When calling to ask about a warranty the lady laughed and said oh why you worried for so little (price of car 7,900). I m sorry but even for 7,900 I should get a RELIABLE vehicle. Test drove the 13 dodge caravan and the engine was slipping, started to get hot. Not to mention we had to get jumped off prior to testing it out. Also the reservoir cap was missing. Sounds like a recipe for a disaster. Not to mention everything under the hood was taped up just about. I was weary about the few bad reviews I saw prior to going, but decided to try it out. Unlike the previous reviews, I came with pictures. Please stay away and don t waste your time like my husband and I did today.

I'm so sorry it has taken me this long to write this. I bought two cars from FILs auto. The first one was back in around2013 or so and the second was in around Oct of 2023. Both times I had a wonderful experience. The first time I always said if I needed another car I would most definitely go back to FILS. They are one of the most kindest , honest down to earth car dealers I've ever did do business with. I'm a single 66 year old woman on social security and both times I felt safe and taken care of. So if you are looking for a decent car and a place where you will be treated with respect and honesty go by there and check it out. God bless you all.

In January of this year, my parents and I went to look for two used cars. Fil's Group attracted our eye with the good pricing of their cars. The people there were very nice and polite, they helped us look at them and explained any questions we had.The lady whom helped us was patient and kind. She let us test drive any car we were interested in and encouraged us to take our time looking. I fortunately found a car I liked that was in great condition! When we went over the paper work and history of the car I had chosen, she let and even encouraged us to recheck the cars condition and again inspect it when I had shown discomfort toward the car history (it wasn't a big deal, I wanted to make sure there was no underlying issues). I really appreciate her honestly and understanding! She didn't mind waiting for us at all. I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy anything.I've been driving my car for a few months now and I haven't had any major issues with it! I had a very good experience with Fil's Group! I have recommended this place to a few people I know already and I would recommend it to you too! While their selection is a bit small, it has good cars for a good price! And before you head home, make sure to check the gas! I was almost empty at the beginning of the ride home. :)Thank you Fil's Group, I am very happy with my first car!

Bought a car for my wife that she fell in love with. They took care of the couple of things that needed fixed before we left. We came from mobile to look at one certain car after looking at the same model car in our area. Was very pleased that buying from them save us a $400. Well worth the drive. The owner and his wife and mechanic was so nice to do business with. Thanks

The staff are liars. I visited the dealership and one of the staff tried lying on the big credit union not knowing that I worked there. Then she tried to retract her lie.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Fils group. I'm a first time buyer and they were able to finance me and I got exactly what I wanted!!! Unlike other dealerships that try to pawn their junk off on first time buyers, Fils group got me in the car I wanted!!! Will definitely go back to see them if I ever want to buy another car!! LOVE this place and the girls inside are so sweet and amazing!! Thank yall so very much!!!

Don't believe the good reviews, it's not true! This company is fraudulent. They deceive the people who work for them. They don't pay salaries, they don't pay taxes. They deceive their employees and deceive the state. Services are bad, cheap. After their services, you have to re-repair the car. They don't give guarantees, it's clear why: they try to buy very cheaply and sell more expensive.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! They sale super old cars only and u never can reappear your car!!!! They never give ur money back and will ignoring you after!! Be careful!!!

Great service! We buy our first car with Fils group, it was a Nissan Altima 2008, the car was excellent!! Never had any problems, then my husband use there service on repairing his truck, we really appreciate how fast and serious they get to the job, we are planing to buy our next vehicle and we definitely will use there service again! Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make this a very positive experience. Knowledgeable of the features on vehicles. Very nice and courteous. They even followed up with me a few weeks after my purchase to ensure I was happy with my vehicle. Keep it up!!

I just bought a car here two weeks ago. I was treated with such respect and like I was family. Never met people in car sales that showed such genuine kindness and humility. They were not your typical pushy sales people. I was looking at one car and I think one of the mechanics saw what I was looking at and must of heard what I needed and he drove another car from the back that had just came in a couple days ago . It was perfect for my family and myself. They also sold it for less than what they were asking. Everyone that has seen it has told me what an awesome car I bought. I want to say thank you so much to Catalina for being so kind and good to me and I want to praise and thank my God when I prayed and asked Him where should I go to buy the car He had for me, He sent me to FILS. This is by far the best experience i have ever had buying a car. All the cars are nice and VERY reasonable priced.. You get a 30 day warranty that covers pretty much everything!! They are extremely family oriented with toys and candy all kinds of things. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It is family owned and Catalina and her husband are a blessing... They by far exceed any dealership ive ever been too. I will be a return customer!! You will not regret buying from FILS... If i could give 100 stars i would.

I want to say thank you a lots to Catalina and Sergey to the owners of this company. My husband and I took the Nissan Versa last November and the car still pleases us and drives well. I think they like to help other people and they do their work responsibly and well. If you need a good car at a good price, I recommend contacting this company. Also, you can get a loan there if you do not have the full amount.

Absolutely wonderful! Had a small glitch in the 1st vehicle we choose, but in the end we ended up with exactly what we wanted at an Excellent price! The staff and especially the manager was very accommodating and I would recommend everyone I know to go and see them!!

I have been there last week when I was looking for the new car. I have noticed they are providing individual service for each client. Detailed information about each car. Definitely I will go there, when I decide with the car.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! They sale lemon cars only and refuse to refund you even if the issue falls in the 60 day warranty time frame. The owner Catalina threatened me and told customers that I have not sense and I am out of my mind. She said Americans are out of control and ignorant. The day i purchased my car by tha evening the engine light cam on and brakes. I brought it back 3 times in 3 weeks and each time I sat at the office for over an hour. While I was in there others were bringing thei cars back as well for mechanical issues.
