It took quite some time to get my car back, but that s understandable. They had to order a lot of parts For the repair, but in the meantime, Rosanne communicated very well and kept me up-to-date. She was very considerate throughout the several month process. I finally picked up my car and it looks better than I expected. They did a fabulous job!! I asked them to try and get my old headlight to come close to the newly installed headlight and they delivered! To me, customer service is so important being from a high-level customer service industry. I appreciate, not only the professional installation of the parts and the paint department, but the customer service of Roseanne and the rest of the team..

Two accidents, that weren t my fault, have occurred within one year. Both times Gross and Son shop has been very efficient, informative, and they did a perfect repair. I can highly recommend them.Shout out to Roseann for facilitating everything and Alan the tech. Class act!

I know without a doubt I chose the right collision repair shop for the job. Adam Geiger consistently I feel, went above and beyond on so many different levels ie communications, setting expectations and several wow factors. In addition everyone who worked on my car - thank you thank you thank you! My baby Tess (Tesla Model 3) looks amazing. With all the electronic and suspension that went offline upon the collision and the seen and unseen damage - I can't express how confident I am with the work done. No extra noises, no electronic issues, the car is blemish free of any signs of any previous damage. I feel very blessed. Again, I know without a doubt I chose the right collision repair shop for the job. Thank you everyone at Gross & Son!!!!

I've never heard a bad review of Gross & Son, but my recent experience was terrible. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful all 4 interactions. My truck was dropped off in September (quoted at 2 or 3 weeks for the work), and a discussion was help regarding parts availability. I was assured there was not an issue. When I called 2 weeks later to make sure the truck would be ready on time, I was told they could not get parts. I picked up the truck and used it until February. I dropped the truck off in February and was again told 2 or 3 weeks, but it took 8 weeks plus. Communication only happened when I initiated it and it was not accurate. When I showed up to pick the truck up, I was told only cash, cashier's check, or debit card was accepted. That led to an argument that didn't need to happen as I only had credit cards or a personal check with me. I gave an extra star as the work was adequate after the front bumper was buffed due to large scratches at delivery.

I strongly recommend this body shop for your Tesla! They meet up to your expectations and these people are very friendly. Every time I called to see the progress of my body work they always had the best feedback and answered all my questions politely. Yes it takes patience for the work to be done on your vehicle but it s totally worth the wait! Amazing Job! Here is the before and after pics of the vehicle

I painted cars for 13 years and I have a very critical eye for this type of work. My truck is a very light color silver which can be very difficult to match. This was (unfortunately) the second time I've had to have this truck repaired and I brought it back to Gross & Son because they did such a great job the first time. I highly recommend them and Roseann was awesome to work with too!!

Had my 1931 plymouth street rod towed for a flat tire.Doug the driver was very friendly,curtious, professional.Also appreciated that the tow truck was new,clean and not a worn out 1970 something model.loaded it on flatbed backwards so it could be unloaded in my shop correctly.Good job Doug,good job Gross&Son.

Everyone I dealt with at Gross and Son were very nice and professional. I was given updated information as to the ongoing repair and the completion time. When I received my vehicle it looked brand new I was totally satisfied with the planning, coordination and craftsmanship.

Thumbs up for Mr. Nathan and Mr. Doug, they are tow truck drivers. Both drivers gave me service at a timely manner, didn't have to wait for hours. They were super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!! I will try them again!!!

There are few times I ve experienced top-tier service with the white glove treatment. From start to finish Gross and Sons made everything easy for me, and I like things easy. Life is hard enough. Christie, Steve, and Mike were incredible!!! I live in another city but I m definitely coming back for more service. A true commitment to excellence.

Not only did Adam and Ival work my RX350 into their schedule quickly, but Adam assisted me in corresponding with Lexus of Mobile to get the correct parts as this was not an insurance claim. I ll consistently send business to Gross and Son due to being professional with quality work while providing fair pricing

Our Tesla was insured with State Farm at the time of our accident. They could not provide an in-network facility certified to repair our car, so we took it to Gross & Son. The repair shop had to spend a significant amount of time on the phone working to get State Farm to pay for repairs to the standard required to keep from voiding our Tesla warranty. Our sincere thanks to the Gross & Son team for all your hard work and for delivering a beautifully repaired vehicle! It looks better than it did before the accident.

A BIG shout out to Gross&Sons for the amazing work they did on my Kia! I am very pleased! They were looking at my best interest in everything that I needed, from making sure I had my rental car, answering all my questions, to getting the job done accurately and timely! **Updated Review to 4 Stars: I am updating my review from 3 stars to 4 stars due to the shop calling me and offering to make it right and pay for the replacement. I declined as it s only $7 and I am fully okay with paying that, I just didn t like the answer I was given as I know it wasn t right. However, I am grateful that I was called about it promptly and they wanted to make it right, which is super appreciated and honorable business handling. Although I declined the payment, I would like to say it was still made right with me regardless. 5 star business, but 4 star review just from my personal experience. Hopefully I don t get into another car accident, but if I did, I would probably still come back here - the repairs were great and the people are awesome. All in all, Thank you again!I wanted to give 5 stars really badly due to the complimentary detailing, however 3 is my rating. The repairs were amazing and my car was even detailed! Mike, Steve and Christie were all kind and responsive, they were also very helpful. Some of my parts were on back order and they were helpful in giving me information! :) However, my issue is with the detailing shop. I am missing a part of my dog hammock for my car, so I called and asked. They were super nice and helpful and got back to me quickly, however the answer rubbed me the wrong way. Ultimately, this is not a big deal, but I do not appreciate the lack of accountability from the detailer s part. He told me one side of my dog hammock was already down and one was up, so the side that was missing he doesn t know where it is. Essentially claiming my car came without it. Well, I know exactly how I left my car due to the fact that the side that was up when i dropped it off is missing, NOT the side that was down.. that side still had the hanger where I left it on the back side bar hanging loosely unattached. The detailer only had to unhook ONE SIDE, which was the side that, as he remembers, was hanging - conveniently that is the side I am missing. Again, this would not have been a big deal to me otherwise, I just absolutely hate being told an excuse that I know is irrefutably incorrect. I will be ordering a new one, as the shop lost mine. All in all, the repairs were perfect and every one who I personally worked with deserves everything in the world and I m so grateful for their help in getting me my car back to me in working & superior condition - next time for detailing just double check where you place personal belongings. Thank you!

I was extremely pleased with my experience here. After having my parked vehicle backed into two weeks before moving out of state, I panicked that I would not be able to find a shop to complete repairs before having to leave and my front bumper was hanging off - no condition for a thirteen hour drive. After calling around, I was finally referred to Gross & Sons where I was met with compassion and efficiency. Roseann Franklin went above and beyond dealing with insurance, ensuring the urgency of repairs, and communicating updates frequently and thoroughly. Teri, the office administrator, was also a huge help arranging a rental vehicle (side note, if you need a rental make arrangements in advance ASAP) The job was completed two days before my moving date and my vehicle looked incredible! They not only replaced my bumper and other damaged parts, but washed/vacuumed/polished and triple checked that everything was running smoothly. Very kind people operate this business, and I m thankful for their hard work.Service: Body & Trim

This is the second time that I've had my car repaired at Gross and Son's. They have done an excellent job both times! They are extremely courteous and friendly. They took the time to explain the process and were very responsive when I called and went I went to the office. Christie, Steve, and Mike made the experience very worthwhile, even when dealing with the outcome of an accident. I had a car accident, they fixed my baby. So glad to have my car back. Julie was so nice and patient with me after multiple calls about my car. Great team there. Wish I can add a second review because this is my second time having this great shop to fix my car. I will just add on to this, this shop service and dedication can't be beat. I have a 2010 Toyota Carolla they treated it like it was a Tesla. My car looks awesome again! I will never go anywhere else.

Fast efficient tow at a very reasonable price. Timing belt snapped and left me stranded. They were quick to get to me and get me where I needed to go. I highly recommend them. Will definitely be using them in the future

I have had the opportunity over the years to work in the industry. I was really concerned about hiring someone to fix my truck. I have seen a number of businesses put out less than professional work. I finally settled on this company after a recommendation. I had the opportunity to work with Adam and Kelly. They always kept an open line of communication. They never treated me as a bother when I called up there. When I picked up my truck, I was extremely happy with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Gross and Son Paint & Body Shop is the premier place to go for any auto damage to your car! I've been going here since 2003 and the professional customer support from Jason, Christie and Rosie is top-notch who go way out of their way to make you happy. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my Cadillac and I wouldn t choose any other place in Pensacola.

From the towing process to the end, the experience was great with Christy, Adam, and Kelly. Great service all around including customer service, loaners vehicle, updates and time frame. I highly recommend Gross and Sons Paint and Body Shop.
