Gary Sapp Automotive What a great team. I had to take my mother's RV over to their shop to get some repair worked on the front of brakes. I kept smelling oil after inspection. He found out that ABS line it comes off and wrap itself around the axle. Which cut the seal Upon further investigation, on the vehicle. He found that the brake calibers were bad. He replaced those, and the pads then reworked a front end. I am changing it will and I can honestly say it was a great job cost-effective. And he did what he had to do to keep prices down. I don't feel like he overcharged, and he kept in touch with me every step of the way. Hats off to him and his team. I appreciate all you did for us. I hope more people find you. Thank you for your service.

I called to set an appointment for them to take a look at my vehicle, which has been giving me transmission problems. At no point during the call did they tell me they charged a fee to diagnose. When I dropped off my vehicle, without explaining what they were having me sign, they requested that I sign a sheet (which allowed them to do work without a written estimate). I asked them if they would inform me of what work needed to be done before they charged me for work, and only at that point did they tell me that they charge an hourly diagnosis charge. Then, the woman at the counter very sarcastically and rudely told me, "Yeah, that is how our technicians get paid. They don't work for free."They have lost a customer for life. They purposely withheld from me that they charge a fee to simply look at and diagnose your vehicle. Don't sign anything without fully reading it!Also, I noticed after this experience that many other reviewers have had a similar experience. Beware of these dishonest folks!

Great auto repair business. My girlfriend and I have used them many times over the years on different vehicle and have never had an issue. The work was always done promptly and correctly. I would highly recommend them.

Gary's shop has been one I've started using about 2 years ago. The level of "happy" I am with the service is not measurable! Gary and everyone at the shop not only treat you with genuine care and courtesy, they treat you like family. They are extremely communicative and work hard to earn your business and respect. I am a VERY proud supporter of this business! Thank you to Gary and his team for always taking such great care of my vehicles!

Gary Sapp Auto charges a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. This is RIDICULOUS and unacceptable.I strongly suggest you get your automotive needs resolved anywhere else other than GARY SAPP AUTO on Pine Forest Rd.Sevice is very good, so is the staff. But shame on you Gary Sapp! I will not return and I will spread this information everywhere I go! As a life long resident I know many people, from the downtown crowd all the way to Seminole, Atmore, Molino, Jay, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, and beyond!Shame, shame on you GARY SAPP!!!

If you ever want your car fixed by an extremely competent and trustworthy mechanic/team, Gary Sapp is your guy. He runs a great business and is a great guy. Gary gives back to his community, and you know when you pay for a service, you're not only not getting swindled but you're helping a local guy who helps local folks! I couldn't recommend him enough!!!

I have to say that I ve struggled with finding honest car repair services in Pensacola. As a native, I have used several mechanics and many of these experiences have been less than pleasant. I don t mind paying but I want to know that I am getting a fair price from professionals who will stand behind their work (and not do any unnecessary work) Thats what you will find at Gary Sapp Automotive. You ladies know what I mean when I say we often get treated differently when taking a car in to be repaired. Well not at this place. They treated me respectfully and repaired my vehicle promptly. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your car this is the place!

Gary and his staff came through for us on short notice by replacing the brakes on our 2013 Hyundai Tucson four days before we left for Disney World. We asked them about an unrelated rattle, which they tracked down to the muffler. We chose to wait until our return from Disney and replaced the muffler the next day following our return. Thanks to Gary and his staff, we had a truly magical time! Gary and his staff are the definition of professionalism and trustworthiness!!

Gary and his crew are excellent!! Got my vehicle running right again! Highly recommend him!! We didn't have an appointment. We were a walk in and with in the 1st hour, they had a diagnosis and got it fixed within the hour after since they had what i needed in stock. Y'all don't know how grateful I am because the dealship was telling us to drop it off and we would have it back in roughly 2-3 weeks. Again, thank you so much for everything!!!!

I have been a customer of Gary Sapp Automotive for seven years. From the moment I make the initial call until I pick up my SUV or my Truck I consistently encounter nothing but professionalism and expertise. I recently loaned my SUV to someone who activated the alarm system and let the battery run down.. I was out of town so I called Gary Sapp and they sent a technician to shut down the alarm system and took the SUV in for a new battery. Gary Sapp Automotive is my first call every time.

Ac went out in my car bc of what seemed to be an electrical problem. I called, bc they were recommended to me. I had to wait month to bring my car in. No worries, it was summer, car places get busy. I bring my car in on date and time I was told. That's when problems start. The employees didn't keep me informed on what was going on, I had to call up there. It took them over a week to even get around to diagnosing my car's issue. Why give me an appointment to bring my car in, if you aren't ready for it?! The said it was a wiring issue, and supposedly fixed it. I told them radio was glitching as well, and they fixed a few other things. I get the car back after paying thousands...radio is worse off than before, but ac is working and another issue was fixed. Not the best experience....but I had my ac back. So I was okay. Not even 2 weeks later, the car does the exact same thing as before with the ac going out. And both my heated seats stop working completely. I call up there...I was first told that I will be charged more to get it fixed. They worked on my car quickly this time. Saying they fixed it. But it may go out and if does it's something else that's causing it and will be more $. But I was not charged this time thankfully. As for the heated seats...they said they went bad bc of age, and they couldn't fix them. I find it odd both seats went out completlely, simultaneously. But okay. Not even a day later, the ac goes out again! We find that they put a bigger fuse in the spot where the fuse kept blowing that's tied to the ac. I am told this was probably done to try to keep it from blowing and they most likely never fixed the wiring to begin with.I will not go back, I do not recommend this place for anything more than oil changes, ac recharges, tire changes and so on. If you have something seriously wrong...please find another shop....To avoid headche and money unnecessary spent. Because I still have no ac and am saving up to take it elsewhere to get the problem fixed.It seemed like communication with their clients and eachother was also an issue.

Theses people are the best, I have been to a lot of garages and these people definitely delivered. My truck was down and when this happens my work is shut down. My harmonic balancer went bad and they told me to bring it in and they ll see what the can do. They called me step by step to let me know how things were going and my final call was to come pick it up. I was mind blown!! And it was done right So when I say they are the best you can take that to the bank. I highly recommend Gary Sapp and I will continue to go there for any future issues. Thank you Gary Sapp
