet I ve heard nothing since.I ve NEVER regretted the Jeep brand as I do currently, if for nothing else than the dealership's absent communication and lack of accountability.

We were greeted by Prince with a big smile. He was very knowledgeable on the Dodge Ram 1500 gt. He followed up and checked on my husband after he had a surgery. When the truck we liked but did not buy that day we went back and he found another truck and we bought it. He is an asset to your business. We will not deal with anyone but him. Enjoyed working with him. When we need another vehicle we will be back and ask for him.

We stopped by Hill-Kelly to just look at Jeep Gladiator stock. Andy Saffold came out and greeted us asking if we had any questions. He answered our questions, we took a test drive and we decided to go ahead and purchase. Andy was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It was like running into an old friend. He did a great job facilitating our vehicle purchase. Great experience.

About a year ago, the transmission of my 2015 Grand Caravan needed $1,800 of service. The dealer advised me of the problem and I agreed to have the service provided. Then, in July of last year, I brought up a tapping sound during an oil change. I was told that it would take a while to schedule an appointment for determining the source of the tapping, so I put it off. To summarize the next six months, by the time the dealer addressed the problem they charged me $6,000 to repair the engine and, in a matter of two months after the repair, the entire engine died beyond repair. The dealer declined to examine the engine to determine if it was at fault even after I left my vehicle there for weeks. I am posting two stars because many of the support staff are very concerned about helping, and I appreciate that kindness. However, spending $7,800 in less than a year only to have a vehicle worth about $1,000 after the engine died has left me feeling like Hill Kelly Dodge should have advised me differently.

First of all i came to Hill Kelly not planning to buy but sort of just want to test drive one of their trucks. although im in the market to buy a truck. went to look for a sales agent and Devin Byrrd came to rescue. He immediately came up to me and help me test drive a Ram 1500. Kid is very optimistic and polite. As soon as i was able to pick the truck he went grab the keys then we test drove. He explained everything to how all electronics works. As soon as we got back in the office he made sure that we were taken care off, costumer service is fantastic. He helped me price match a quote that i have and so that can can get the truck we wanted. End of the day came home with a truck and got the best deal in town..When it comes to costumer service i would highly recommend him to anybodyWhen it comes to deals. He is the one to look for. You could save yourselves thousands!This guys is overall my top Salesman. If i would get a chance to give him a promotion or a pay raise. He is the one to consider.Hill kelly thank you for having such a great salesman.Five star

They were supposed to do a recall for my sons car. After being rescheduled twice and keeping the vehicle for 2 days they said that his car didn't need the recall and everything looked fine. Well that was not the case his car DID need the recall, they overlooked it and I ended up taking it to another Dodge dealer Daphne Alabama is where they did the recall. A recall is a recall whether its needed or not.

I do not advise patronizing this business. Upon my arrival, I walked up to the building and was greeted by a whistle. Since I am not a dog or playing soccer, I kept going, because no salesman in their right mind would greet a customer this way, right? Wrong. They couldn't find the cars I wanted to see. Another was being serviced. All these vehicles were advertised as being available online. I wrote them an email about my poor experience and they said they would address it. Then an employee named Shawna started harassing me via email, trying to blame the situation on me. Never in my life have I had to tell a business to stop contacting me and to leave me alone. These people are rude, unhinged, and do not deserve your hard earned money.

My husband and I traded in our Jeep Wrangler for something more family friendly and Bobby made our experience extremely easy and pain free. We were in and out with our new Jeep Cherokee in 2 hours, papers signed and everything! It was exactly what we were looking for and we couldn t have had an easier time purchasing it. Matt has also been extremely helpful with the loan process and getting us the best price! Will highly be recommending to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

My second purchase from Hill Kelly since we moved here 5 years ago; I specifically requested that Prince Ash assist us with the purchase as he helped with the first purchase. Andruw was the sales representative that I primarily dealt with. He made the experience very pleasant. He listened to what I wanted and then helped me locate the Ram truck that met my objectives. He also made a great recommendation for a business to have some after market parts installed. The purchase process was as simple as possible and handled very professionally. Folks were all nice, from the reception desk to others that I ran into. They also followed up after the sale to make sure everything was satisfactory.Their website was one of the easiest to navigate with very accurate data on new vehicles that they had on their lot.If you re in the market for a new vehicle you should give these guys an opportunity.

We had an odd issue with our RAM 3500. Hill-Kelly got us right in on the same day to look at it, and scheduled service for the very next morning. We got the truck back late in the day, but the problem unfortunately came back up. They took us back in the next business day, dug further into it and got everything fixed before we really needed the truck to tow our RV! Amber and Daniel were fantastic to work with, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service we got.

Amazing, awesome, professional people at Hill-Kelly. I bought my truck there and Prince was such an amazing sales man. I have continued to go to the dealership for routine maintenance and I have always been treated with such kindness and respect. My last visit was a couple of weeks ago, and I didn t have an appointment because I didn t think I needed one. Rather than turning me away, Amber and the awesome mechanic (I unfortunately don t remember his name) took care of me that day and I was so grateful. The staff at Hill-Kelly are so professional and friendly. I have interacted with many people there, to include sales people, technicians, mechanics, and cashiers, and they always make me feel like I am a valued customer. Hill-Kelly is s the ONLY place I will go to from now on for any automotive needs.

September last yr 2021 we were vehicle hunting and we visited this place. Mr Prince went above and beyond, he was an amazing sales man and our family went home with big smiles on our faces. This year Sept 2022 we needed another vehicle and we are very confident that Mr. Prince will have something for us. And YES, we got nice one within our budget! I got one happy husband! You won t find a better dealership to buy a car from. The sales staff is polite, patient, and friendly. They aren t pushy or aggressive during the process. They re upfront with you on numbers and what they can or can t offer. I m sure all their salesmen are great, but ask for Gene or Andruw and you won t be disappointed!

My 2017 Ram 3500 was under an extended warranty. When my heat went out, I took it to this dealership for repair. The service center determined I had a clogged EGR cooler which was standard maintenance and was not covered under warranty. When they proceeded to quote me approximately $1800 to repair the issue, I was distraught. I drove the truck nearly two more years without heat because I refused to pay that much money for a luxury. When my warranty expired, I took my truck to another mechanic for a second opinion. It turns out, my heater core was clogged and simply needed to be flushed. This is a well known issue for the Cummings 6.7L and should have been their first consideration. Turns out I was able to do the maintenance on my own for approximately $60.I was convinced two years ago and I am even more convinced today that this dealership tried to take me to the cleaners. I will never do business with them again and I will steer everyone I know away from them. This is as shady as it gets.

Just purchased a 2023 RAM. Internet; negotiation and purchase experiences were great and I thought fair until I went to close the deal. I was very disappointed to learn my new truck had actually been a loaner and had 2500 miles on it and a pretty scratched up truck bed. I tried to work with Hill Kelly's Customer Advocate and she was a joke. She "ghosted" me after committing on the first call to follow up and I have never heard back from her or anyone else. Update Dec 22, Rusty called from the Dealership and said the Sales Manager would call me to discuss my comments when he returned from vacation after Christmas. Update, Rusty arranged for the Dealer to share in the cost of lining the scratched bed, which was very generous.

UPDATE - Tried to contact the Customer Advocate Manager identified below. No response. We've pressured washed the under carriage and checked drain plug, but still have a small leak. Taking it to a local mechanic next. Lack of response says a lot I think.Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Service was fast but on the drive home we smelled oil. Checked fluid levels in the garage and all seemed ok. Next morning had some oil on the floor. Crawled under and drain plug was tight but there was lots of oil splash on several parts of the under carriage. Quite heavy in areas. Sloppy service.

This is the second time I have had my Jeep in to be serviced at Hill Kelly and both times I received professional and excellent customer care from the Service Advisor Mike Frazier. He addressed my current concerns and remembered a previous issue. He even offered up a better name for my Jeep than the one I ve been riding the fence about for months! That s service!
