My front differential and driver's shaft was replaced with new parts but had issues. However, the management emmediately resolved the issue and at no cost to me. They care about their customers and have proven that to me.

First class auto is the top gun, spoke with Diego about an issue I was having with my 2016 ford explorer XLT with an antifreeze leak and he checked it out right away found out it was the water pump. He gave me a quote and order parts asap and started working so I could have my car back on time for me to get on the road for a planned trip. I would call these guys ( Flash ) they work fast, and very professional 100% great. Thanks guys

Brought in my own alternator to install. They had it done quickly, cleanly, and for 1/2 the price of the shop right up the street.Fantastic job.

THIS IS THE BEST CAR REPAIR SHOP IN PENSACOLA! They replaced my ball joints and upper control arms on my Toyota. Staff was extremely polite and after checking prices at other shops they were by far the best price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Thanks guys!

BEST mechanic shop in Pensacola. The team there is really knowledgeable and honest. They actually take customers into the shop and show you the problem. 100% transparent. This will be my shop from now on! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!

I initially experienced poor communication with this auto shop including promises to call back with no follow up, conducting repairs without telling me the cost in advance, and days after the repair the problem reappeared, revealing that it was dangerous for me to continue driving the car after leaving the shop.However I want to note that afterwards Ron on the management team called to discuss these issues, to apologize, and offered me a partial refund.I believe that the shop has positive intentions, and I suspect that my experience did not reflect the shop s standard quality of service.

Best auto repair shop in all Pensacola area. Affordable Prices and warranty in everything. Been doing my car repairs for 2 years now. Just ask for Diego on counter and he's take care of your issues

I was travelling thru Pensacola and had a problem with my front bumper. It was to the point I could not continue without a repair. I stopped by a couple other shops which told me it would be over an hour wait. I proceeded down Davis Ave and stopped at First Class. They pulled my car right in and had the repair done within 10 min. OMG besides the immediate response they would NOT take any money from me. They are a Solid, Honest group with strong Ethics. If you have any issues you should look no further. Thank you Guys

Wonderful service! They have earned all of my future car repair needs. Diego is very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced a motor and radiator in my Acura. The best part of they continue to service the motor in order to ensure it was working properly

Quick! I came in to get my door handle installed (I ordered the part and brought it in) on a 2007 Hyundai! I was surprised it was $163 considering he got it done in about 30 minutes. The guy up front made it seem like I was getting a deal by not charging me for 1.5 hours he said ! Quick and easy but $135 for labor plus $10 tax and somehow coming out to 163$ is crazy to me! Convenient but expensive!

I heard a noise under my car that sounded like I had a dead animal or something stuck. I pulled in off Davis explained my situation and the guys had my car on a lift in mins. Found the problem and fixed it quick. Also NO CHARGE AT ALL!! These guys came to my rescue when I needed it!! They now will get ALL MY BUSINESS

These guys did a great job for me. They did my brakes front and back for a very good price and some of the parts I brought to them weren t correct (which was my mistake) but as I was in a bind they actually went to the auto parts store for me to swap out for the correct ones; again great customer service, great work!

I drove a car there for a pre-purchase inspection and they were prompt professional and pointed out a few items that needed to be corrected and gave me a receipt for the estimated repairs which I used in the final negotiations with the owner of the car. Ask for steve. He is the owner. He is very knowledgeable. And a great guy.

Fantastic experience with Diego and his guys. Called Wednesday to ask about a quote and turnaround time for replacing the CV axles on my 4Runner. Gave me the best price around BY FAR and told me to bring it to him the next day. Brought it in at 8, Had it done for me by 3. I even asked if they could throw a couple quarts of transmission fluid in and I d pay that cost as well but he hooked it up with the 100% discount on that. Long story short, this is my shop from here on out.

Came in at 8:00 a.m. doors didn't open until 8:15, I was their first customer and I asked if I could get my check engine light and trac off light diagnosed. Front desk said yes, I gave him my key and sat down in the waiting room. I proceeded to wait for an hour before noting to the front desk rep that it had been an hour and my car had yet to be brought into the shop. They promptly brought it back and diagnosed it at 9:38. Then charged me 116 for the service.I understand if you prioritize overnight or long term jobs more than me, so If you can't fit me in, just be up front about it. Additionally, I should've inquired about the price for sticking the scanner in my car and getting diagnoses codes but I find it dishonest when the invoice bills me for an hour of labor for what took maybe 10 minutes to do.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place has good mechanics they installed a new engine on my Honda pilot at a reasonable rate ,It s been 6 months no issues . I will be taking them more cars in the near future. Diego is a friendly manager with a can do attitude.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Incompetent mechanics. My son had his truck brought here for engine repair. If they could mess it up, they did. Empty promises. I wouldn't advise getting my tire pressure checked here.

This is absolutely the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. The customer service I received was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They take the time to take you into the shop and show you what exactly is wrong with your car. The most honest mechanic shop I have ever been to. I highly recommend this shop!!
