My husband did a lot of shopping around before choosing Gerber. They were so helpful and professional and worked with us during the whole process. Someone hit the side of our SUV and I really thought it was never going to be the same or that we would have to go looking again even though we had just purchased it a month prior to the accident. I'm very pleased with their work. By looking, you can't even tell. A big thanks!

My daughter's car was rear ended we took the vehicle to Gerber. We worked with William A. The communication was great throughout the process. They actually finished ahead of schedule. The quality of work was amazing. Great overall experience I would highly recommend in the future.

Great experience with my car repair. They consistently provided updates along the way and explained everything very clearly. Everyone at the shop was super friendly too. While I hope that I don t have to use their services again, I would choose and recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car to be fixed and the office manger, Robin, was extremely rude. Gerber Collision & Glass sent my insurance a quote to get my car repaired and I was told I would be called when all the parts have arrived. Several weeks had passed so I called Gerber and Robin told me that my insurance had cancelled the order. I found this rather odd so when I called USAA, they informed me Gerber had cancelled the order. Take your chance on getting quality customer service. Maybe Gerber would have done a good job, but I would never know since I couldn't get pass the office manager.***No one has reached out to me!***

After a few hiccups, William made good on his word to fix the issues I had with the paint and fender flare on my vehicle. I had an family emergency out of town, William guaranteed me he d have my vehicle ready when I returned he kept his word.

So glad I came back to Gerber! They have a lifetime warranty (as long as you own your vehicle!) and I had to get some repairs done by them previously, but there was an issue with a door/window that irked me for months. IDK why I didn t try to get it fixed by them sooner, but I didn t. However, true to their word, when I brought my car to them for repair work again, I mentioned the old door/window issue and they fixed that along with the regular repairs that were needed, NO extra charge! Now my car is back 100%, NO issues this time, and I am completely satisfied! :-D

Worst customer service. I scheduled an appointment online for to get an estimate. I received a call several hours later telling me they can't give me an estimate as they do not work with my insurance. I am new to the area and asked if they don't take private payment. They refused to honor their estimate appointment time. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I had an accident that involved a wild life. My insurance referred me to Gerber to get my car repaired. My front was some what messed up and needed repairs. William Aceves did my repairs and he did an amazing job. It was estimated to be done in no more than a month they got it done in about 2-3 weeks. I got my car in no time and it looked amazing! My car is a 2008 Toyota Camry it, the repairs they did on the front end and head lights looks amazing and brand spanking new. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and if you're able to choose who does your maintenance ask for William Aceves. And Ms. Robin in the front desk was super sweet and communicated well with all the information I needed they even called enterprise for me to get them to come pick me up to get my rental. Thank you Gerber esp William and Robin!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This collision center has had my husband's truck off and on for almost 2 years and still has not been completed correctly. Thank goodness the Crestview location found their HUGE discrepancies and safety issues. Not only did this location put my family in danger they continue to act like my husband is crazy and doesn't know what he's talking about. Parts were put on backwards, the roof was installed incorrectly and the worst mistake they made is a missing bolt in an airbag. They had his truck 4 separate times, lacked communication every time and still did a poor job. If you value your vehicle and your life, take your vehicle elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Very nice people and even though they could not help my vehicle, they definitely helped me! They are very on top of things here and didn't hesitate to call my insurance company to get onto them plus they helped me get the vehicle totaled out.

This all happend Jul-Oct 2022. They have great customer service as far as the front office goes HOWEVER their quality assurance is beyond comprehensible and honestly the worst imaginable. They failed to 1) Make sure my entirely replaced tail light worked ( Got pulled over because my brand new light didn't work literally the day I picked it up). 2) 2 obvious missing pieces to my bumper (bumper guard and hitch cover assembly about 24 inches wide).3) My driver door had so many grease stains literally all around the door. 4) After 3 annoying visits, i got a call again saying my car is ready for pick up. As I leave, I noticed my radio sounds different, and checked the trunk. Come to find out the entire trunk was all disassembled. Panels were all over the place, stock subwoofer disconnected and upside down, screws everywhere. The way I see it, they make it look pretty and don't bother to verify operation of replaced components which is unsat for a nearly $8000 repair job. It is 100% IMPLIED they verify and check their work. Clearly for me it didnt happen. I would never consider them again. At least they corrected their mistakes however it took multiple visits, alot of time and gas commuting back and forth. Trust me people, Gerber Collison Pensacola has lazy technicians, unworthy/unreliable quality inspectors IF ANY.Also, I asked for them to clean my greasy door since they are the ones who did it. A tech came out with a spray bottle, paper towel. He seemed annoyed, took 10 seconds to wipe it down and left. I check his work and saw zero difference from before and after. I go back to front desk and ask them to physically see their completed cleaning job. Again, they took care of it for real this time but why does it have to get that level. Trust me in saying that I never behaved disgruntled, angry, upset, or portrayed Karen like behavior to recieve such bad service.If you doom yourself with them, ask the estimator to take pictures of everything to protect yourself. That's how I justified them paying and installing the missing components they disregarded the first time.

Great service and dedicated employees who make sure you re informed every step of the way. Even with supply chain issues, they were prompt to repair my vehicle once they received the parts. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do I will definitely use them.

Robin at front desk was very friendly. She made very informative and friendly. William is my technician he was great. Went above and beyond looking at damage done to my truck. Making sure I was safe before I left.

Repairs to my vehicle was mediocre at best. Fasteners were loose or came free, paint job was okay, but you can clearly see buff marks in the sun. They also lost a piece of my tire repair kit leaving me unable to inflate my tire in an emergency. (Still waiting for a replacement 2 months later.)

Got T-Boned in my truck from the 'special' drivers that live in Pensacola. Gerber sorted it all out and provides options along the way to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Great group of people here.

Sand in the new paint job. Color match is horrific. Can see where the supposed "New" door had terrible body work. This is honestly the worst body and paint job I've ever seen.

Total breakdown in communication. Took multiple trips to different locations which turned into months. They are friendly to speak to, but nice words and no follow through doesn t add up to good customer service.
