I took my wife's car in for an oil change. We've been getting our vehicle oil changes there for years. Luckily, this day was a slow Monday, and Fishers finished the oil change, tire rotation and fluids check in short order. Having a Fishers discount coupon was an added bonus. These folks are nice, respectful and, I witnessed in real time, patient, with an English- challenged customer while I waited. I highly recommend this business.

Courteous, polite, and professional service. They stand behind their work. I appreciated the great communication skills from Kim the manager. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

I was lied to in a truly unbelievable way here, in what appeared to be absolute incompetence or a really incompetent attempt at fraud. I brought in a car with a fuel delivery problem and was told the next morning that the problem was a dead battery, and that I would need a new one -- and that the mechanic would then next "get in there and look around" to find any other problems. This made no sense as the battery was simply not dead. It had a full charge, was nearly brand new, was a high quality Interstate battery, and was not part of the problem I was having with the car in any way. I went back there immediately, started the car on the first turn of the key (without charging or changing the battery) and took it to a mechanic who would not lie to me.

What I like about this place is their prices are competitive with other places that will fix your car. I didn't give them give stars just because they don't automatically earn that I should give it to them. I base on the fairness of the service and the quality of work. If I don't have any complaint within 6 months to a year then I will highly recommend their workmanship and integrity of their mechanic not the front desk. But I am satisfied of the work I've gotten from them.

They plugged a flat tire for me, took off the spare and put everything back in place. Cost me 10 bucks. A good spot if you're having tire trouble.

Fast and friendly service.I came in for a minor repair for my hood latch and wasn't even there for 45 min. Of course I got there early but still. They aren't just a tire place as they mentioned they can do a myriad of work. That's a bonus! I'll definitely keep this in mind next time I need something done. They went above and beyond what I expected plus the price was way cheaper than I assumed. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant to speak with as well.

Don't risk using this place. Maybe fine if nothing goes wrong, but if it does... I took my vehicle in for an alignment. They broke the font adjustment sleeve! Took it in for a $69.00 alignment and they wanted $500.00 to fix what they broke! When it first happened their alignment guyu stated it did not want to loosen up, so he put his "Break it loose" cheater bar on the tool he was using and it "Broke it loose" - emphasis on BROKE. Later they claimed it came in that way and was all "wallowed out" and that was why it had to be replaced - nope - I had it in a different shop a week or so earlier and we had rotated the tires, changed the fluids etc. It was recommended I get it aligned then - that shop did not have the equipment to do alignments. It wasn't broke then. Took it back to the other shop and they changed the part out, but it was not wallowed out. Couldn't tell for sure how stuck it may have been - since they part was broken, but did discover it was a reverse thread - have to wonder.... Either way they broke it and expected their customer to pay for their error. I can't believe anyone does business that way. If they were having issues getting the part loose why not just come to me - I was on site, and explain there was a problem and there was a risk of damaging the vehicle if they proceeded? If I had agreed on the risk - OK - that's on me. I firmly believe their alignment guy tried to turn it the wrong way, couldn't get it to "loosen" and then tried to force it until it broke. Even I know if something doesn't want to move, you should investigate further before just applying more force. That's what breaks things. Also, FY, I don't know if they can, but this was not a computer alignment. It was completely old school -which in all honesty would have been ok with me had it been successful, but now my $69.00 ($74/75 TTT) has turned into several hundred and I still have to take it somewhere and get it aligned - but not here again - ever! Buyer Beware - they take no responsibility for their mistakes and some dishonesty is not out of the question.I'm not sure how to reply to replies TWO YEARS LATER - but here goes. Lies, lies, lies. The "technician", I later found out had shortly before that been a tire guy. No problem, we all start somewhere, but at the end of the day, he failed to recognize or get advice that would have allowed him to discover that the nut he was trying to turn was a reverse thread. Also, he should have been taught that simply applying more force is not always the answer, in fact, more times than not, it is NOT the answer. Finally, NO "recommendations" were ever given. No one came to me and stated they were having difficulty, or that it was rusted past the point of repair. It was simply an error on the part of their employee that they failed to take responsibility for and then tried to get me to pay - full price no less for its repair. Their cost for the parts would have been a couple hundred dollars - that's how much they think of their customers. I know because I know a shop owner who got me the parts and assisted me with the repair. They don't do alignments, which is why I didn't take it there in the first place. As for "We've been in business thirty years!" I've been in business for nearly that long, and things change as employees change. I went there because they were recommended (by that shop owner no less) who indicated he felt they could be trusted to do a good alignment. But just because a company USED TO BE good, doesn't mean it stays that way and it takes a long time for a business that has been established for decades to decline to the point of failure, but just like with your car, if you don't maintain it regularly and it will eventually fail and most likely fail prematurely. My issue was never that a mistake was made. Those things happen. It was the failure to take responsibility and then trying to pass it off to someone else. The lack of truth and transparency or at least their implication I was made aware of a potential problem and chose to proceed is also unacceptable.Service: Wheel alignment

I have gone to this place since the late 1990 s. It started going downhill less than a decade ago. I used to exclusively go to Fishers. I cannot recommend anyone going there now nor shall I ever endanger my vehicle and finances with their guesswork. I ve had to troubleshoot my own problems and go back to repair what their master mechanics overlooked. YouTube has done more for me lately than Fishers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have taken cars there for years and left a splash pan unscrewed on one of our cars and took by to have put back on and could not give us an estimated time this would take and were not in the least bit apologetic even. This has not happened in over 30 years of oil changes on lots of cars so it is clearly just carelessness and poor customer service as well how we were treated.Service: Oil change

This is ont somewhere that would take a goft cart to. Took my car into have the power steering unit replaced. They came up with all kinds of other problem. Bill started out at 1300 ended up at 1695 and now the car will not run. I drove it in with the problem. Do not use these people unless you are willing to spend a lot of money and get a shiny job.

Lack of front knowledge from front desk is amazingly comedic they dont know whats going on! ...If you like being yelled at by a lil vape puffin guy behind the counter this is the place for you ....will tell you a check engine light that they caused to error is ok and send ya home!!! Find a better place unless you want a tire pumped up .

Y'all! This place is the best. I came in this morning needing some new tires and alignment, and after they got done, my car drives Soooo smoothly now. The lady at the front desk is very helpful and kind, and the mechanics are very nice too :) I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on anything which I appreciated. I am really thankful for their services today, and I will be back! Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

This is an honest shop. I brought my car in for a coolant leak and found out it was a blown head gasket. They held my car for a few weeks but weren't able to fix it. So, why the 5 stars? Factory rated head studs for my car are discontinued, but during those weeks they bent over backwards searching for the parts. They could have thrown in cheaper, low quality aftermarket parts, gotten the money ($2200 in labor alone) and went on their way. But Dallas and Kim were straight up with me, and didn't want to do such a big job without doing it the right way with the right parts. Sure, my head gasket is still blown, and that's a tough break for me. But the honesty and integrity they showed created a return customer. This is a good honest shop, and offer great rates (I've had other work done with them before). For any job I can't do myself, I'll go to them again. I reiterate, honest shop.Service: Engine repair

I just had the rear end O2 sensor replaced on my Mitsubishi Outlander, which is a little too tricky for me to do at home, going from the car s interior through to the catalytic converter. I was a walk-in, and they had it done in 40 min for a great price. I ve never had such a smooth and painless, economical repair done ever!Services: General repairs & maintenance, ElectricalServices: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

This is an honest dealer. I had my tires replaced and an oil changed here before a 1400 mile road trip in November 2021. They were great in every way and informed me that the previous location that changed my oil left my drain plug only hand tight. I'm not going to defame that location but appreciate them telling me about it. They didn't have to but chose to be honest. Thanks again, I'll see you all again soon for an oil change.Service: Tires

My Honda is currently at another shop under the warranty program fixing over $700 of work(tie rods, alignment, front wheel bearing) from Fisher's. Buyer beware, work quality has gone way down from years ago. Drove over 5 hrs with a loose axle nut and the shop manager admitted to having trouble with the installation of the bearing upon picking up the vehicle. The right tools and good techs are necessary for a reliable shop, and Fisher's has neither.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I love the people that work here! Being a single woman can be problomatic at times regarding automotive repairs. I am continuously over spending on unnecessary diagnostics, parts, etc. when I come to Fisher Tire I am treated like a consumer and not like a woman in a man s world if you know what I mean. I have stopped here several times thinking something didn t sound right or a light coming on and they fit me in that moment and have charged me to look at what I thought was an issue. They are informative, friendly and helpful.
