First of all alot of people recommended me to this place .I went to them to get my mk7 tuned with apr ! And guess what , they are one of apr authorized dealers!The tune is on point it woke up the car , running smooth and perfect, i also went with apr coils and spark plugs to match the tune with correct gap , they also have a gap tool! So they know what they re doing with perfection as possible as they can get .Also if you going there Iook for someone named turki he will hook you up a very honest knowledgeable professional gentleman .Finely in my opinion this is the best place to get your car modified and tuned in Pensacola!

I stopped by this place a few months ago to have a coilover kit and a new set of wheels installed on my car (I purchased these myself separately). From the moment I walked in to make an inquiry, all the way to the installation and after, the staff has been very friendly and informative. Especially Luis, who I interacted with the most! They kept me updated through the whole process. I did end up paying for a required part that I didn't have but they made sure I was alright with the additional expenses first before ordering and installing it for me. I've been enjoying my drive experience with no issues ever since I picked it up from the garage! These guys do great work!

I spent a week up here from Fort Lauderdale. Got quite a bit done for my honda prelude. These guys are a very capable group of guys. With such a big shop they manage their business well and super professional. I was able to watch them interact with their customers with care and attention. Will definitely be coming back for a dyno tune in the future. Thankyou fast team!!!

I had a bearing go out on my boat trailer traveling from Texas to Tennessee. I took my trailer to FAST automotive to see if they could help. They were amazing to deal with and I feel went over and beyond to help get our trailer fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend this company 100 times over. If I were local, they would definitely be my go-to mechanic. These guys really came through for me in my time of need.

FAST Automotive immediately diagnosed an issue that the Nissan dealer and another automotive shop overlooked. This is the 2nd vehicle they've repaired for me over the years, and I never had any additional issues with those repairs. My instinct told me to take my vehicle to them for my most recent issue, and I'm glad I did. If I had acted any later, I would likely have had to replace a transmission rather than repair it. Great shop at a great price. I took my Kia Forte GT in for a basic oil change and to have a rear sway bar, and front tie bar installed. These guys did a great job for a really good price. Family-owned business. Met them a while ago through shared car interests and finally had a chance to take my 1997 Lexus to their shop. They are honest, to the point and extremely knowledgeable. Had my brakes done in the time they promised. Definitely call ahead to schedule an appointment as they are often busy with good reason! Probably the best auto shop in town. It s hard to find a mechanic that you want to come back to again and again. These guys surpassed my every expectation. Never will be going to the dealer again. These mechanics may know what they are doing but only come here if you re looking to spend an absurd amount of money. I came here to have a diagnostic and they literally charge you just to lay eyes on the engine it s insane to me and 80$ for an oil change.?! This felt like the biggest rip off! You have to look at the engine when you re changing oil so why charge me more just to say you looked at the engine. Diagnostic is a joke if they don t actually do anything to investigate the issue. This has been sitting with me for a few days and I regret going here, wish I just went to Walmart for a fair and cheap oil change. I hope you guys actually help more people in the future without ripping them off. Their communication was good.

Was in need of some exhaust work done on my ride and these guys squeezed me in on a Saturday at the last minute. They are very courteous and driven to make sure your happy. When I requested the flanges on the exhaust be turned to avoid clearance issues, they got me right back in to fix the problem. They work fast and do good work. They also said to come back in a week or so and they would check to make sure everything was still tight. I would definitely recommend these guys and will go back again.

I recently started sending my vehicles to FAST Automotive. They charged me quiet reasonably, i didn't even have to argue about discount. Repairs were completed on time and they even included warranty for all their work. Very pleased with their service.

I had a 2018 Infiniti Q50 that had a crank no start problem. A person recommended to me that FAST Automotive could fix the problem. I brought it to them and Luis, the front desk guy, said that they have a guy that has worked on many of these models. When I brought them the vehicle, my intent was for them to diagnose/troubleshoot and perhaps find a solution. It was not my intention to leave the car there for weeks at a time. And in that time, if they cannot find a solution then let me know immediately so I can plan my next move. After several weeks, they call me to tell me that they're working on it and haven't found anything yet. I ask Luis repeatedly to keep me inform as I need to have the car fix because it was my only transportation. After waiting around and not hearing from them, I called them instead. It was then that they inform me that they were "stumped" and could not find a solution. At one point, they were trying things that I recommended. So why am I paying them $110/hour when I am the one coming up with things to try. Shouldn't that be their job? In the end, they admitted they couldn't fix it so I came and got the car. When I picked the car up, they did not replace some of the items I asked them too. I paid for a new battery which they installed but didn't put back all the brackets that held the battery and they didn't put back the ECM like I asked. All in all, they just sat on the car. It was a complete waste of my time, money and not to mention frustration. Really piss pore customer service as far as communications. If I could give "0" stars I would. I would not recommend bringing your car to this shop. It is a rinky dink shop ran by some young guys in which I would questioned their capabilities. Very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least.Service: Electrical

Viet has the best auto shop I have ever been to. He's a very friendly guy, and really knowledgeable. His prices are fair and you can tell he's honest and actually cares about you and your car. He's always taken very good care of my car and gets the work done incredibly fast! He definitely has made loyal customers out of my wife an I!

Amazing work and customer service. The shop went above and beyond for my needs. As a single mom on a budget you're always afraid of being ripped off. But this is definitely not the case they didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of stuff I didn't need they got straight to the point and did what I asked they gave me an amazing deal on a new motor and put it in and my car runs great. I would highly recommend the shop for anybody that needs quality work done. I will never use anyone else!

They have been a pleasure to work with stuff far. Some places get really edgy with customers who have a hard time staying put in the waiting room. I was a bit anxious to get an update without getting in their way and ask a question from a distance to respect their workspace.I really appreciated not being brushed or given the cold shoulder about my questions. Also they seem to working at a good pace and not dragging things out, like some shop might do. Integrity and fairness in the Auto Shop world is not always easy to find.So Kudos and Thank You,I highly recommend these guys.

I first took my '03 Honda CRV to a different car shop (won't say name, rhymes with Beast Pill Automotive), and was quoted $750 to replace 1 rotor, 2 sets of brake pads, and 1 caliper. I thought that was outrageous.Called Fast, they let me bring in parts from autozone. Total for 2 brake pads, 2 rotors (other place was just gonna do 1) and 1 caliper for me was ~$475. Reasonable, quick, honest, what more could you ask for?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ended up taking my Jeep to Fast Automotive simply because it was over heating and they were the closest shop to me. They worked around my crazy work and school schedule and got me back in my vehicle as quick as possible. Pricing is extremely reasonable and I'll be recommending Fast to all of my friends and family as well as continuing to take my own vehicle here.

lewis and his crew are the best!!! They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it correctly. theyer mastertech Blanton super knowledgeable on toyotas , did a fantastic job on my 2003 mr2 spyder programmed my ecm , tcm , now runs like new. Thank you guys would recommend them for any import needs. Thanks for keeping me on the road . Reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and friendly service. The work was completed the same day I took the vehicle in. It's been several weeks and all is good. The company I work for also has the service and repairs done here for our work vehicles. No complaints!

Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable! Fixed my problem even the dealer couldn't figure out. To top it off my bill was very reasonable. Finally a place I can send my wife and daughter to without wondering if their going to be taken advantage of.

They charge $95 an hour... I spent over $100 just to get the air out of my two front brake lines. I chose to leave without fixing the issue because the quote was so high, whoever says they are affordable doesn't know squat about fair pricing. However, they are professionals and they do know what they are doing, if money isn't an issue for you, then you should visit this shop.

The guys at fast are good guys. You may not think that should matter with your mechanic but it DOES and I will explain. Car repair is not an exact science, each situation can be different and difficult to approach. How do you remedy this? By having a GENUINE interest and want to fix things. Some older mechanics have the knowledge and experience to have seen every situation before but just not that WANT to FIX. It is just a job to them. These guys are kinda young so they aren't going to have 100 years of experience but they are SMART and have a DRIVE to learn and fix. They are friendly too and not gruff like many weathered mechanics can become. Do I think they are the best in the world? no, not at this time. Do I think they have plenty of time and drive to become great mechanics, the kind people would drive across the country to see? Definitely. I feel like these people could be the next 'drunkmann' or 'top speed' just at the beginning stages. You just have to give them a chance. Whatever they can't fix at first if you bring it back they will try and try again. Prices are damn decent. Good people. They ALWAYS have a garage full of cool cars to look at. Import specialists but willing to check anything out. Give them a shot.I got a b20 swap in an old civic and my friend got a BEAMS swap into an old 1986 corolla. It took lots of time and a pretty good amount of money but they never gave up when snags came and I feel like I could call these guys anytime forever and they would help. Not 'just bring it in' I mean like they would actually take time and talk it out with me. Just good guys.

I'm a single mother and have been taken advantage of from several other mechanics for YEARS! Fast Automotive has been there through several brake downs and more than anything worked with my finances! Absolutely outstanding customer service. They really put their pride into the work they do and stand by it. Go see them for everything but if you want performance mods done as well... they are on POINT. They love doing that kind of work. Recommend %!

Super cool to deal with and seem to be very knowledgeable about the industry. I purchased parts from them and talked with Turki and Javier. As someone in the industry also.... The guys did a great job of installing my APR stage 1 tune while explaining the before and after dyno process. Will be going back soon for stage 2 and a TCU tune, as well as lowering springs on my mk7 GTI.
