James is the best dude in town! I called him about an older Subaru I have. NOBODY wanted to touch it apparently because it was a Subaru .. not even import specialists. He did his research and said he s got me covered. The work I had done, I was expecting at least a 1500$ bill . This man charged me 450$ dollars .. I can t say enough about how helpful and genuine he s been. I honestly can t give this dude enough praise . Your the man James!!!!!

This place is awesome! They are very professional and friendly. I had the front end suspension replaced on my 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and new brakes and rotors all around. The prices are reasonable and they do allow customers to supply their own parts if they choose to do so. Just know that the parts will not be covered under warranty. They did a excellent job and my car it rides like new. I would definitely recommend this shop for repairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

When I first met James and Ashley, they gave me the confidence of knowing they d go to any lengths to fix my car without breaking my pocketbook. They re a dedicated, professional young couple doing their best to decipher the issues, fix them and make the customer happy. Prices are fair and the workmanship is outstanding! The best part is, they re honest! James and Ashley give it 100%!! We ordered an aftermarket down pipe with a built in cat for my sons car. We took it to two local dedicated exhaust specialist who gave up after a very short period. We were recommended Grand Slam by a European Car repair shop who said he was "a brilliant chap." INDEED! He was patient and able to do what needed to be done and charged far less than what was expected. This place earned my families business for any future mechanical needs.Service: Exhaust

I most definitely recommend this place. Ashley was very nice and James did excellent work on my Ford F150 to get it back in good running condition in a timely manner. This little shop was a blessing on my family. While traveling back home from visiting an out-of-state family member my car broke down on me (6mos pregnant) and my daughter (18mos). Not only did they quickly service my vehicle and get it running again, but I m absolutely positive they gave me the best deal around. They made everything as stress free as possible in our very stressful situation. The girl at the front desk (Ashley) was very personable and helpful and the men who were working on my vehicle kept me up to date on how the diagnostic was going and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I will be recommending this shop to all of my family and friends in this area.

It's very hard to find an honest mechanicin the area that will fix just what needs to be fixed...James is a great mechanic, he worked on my car and got it fixed quicker than expected and right in my budget!! Ashley in the office is very sweet and made it comfortable for me and my kids while we waited for our car to be fixed aswell. Great service and good people!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty that I experienced when I had my car serviced here. The service was quick and price fair. They really do care about the customer. I would definitely recommend Grand Slam to anyone who is in need of vehicle service. Outstanding!

I came in with a bad heater core and wanted that bypassed, a cheap job for a 98 crown vic. When I called, the person who answered the phone was a male. He told me $50 for inspection and $60 for a heater core bypass job, so $110 with my type of car. I call my regular mechanic guy and he quotes me $50-75 but he can't get to it for a few days, so I go decide to give Grand Slam Complete Automotive Repair a chance. I go in today and there was a young couple working together. Guy was mechanic, woman was front desk. The woman quoted me $169 for the bypass. I explained to her that I was originally quoted $110 and how my regular guy would have only charged me $50-75. She seemed alarmed, uncomfortable, and a bit rude. I told her to call her guy to check my statement that he did indeed quote me $110 for the job. Not sure what happened after that because I decided to wait on their bench outside. At the end, she charged me $60 and some change. I ask myself, was this a good or bad experience? I'm not quite sure. Seems like they tried to give me the runaround at first which lost my trust. Her husband took his time to explain car issues to me, but again, trust was lost, so his explanations of my car aren't registering anymore as truth now. Seems like a new business trying to develop its customer clientele, so take this advice and be honest. Thanks for your service and on fixing the price, but I won't be returning.

Grand Slam came recommend by another family member, after breaking down on the side of the road. I truly thought it was probably a battery. I called Grand Slam and Ashley answer the phone very cheerful. I explained the situation and she even offered to help find a towing company. I arrived about an hour after the car did. Ashley was working at the desk and had James, the mechanic /owner come in and talked to me. He believed it was the alternator not a battery. I was given the option to wait and could stay late to repair my car. I chose to leave it overnight since it was almost closing time. Ashley walked me out to my husbands car and reassured me that my "baby"would be safe and in good hands. The next day I picked up my car, it was even washed and cleaned. James could have sold me a battery, starter or more things to run up the bill, but he did not!!#1 in my book for being friendly, clean and honesty. They have my business from now on.

I couldn't speak more highly of their service! My friend drove my car from Georgia into Pensacola on a Friday having trouble with severe shaking. He brought it into the shop that morning and they stayed open and worked on my car through the weekend to ensure he would have a car to get back on Sunday. They were very responsive, fair and kind and I would recommend their service to anyone!

They Go above and beyond to help you I have tried several mechanics in search of finding one that I m comfortable calling or just dropping in if I have a problem, and finally found James and his wife, Ashley, at Grand Slam Auto Repair on Blue Angel to be my regular mechanic. I have a Mini and HHR that James takes care of with perfection . I feel so much relief in finding such nice people in case I'm in need! Thank you guys so much for all you do

I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone. The technician on duty is highly knowledgeable and the customer service is awesome. It s hands down the best shop that I have been into in a long time. I feel when I take my vehicle there the problem will be solved quick, and I don t have to worry about them trying to sell me stuff I don t need. The shop is very well maintained and clean. I won t take my vehicle to another shop.

This place is just awesome to say the least, their super fast and friendly, and affordable. James really knows what he's doing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a little love for their motor powered carriage, they will most certainly get it done for you.

I came in because I thought my alternator or something with the charging system was messed up. But he let me know that he thought it was just a simple bushing on my brake pedal that I could do myself for $5. I appreciate the honesty as a college student I don't have a lot of money to be spending on car repairs.

I was ready to fix my car on my own but the auto port for the base had been closed, took my Forte to get diagnosed here, found exactly what I suspected. They didn't push on repairs my car needed, I appreciate that honesty and now I know where to take my vehicle if gets royally messed up in the future.
