I contacted Greg Smith's Auto Air and Repair and spoke to Trent who gave me a quote on a new A/C evaporator for one of my Fleet vehicles. His quote was $800-$1,000.00 cheaper than anyone else in the area.He had it done in a reasonably timely manner and my fleet vehicle is now blowing nice, cold air again and I couldn't' t be happier.Thank you Greg Smith's!

Family owned, operated business that specializes in auto AC repairs. Friendly, knowledgeable, timely with their commitment. They were recommended by a friend that has used them for years. I will recommend Greg Smith to anyone that needs repair work for their AC.

10/4/2023..... I brought my 2013 Ford Expedition in for an AC problem. It turned out to be an evaporator under the dash.Everyone at this business gave 120 percent to my vehicle. They did everything they could to make my experience a very positive one. 5 out of 5 stars........I would give more stars if i could. Thank you.Service: Air conditioning

I took my car to get multiple quotes around town for a busted evaporator. I was careful to hide the fact that I had already gotten quotes because I wanted a true comparison between mechanics around town. Greg Smith's was by far the fairest and frankly the only place I could afford. The work was quoted at $635 here and $1280 at a competitor down the road. You read that right, a 100% difference in price. Not only that but they warranty their work here for 12 months/12,000 miles which is the cherry on top. When I came to pick the car up they stood by their initial quote down to the dollar, no extra unexpected fees at all. My hat is off to these folks, they do honest work for honest pay and I am now a local customer for life.

Great place went there with no a/c working at all. Soon as I got there told him the problem did diagnosis and was out of there with a/c blowing cold and with a $80 dollar bill. Try them first before any one else. Highly recommended Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I have a 2008 Honda CR-V that has had the AC out for the last 2.5 years with door locks that were also bad and made the most obnoxious sounds! We moved from Virginia Beach area where we took it to 3 different mechanics to fix the ac and all said it was a dealership issue. Dealership replaced 5 things on it and charged me for them all to not have my ac fixed! That s the main reason I ve been without ac so long. We found this shop via Google& positive reviews so I d like to help the next person find their spot because the customer service was far superior than majority of auto places, greg diagnosed my car and with confidence told me my issue with the ac, and we were able to schedule a day to get my ac fixed and door actuators replaced, AND the best part is I finally drove my car home with cold AC and doors that don t scream at me anymore! I m beyond happy right now and I hope this review helps anyone find this gem.Service: A/C installation & repair

In early October 2021, my Honda Accord stop cooling & I choose Greg Smith as they had several positive reviews. I too was impressed with their work, personal conduct & detailed explanation of the problem. I felt the price was fair and the work was finished when promised. Keep in mind this is a small family operation and they do get backup, so a quick in & out repair would be just good luck of timing. Hopefully I won t need their services too often but I will gladly use them again.Service: A/C installation & repair

Amazing mechanic! Has repaired 2 of my vehicles. Quoted the job, then only charged me what labor was used to repair, saving me SO much money! One quote was almost $900, but ended up being less than $500 because they fixed it easier than expected.One of the most honest mechanics I've ever encountered in my 40+ years.

Great shop, great people, super nice. AC went out in my genesis coupe. Took it in to a different shop to figure out what was wrong. The condenser was leaking. Was quoted $680 for parts and labor. I used that information to call almost every automotive air condition repair shop in Pensacola and couldn't find a quote for anything less than $600. That is, until I called Greg Smith's. He quoted me $485.95 parts, labor, and tax over the phone and that is what he charged me. They stay pretty busy with those competitive prices. Made an appointment to have my car in the shop the following Wednesday. He had me taken care of and my AC blowing colder than ever within a few hours. Highly recommend this place.

They were all very nice. They cared about the job and the people. They didn t try to recommend unnecessary things to be done or charge too much. Definitely recommend. This is the second time I have taken a vehicle to a mechanic in 30 years (first was a transmission) They got My truck AC diagnosed and repaired in one day. I hope I have no more AC issues but if I do I know where to go.

My Tahoe's air went out in the heat of summer! I took it and let the guys look at it. They didn't have an appointment until the next week but he fixed the problem and my air works great now! They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise! I'm very thankful!

Greg Smith and his team are the best in town! They fixed the air conditioner in my old truck this morning and it cools better than it ever has. They were honest and up front, and super qualified and reasonable! Skip the rest and go to the BEST!!!

The air conditioning in my motor home quit working and I took it to Prell Auto Air for repair. They charged me $118 for an estimate. Their estimate to repair my motor home air conditioner was $2500.00 because according to them my entire air conditioning system needed to be replaced. I told them that I did not want to spend that much and I took my motor home to Greg Smith's Auto Air. They added a little refrigerant and the system worked great. They did not charge me anything at all. I will never go anywhere else for air conditioning repairs. I highly recommend you have Greg Smith fix any auto air conditioning problems you have.

Very nice decent people that are trying to figure out your needs and not just trying sell you something. I been to several auto and air shops no one could tell me what s wrong. So friendly and helpful, they found the problem right away. Saved us hundreds of dollars not having to replace the AC Compressor which is what we thought it was. Turned out to be a burned up wire.
