Outstanding service! They responded to my call in less than 30 minutes. Luck, the tower, was absolutely amazing! He was polite, courteous and friendly. He clearly has an excellent grasp on the whole towing job. I was stuck and couldn't get out of the situation. My tire was spinning a hole every time I tried to back out. I called another towing company first. They said that they couldn't come for at least 8 hours! I was amazed at how fast Fletchers responded! Luck also showed me that my car has its own hook for towing! I never even knew that! I would trust this company for any towing needs!

Best tow in town. Quick response and fast pick up. Peter is one hell of a guy. Very fair prices. Ended up being 128 all day for me. Well worth it!

I had to get my Rv towed from Blakely, Ga to Pensacola, Fl. Called multiple Towing companies and chose Fletcher s because price and timing were ok. Communication was excellent throughout the process, James worked fast and efficiently and got us to the garage safely and he presented me with documents and pictures for my insurance. I warmly recommend Fletcher s towing. Thank you guys!

It was a little expensive, but it was my Boat & I gladly paid the amount owed bc they (Fletchers) went the extra mile and then some to make sure my boat didn't get harmed in any way, form, or fashion!Thanks guys! I waited six hours for AAA to provide towing for my boat and trailer. AAA never showed. I called Fletchers and explained my situation, 45 minutes later Shaun was there to provide me a tow. Fletchers is fast courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to use their excellent service in the future.

Charlie assisted me with my tow, and let me tell you. If Southern hospitality was a person it would be him ! He was so kind and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and really made my first towing experience get done "without a hitch" ! I will definitely use them again and if Charlie is working he will be the one I request! 10/10 experience. The price is more affordable than many places in town.Service: Car towing

Fletchers helped me when I was in desperate need with a tow! My 2019 Porsche Cayenne had a fuse issue and would not start while sitting in a Walmart parking lot for 30 minutes. Had to leave it there for the night ( very scary!) and next morning went back to check on it and Fletchers came and towed it to Import shop. White glove treatment to be sure!!! Placed on flatbed and took very good care of my car. Thank you Fletchers! ( sorry cant recall the fella s name that helped me, but he was awesome!)

I called their dispatch at 7:30 this morning. The lady said she would have a driver reach out to me by 8:00 and took my info. I didn't hear back and I called them at 9:40. A new lady said that their shift change was at 8:00 and that she had none of my info that she could find. She offered to send me another dispatch but it would be an hour and a half before one would be available. I then decided to go with another towing service. Very bad customer service!

On 28 November 2023 I was stalled in the middle of an intersection with a car issue which required a tow. Dillion was able to load the vehicle properly and promptly. He transported the vehicle to the dealer and handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you. Gary

Mac truly took great care of me. I was in desperate need of my work truck being towed to the shop as I would lose money each day that it sat in my driveway and he was out within the hour to pick it up. At 1:10 am I called Fletcher s for a tow truck after I d waited 7 hours for AAA. Luckily I wasn t waiting with the vehicle all that time. AAA told me to just call someone and send in receipts. That s all they are good for. Certainly not service! FLETCHER S Towing came within 20 minutes or less and had it at my house all within an hour. Great service. Communication was excellent and much appreciated. Honest and reasonable price. Thanks, Sean!

My BMW 330e sprung a fairly major coolant leak while I was in town visiting for a buddy's wedding. The car, now in operable, not only needed fixed but also had to be towed. A call to my roadside service with USAA for towing became a waste in time/effort. Despite rather dependable roadside services in the past with USAA, they (the insurance company) informed me that they had no "contracted" services with towing in my area. Other phone calls locally in the Orange Beach, Al revealed there to be a mild racket in charges/services with the variety of towing services offered in the area. Even my insurance company was quoting me towing charges of at least $700. Fortunately for me, Fairfield Imports (Pensacola, Fl) had agreed to get my BMW in and get if fixed and they were the ones who recommended Fletcher's Towing. They came from Pensacola, Florida to Orange Beach, AL - called me enough time so that I could be at the vehicle when I needed. The driver was great and seemed skilled/knowledgeable loading my BMW (which can sometimes get tricky loading). The price for towing was quite reasonable. They only charged $225 and I happily gave a %15 tip to the driver. My car was delivered and the driver even sent me a pick of my vehicle safely delivered to the auto shop. I very much appreciate their towing services. They did not take advantage of me being out of state and they were more then reasonable in their prices compared to more sketchy towing companies in the Floribama area.Service: Car towing

Words can not describe my gratitude to my driver. His name was Sean the job would have been impossible for anyone else. Let me explain the situation I flew to florida from Michigan to buy a wrecked scat pack and had rented a U haul truck and trailer due to it being wrecked the rack and pinion was broken meaning u can t steer the car. Sean was able to get the car from the driveway to the road using car dollys once that was done he got the car onto the flatbed he he slowly backed up to my u haul trailer and let it slowly down onto the trailer while making the safety of my car and the trailer his top priority. NOT ONCE DID THE CAR SCRAPE. He ran into issue after issue and continued to persevere and he was able to get the car on the trailer safely with out any damage. No one else could have done the job. Before he came I truly thought there was no way to get the car back to Michigan but Sean saved the day. He also helped me strap the car down on my trailer. His expertise are out of this world and went above and beyond for me. I added a photo and if u look at the front tires they are bent in making it extremely hard to back onto a trailer. This company will give you a price upfront and after the job done they will double the price if u don t pay theme they will seize your truck ,if you talk to manager he will be rude curse and disrespectful cuz it s not he s company don t believe me try theme .

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and Wonderful are just a few things I would say about the service that I received from Sean Pain at Fletcher's Towing. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable about my "challenging situation". Fletchers towing and Sean will be the first call for my towing needs.

Probably the most painless and quickest experience we've ever had using a towing service. We had our car die and of all the companies we called Fletcher's was the only one able to accommodate us when no one else had any trucks available. Our experience from start to finish was approx 45 minutes. Our tech was polite and made sure he called us prior to and at his arrival to our car. Will definitely use again. I never review btw so that says something.Service: Car towing

Fletcher s is fast, friendly and fairly priced. I had contacted a few others and was quoted outrageous prices and long wait times. I called Fletcher s and they were here in 30 minutes with the best price. This will be our go to company for my family!

The driver Sean Pain was awesome. Dispatch was great. A little pricey but it was after hours so I kinda expected it. Definitely will use them again if needed in the future!

Called 3 towing companies and they were the only ones to actually pick up the phone. The woman on the phone was very nice and they had a truck out to me in just about an hour. My driver (wish I had grabbed his name...) was also very friendly and easy to talk to, and did a wonderful job getting my car into a cramped parking spot during a huge rainstorm. Nothing but praise for these people, I'm home and dry because of them!! 10/10!!!

Have AAA and called them for a tow at 930 pm. Received two calls that a truck was on the way and at 130 am the truck had not arrived. Called Fletchers and they got to my truck in 20 minutes. The driver was top notch and very helpful!
