We broke down yesterday and luckily was able to make it to this Firestone location. They immediately checked out our vehicle and gave us a great price. Tommy was very helpful. We called other mechanics in the area and no one was able to beat their price, and they also offered a 15% off deal with a Firestone card. Great people, I hope we don't break down again but if we do we know where we are going!

Do not go to this tire store. I took a trailer tire up there to get a valve stem installed. It appeared to be the manager of sorts, thin African American male. He looked, and carried himself like he had just woke up, with zero personality. He looked at the tire like he was trying to think of a reason that he could not fix it. I was not looking for a free job, and was totally intending to pay, and didn't even ask for a quote, I just needed the trailer tire fixed as my trailer was on a jack waiting for me to install the repaired tire.The shop was not busy at all. He just said in a very lackadaisical way he could not fix it, and it was not fixable to replace the valve stem, and did not offer any other alternatives. I wasnt born yesterday and I knew it clearly could have the valve stem replaced, and in under 15 minutes, since I had already pulled the wheel and tire off of the trailer myself. Needless to say I was very disgruntled. I threw it back in the truck and took it to Tire Kingdom on Brent Lane,,,wow, what a difference. The lady was busy helping other customers, but paused and with a smile asked how she help me. I told her I needed a valve stem put in a trailer tire. A technician was in the show room and she asked him to take care of it for me, and went back to her original customer. The tech, had it replaced in a matter of minutes. I went back to the lady to pay for the repair, and again with a very nice smile said, there is not a charge for it.So don't do like me, and save yourself the trouble and just go to Tire Kingdom on Brent Lane first and you wont need to get disrespected, lied to, and sent down the road like my experience was at this Firestone tire store on Pace Blvd.

I made appointment for an oil change online. That same day they called back to inform me the time slot was unavailable, so I rescheduled through their site. When I showed up for my appointment they said that service couldn t be done on my vehicle until the following day. Waste of my time. Won t be back.

Truly above and beyond customer service. Jason the store manager was very knowledgeable. We brought in a rental car and needed a new tire. He was determined to work with the rental car company in an efficient manner. Even though the rental car company was hard to deal with, he never once lost track of what he was trying to accomplish.I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anybody or anyone looking to get work done on their car. Every one of their staff has a welcoming smile and willing to help and/or explain anything you need a better understanding on.Thank you!

Scheduling an appointment online at Firestone.com doesn t actually do anything and the store itself still has to verify an appointment. This particular store claims to not do appointments but still accepts them online.I called the store itself after trying to schedule an appointment online and had the store manager Jason Hange call me back telling me that they couldn t do the time I selected and said they only did drop offs.I then asked when I could get a appointment time and he scheduled me for noon on Saturday.I show up at noon and the very nice front desk worker says they don t do appointments and I m not in the system.The manager then argues with me about both my online appointment and what he said on the phone, claiming he doesn t have enough people to do appointments. He was rude as a manager I assumed he would work with me since canceling my first appointment .I cannot recommend this particular Firestone with this this type of management, I can only speculate as to the quality of the work done under his thumb.The parking lot up front is tiny and can only hold a few cars, might have to park in the rear of the building, as they have blocked or other possible parking locations.

I never used Firestone ever and I was extremely disappointed with my first time experience. I scheduled an appointment online and never got a confirmation. The email said that if there is an issue with the appointment time we will contact you. I was never contacted so I assumed the appointment was valid. That was not the case when I arrived . They said my appointment was never confirmed because I didn t get a call. Also they where not able to work on my vehicle because it possibly has an electrical issue, even though their website says that they do electrical system diagnostics. Sounds like false advertising to me. The bayou Blvd location also doesn t do electrical system work so don t bother with them if that is your issue. Don t waste your time or money!

The Firestone on Pace Blvd is the best. I live closer to at least 3 other Firestone locations, but still I drive to the one on Pace Blvd. Jason, the manager, is helpful and trustworthy. He always does a great job.

Went there on Friday May 1st, to get 2 flat tires looked at. One was repairable, the other needed to be replaced. They originally quoted me $900 (roughly) for 2 tires all said and done. After hearing that price, I decided to have them fix the one that could be repaired and I'd limp the 5 minutes home on the spare. As they went to take the tire off the rim, the machine punctured the sidewall. The (I assume) Manager at the time, called me over and quoted me $700 for 2 new tires after waiving service charges. Never once offered to replace the tire their machine broke. Angry, I told them I would be back after I calmed down and called my friend to come get me. In that time and after another phone call, Said manager told me they would replace the tire. I am writing this review because I am appalled that the manager's first reaction to them destroying my tire was not to offer a replacement but instead to try to make me pay full price for 2 tires.

I scheduled an appointment online for tires and minor maintenance. The appointment was never denied nor confirmed. Calling the morning of the scheduled appointment I m told that they are closed and that the inexperience of the crew doesn t know how to update online scheduling or correct business hours. If a simple task is over looked would the maintenance also be overlooked for quality and detail? It s seems now that it s a trend for Firestone to continually mess up scheduling based on other reviews. I ll bring my business elsewhere.

absolute waste of time and money. I took my minivan in for tires. I did not ask them for any specific tire, just purchased the ones that the guy at the counter recommended, and they had in stock.the tires had a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty(which is useless anyway, but thats another story). after about 20,000 miles (approximately 2 years) one of the tires developed a bubble where the tread is separating from the casing.I took the van back in to the same store, and was told I should have bought better tires, these were cheap tires for small passenger cars and not rated for the weight of my van.So this company sold and installed tires that are unsafe for the vehicle(their words not mine) and then they act like it was my fault.They even said it wouldnt be covered because I declined the road hazzard warranty.This is complete BS, because the road hazzard warranty wouldnt cover a tire defect anyway.also got an alignment when the tires were installed. The steering wheel was not centered when the alignment was completed. I probably could have taken it back in and had them fix it, but I already had to take time off to get it done the first time. I really didnt want to have to do it again.better to just avoid this place and save the hassle.good service is hard to find. My advice would be to stick with major companies like sams and costco, where the customer service and warranty is better.

The people working there were very helpful, I was driving through to Texas and they were able to help me fix my problem as well as get me back on the road relatively quickly. Jason was very nice as well as the other employees working there. Honestly I am kind of surprised at what these other commenters are saying. They treated me right, price was fair and was able to get back on the road in a timely fashion.

They did fast work, but when I came to pick up my car there was a sign on the door that said, we close at 4pm today due to staffing issues; the problem was it was 2pm and they were closed. No one bothered to call us to say hey we are closing early today, so do you want to come get your car early. Poor customer service. I will be going to their other location on Davis Hwy from now on where I have never had any issues.

Scheduled an appointment online 7 days prior, I arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time, only to be told sorry we cant help you today due to being shorthanded, when i asked why did they not call me prior to the appointment to let me know this, I was simply told we don't do that! Terrible customer service and attitude, I will never use Firestone again due to this experience

When first went there it was for a diagnostic because the engine light came on. It was running like it was supposed.. now it takes me 4 blocks before I get up to 40 mph. I'm afraid to pull into traffic now. I have to wait until it's clear of traffic

First time here. Got in my car to pick up and maintenance light not reset and my old sticker still in window. I got out to check to make sure they even changed the oil and they did but was almost a quart low. Pretty bad service won t go back.

This is a great place to go. The staff are very professional, courteous. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was extremely knowledgeable. No one here tried to sell me anything I didn't need. In fact I asked him about my front tires and they said they were in good shape no need to buy anymore. My back tires were dry rotted. I had no idea they were dry rotted. I had some serious safety issues with my vehicle that were pointed out to me. Thank you. This will be the only place in Pensacola that works on my vehicle from now on

I looked online for a budget friendly tire and i found it at firestone and the site said it was in store, but They didn't have the tires I was looking for. They did have a set that costed 300 more than I had to spend. Had to turn it down. The staff was very polite in crushing my dreams though. Next time I will call before I go up there to save a trip full of shattered dreams and disappointment.

Honestly, I loved this place the first couple of times I took my car for alignments. Took my SUV for an alignment after replacing much of my front end suspension, and was pretty disappointed at the quality of service. The alignment was GREAT. Being that I work on my own vehicles, and have for quite some time now, for self assurance, I wanted to re-check my suspension upgrades to ensure they were properly torqued, and I noticed that BOTH my dust boot covers on my rack and pinion were torn. None of the employees told me this when I left the shop after the alignment. When I brought it to the shop, they were not torn. I m not blaming anyone, but if I didn t catch it early on, it would ve cost me an entirely new rack and pinion down the road. The manager proceeded to tell me that nothing could be done and states that I tore them. I then asked, why they didn t tell me that my covers were torn, and he stated that since they don t even touch it, they will not even VISUALLY inspect it for integrity. Mind you, the outer tie rod(adjusted for a proper alignment) is directly attached to this dust boot cover. I asked for the regional manager, left a message, and still have not received any response back. 1/5 rating, will not come back.

Jason was extremely helpful, and customer service oriented! And the other gentleman at the front desk was just as incredible - he made sure we were getting all the proper discounts, and talked us through our invoice! I usually hate having to take my car to the mechanic shop, but this Firestone made it a GREAT experience, and I'd highly recommend them any day!

The manager is very caring of his employees I was very impressed. I went in between classes which I now know not to do. Firestone takes great care in how they take care of your car so they will do a full courtesy check. Which is very nice. They have big Windows so you could see what is being done. The young man who worked on my car did an excellent job and took his time making sure everything was perfect and explained it to me after. These guys are honest! So if you want to get your car done you are at a good place! However don't do it in between classes or on a lunch break because it does take longer. I didn't realize that they do a courtesy check for air pressure. I wish I had known. Set an appointment and go when you have nothing else to do.

I bought a 97 van.When I first brought it in in needed the routine things. I've been back 3 times since then and practically have a new van. Thank you so much to the Mellisa, manager Mike, the technician also named Mike, and the store manager Jason. The customer service is amazing. I'm so blown away. The store is spotless. You really get what you pay for here. They are very honest and awesome people. The mechanics and techs explain everything to you step by step and let you know if it's a serious problem or not. This is definitely a great place that won't ry to rip you off. Will continue to go here.

This shop tried to bend me over hard with a quote for $1,200 worth of unnecessary repairs. Went in for a vehicle inspection and brake check. They told me I needed all new brake pads and rotors. And that I needed a new Sway bar and links. I just had my sway bar and links replaced LAST YEAR. And only needed my rear end brake pads replaced. I wouldn't venture to say that they do all horrible work, but my personal experience was closer to zero star quality. Conclusion is; either don't come to this location at all, or please get a second opinion before dropping big bucks here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! JASON the front desk clerk is a SCAM ARTIST! He wanted to charge me $630 dollars for a window regulator. The part costs $42 dollars. They said they needed 4.5 hours to put the part on. I called others shops and they told me it would only take 30mins to install. Got the job done elsewhere for under $200. That s part and labor. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!

On 08/06 I arrived to have two front tires installed. Short wait to have vehicle pulled in. Twenty minutes later the manager came out to tell me that the tires ordered the date was old and could not legally be installed. The manager assured me that he would have replacements later that day and would call me. After putting old tires on I got in the vehicle and noticed the tire pressure warning light was on. Drove around back and a tech checked tire pressure. Light didn't go off. Never got a call. Had to call myself to check if tires were in. Returned around 4pm. Waited for 30 minutes and vehicle was pulled into a bay. Tires were mounted and alignment was done. When ready the manager told me they could not get the pressure light to go off. He suggested that after driving the light would off, and if it didn't go to Nissan to have computer flashed???? Light did not go off after over 100 miles of driving. Went to Nissan, the next day. They'll checked computer and tire pressure pressure sensor. Left front sensor faculty. May have been damaged by Firestone when removal and mounting of tire on left side was done. Estimated repair ($300.00). Returned to Firestone a short time later. Manager was not available. His assistant had tire pulled and checked sensor. Warning light is still on. Told me nothing could be done . The warning light still on. Have not received a call from the manager with a solution to issue. I have a feeling to that the tires mounted were the ones that were out of date. Vehicle rides ruff , and lots of road noises. Expected better service and assistance with the tire pressure warning issue. The assistant manager even advised not returning to Nissan. To me this is a safety issue and a feel Firestone should have addressed the matter.
