Jacob is an absolutely wonderful person. On a rainy day he got on the ground and found a screw in a tire missed by my dealer, (I had literally just left there a few hours before and specifically asked they check the tires).He plugged the flat after determining it would be safe to do so, but also ran across the street to see if the tire business would be able to replace the tire if need be. I was amazed at his jumping right in and willingness to help even if it meant another business would do the work!His kids even helped as he had me slowly move the rig as he watched the tires. To top it off, he wouldn't even accept payment. What others meant for evil, God can turn to good. He was the last angel put in my path that day to right a wrong.Note: at a previous stop at Love's they discovered loose valve extenders, which were also causing problems. Another miss by the dealer!

Very helpful. When other nearby RV service shop would not help me, Jacob took the time to listen and provide guidance and help.The place to go for good old fashion service.

Had an issue during our travel from Louisiana, spoke with Ash in the Service department while traveling through Alabama. He met us in the parking lot upon arrival, helped with the issue and we were back on the road within minutes! Great service! Highly recommend for all your RV needs!

Our windshield wiper wasn't working and we had to leave in a couple of days for a trip, so we were pressed for time to get the repair done. Florida RV Center listened to our needs and made sure they got the repair done when promised. They were willing to work with our extended warranty as well. People in the front office were very pleasant, friendly and professional. And they bring their dog to work, which is always a good thing! Will definitely return and recommend to our friends!

Everyone was so nice!!! Explained everything, sent upfront estimate!!! Loved the estimate, gives you the choice of what work you would like done. RV work was finished in a timely manner!!! Not sitting at a lot for days like other repair shops I have experienced. My whole experience with Florida RV Center very positive, and I will use them again. YOU SHOULD TOO!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Wow! What a great service center. We had an a/c unit replaced; multiple issues with communicating between front and back a/c units. They persevered and went above & beyond trying to diagnosis the issue. Definitely would recommend this company. They are honest, informative and very hard working. We came from North Idaho and were staying for the winter. We couldn't have picked a better place to get this service completed. If you are in the south, definitely have them work on your rig. Ours is a 2005 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. My husband Tim usually can do most repairs, but this was not one to try his skill set :). Excellent service while they estimated the damages to our RV. We were working through an insurance situation and Ash worked with us in determining a total loss for our vehicle. They took the time to do a thorough job and exam every facet of the RV. I feel like they served us well in a tough time for us.

Great family owned business. Honest, friendly, helpful people. They love God and want to serve others. Helped us fix a hole in the roof when it was about to pour down rain. They are greatly appreciated! May God bless them!This is where we will go from now on to have Rv repairs!!!

Ashford with Florida RV Center was super helpful when the generator on our RV rental was not working. He got the issue diagnosed, found the part needed and even had it shipped overnight to Houston where we were a couple of days down the road so that we could get it fixed. He was always easy to contact and went above and beyond to help us out!!

I had both several repair projects & time� limitations, returning on 3 days for parts/supplies. Various friendly staff bent over backward to help me find what I needed, in time for me to finish by the leave town date! Great folks!

We have a Class A motorhome and when you need any type of repairs it becomes a huge issue. Most RV Service Center s will only work on your rig if you purchased from them, and Independent RV repair people won t touch warranty work! Imagine our surprise when we contacted Florida RV and they said warranty work was great! They are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable on different types of RV vehicles. If you find yourself in the Pensacola area and need work done I highly recommend this place!!

I had leaks in cab, roof area of an older Class C. They were very professional and we worked thru this major repair. We were in constant communication and I was able to see all they had to do. It turned out great. No leaks, matches very well, and now able to leave my rig out in the rain. They detailed it before I picked it up. What a pleasant surprise. Also had my old awning repaired and new fabric , they made sure i could use it before I left. Great customer sevice. Great job. Thanks Ash, Tim, Mallory and rest of you especially the little greeter Cici.

I would have given it minus stars if I could've. They have had my RV for over 2 months n JUST gave me a quote on the price they will charge me to fix it. Very disappointed so far, I'll update if I decide to let them actually fix my RV, which is extremely unlikely , considering they told me an estimate would take 2 weeks not 2 months, so I could imagine if they were to actually have to fix it. Unless they guarantee a very short turnover I'll be taking it somewhere elseUPDATE I did let them fix it and what a MISTAKE!!! I was charged 600 dollars MORE than I was told over the phone and 300 MORE than on my quote. They didn't fix the brakes which was one of my FIRST priorities to be done. I will NEVER give them my business or recommend them to anyone.

GREAT! Everyone is very friendly and Ashford really went above and beyond! They were paitent and answered all of our questions while we looked through the RVs. We had been in a unique situation and Ashford worked after hours and even personally called up the person who would be financing us to try to make the deal quicker and smoother for us. We really appreciate him and everything he did!If you are looking for an RV, Florida RV Center will help you more than most dealerships would imagine! They really go that extra mile!

Nothing good to say. First visit I found unlocked motor homes and no staff when I arrived. Second visit, sales person completely missed my appointment even though I made it a week in advance and called 2 hours before to confirm. Didn't see any customers/buyers during either visit.

I found what I thought was the perfect RV for me, and bought it. These people do not disclose issues with the unit you buy, so make sure you have the right person check it before you buy!! I've spent way too much trying to get my travel trailer back in a safe, decent shape!!!

My husband & I travel in a class A Motorhome. Upon departing Mobile, AL enroute to Pensacola our electric leveling jacks would NOT retract. We were able to retract 3 of them using the manual mode on the control board, but the 4th was taken off by a mobile mechanic. Of course this was Wednesday 5/22 heading into Memorial Day weekend. Since we were heading to Pensacola we starting calling RV repair shops, everyone was booked but Florida RV Center said bring the unit in on Friday 5/24. As it turned out there were 2 bad motors found after several hours of diagnostic work. Ash worked with the extended warranty company to recover the majority of the costs and ordered parts. Ash and Shawn stayed with the installation until it was completed, including working extra time on Saturday 6/1 to get us on the road. Took a couple days to get parts which was hampered by the Holiday weekend.This is a small shop with a friendly atmosphere.

Good kind people but not every knowledgeable when comes to fixing furnace and over priced there's a switch by the blower wheel which turns on when fan is going to get power to the controller panel to get everything else working so why they didn't check that first i don't know i got change almost 1hr just to change it at a rate of 149/hr which I don't think should take that long plus 2hrs try to find the problem. I watch it on YouTube and it shows it nicely i guess its another pricey lesson learned i think it shouldn't have cost me more than a couple hundred dollars now it costs me $461 plusPs nice kind calm staff

They got our RV fixed, every jack was tested 3 times and worked fine but after returning home have the same problem when lowering the jacks they blow fuses. Another valve was sent to us but there is still a problem. All in all we are satisfied with there work. The #Equalizer system however is flawed.

EDIT: I initially had difficulty in obtaining a refund on a refundable deposit, but was able to speak to a manager today who processed the refund immediately. I appreciate his prompt assistance and would suggest future buyers OK deposits through management.

We were moving our new RV from Florida to Texas when we had an electrical issue. Ashford at Florida RV Center to the rescue! He got right back to us and was prepared to solve our problem. In addition to prompt service, he s one nice guy! We travel between Texas and Florida regularly, and now we have a great resource if needed. Hope we don t need you. Thanks, Ashford!
