I paid far more than I ever have for an oil change. I did not mind. The techs are all nice and it goes quickly.But this time, when I went to my usual mechanic, he was horrified at how much build-up there was on my battery terminals, and the fact that they were now corroded. Obviously, the techs did nothing, include check my battery, which was also dangerously low on water. The invoice said "safe level" which is was not, once I opened up the hood and looked.My power steering fluid was almost empty, and they wrote "N/A" on my checklist. Not sure why?This oil change and check was for a long trip I took. I am extremely disappointed that important things were missed and they basically lied on the invoice. They had my car at least twice this year, and obviously never checked what they said they did.If you insist on using this company, make sure you check their work when you get home. Better yet, find another place for less money.Service: Oil change

I have been using Express Oil Change for about a year now. Wish I would have known about them a lot longer! Their team is awesome and will do the best job they can every time doing their best to save you as much time and money as possible!Nate is one of the guys I regularly see there and he is always professional and easy to work with no matter what you need to get done!

The manager, Mike, and the staff are always extremely helpful & always looking out for customer.A couple of years ago we took our car to Express Oil for check due to occasional noise on front passenger side. They said it was probably a strut. Since car was still under warranty we took it to dealer at that time & they did not find anything. The dealer did note the visit & reason on our account.Fast forward to a couple of months ago & noise was more often. We took car back to Express Oil, they checked it out & said it was the strut. Told us we could check to see if still under warranty, so we went to dealer again. Strut had to be replaced. Since Express Oil had performed correct diagnostics both two years ago and recently & directed us to check with dealer on warranty coverage, they saved us hundreds of dollars on the repair. The warranty had expired, but due to having note of previous visit to dealer when car was still under manufacture s warranty, dealer only charged fraction of what we would have had to pay for this repair.We have been going to this Express Oil shop for many years. We will continue to do so due to services provided by Mike & the great staff. It is so comforting to know you have a company that does great work while putting the customer first and not one that is just out to gouge the customer.

Jason and Silas were very helpful and informative. They even let me know that I would need a new battery soon, I chose to replace it there, and less than 10 minutes later we were on our way. I will definitely return for all my car needs. Thank you very much guys. Corey Thomas

Nate and Terri are both so helpful. I've used this location for oil changes many times...always great service. Took my car in for a tuneup today. They called with a quote before proceeding. They did the services I wanted and gave me an estimate for the services I passed on. These guys are very helpful and have a great attitude.

Awesome friendly and professional service at this location. My wife and I drive past other express oil stores to come to this one across town from our home because of the professional service and attention to detail because of the manager , Mike and technician Nathan. Express Oil Change is our family's favorite place for all types of vehicle maintenance. The staff is friendly and makes you feel valued. Mike takes his time to listen to your concerns and is knowledgeable when offering solutions and advice.A few months ago I was having trouble with my car battery and my car was slow to start. I recently had to have my battery jump-started so I took my car to Express Oil Change not knowing if they could change my battery. Much to my surprise and excitement Jason tested my battery confirmed it was bad, and got me a new one in under 15 minutes! Wow! I have replaced my battery before but my new vehicle had too many wires, and it was difficult to reach. I am so grateful for his quick, efficient, and excellent service! This store even recycled my old battery for just $1. In the past, an exchange was needed and walking in and out of stores with batteries was a burden and time-consuming. This store made the process effortless and the cost of the new one was comparable to other battery stores. I will never go anywhere else for this service! Months later my car battery still works great! No issues.Today, I visited Express for my routine oil change. Josh was so kind and efficient at checking all my vehicle's fluid levels and changing my oil. Josh even put in a new headlight bulb that I knew was out but didn't get around to replacing. It was rainy and foggy today, so it was necessary to get the bulb replaced ASAP. I'm so thankful for Josh today!While I was getting my oil changed, I asked them about my cabin air filter, the cost, and how often it needed to be replaced. Jason was very knowledgeable and even offered to check it and it needed to be replaced! These cabin filters are usually very difficult to replace because they are behind the glove box with a couple of plastic panels to remove and with lots of screws. I don't think it was ever changed. See the scary dirty cabin filter picture>>> My family is already breathing a lot better now that there is a brand-new cabin filter! Thank you, Jason! Express Oil Change on Nine Mile Road is our family's favorite place and we are grateful for them and their continual excellent service. We give this store 5 stars and highly recommend you use them as well!

Mike, Nathan, and Silas got my oil change service done quickly. When I requested they check for a suspected leak, Mike took extra time to look for, find the problem, and advise me on its severity. I appreciate the honest approach and helpfulness.

I typically don t leave google reviews, but I m extremely happy with the service I received. My tire blew driving home from work and I had to leave it here overnight, and the next morning Terry took care of it quickly and with amazing customer service. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions completely & without judgement. Hands down the best experience I ve had with my car being worked on.

Just started coming here for service and the guys are very polite and helpful! One of the Managers, Josh, & technician Kalvin saved the day for me today! They noticed a part that was spitting oil and were able to order the part and get it repaired with a very reasonable quote within the couple hours I had before work. So awesome! Definitely recommend and will be back!

I went there for a low tire pressure and they managed to find the nail that kept causing my tire pressure light to go off, took 30 minutes to patch and fill it. I went to Firestone for the same problem and they managed to find everything else wrong with my car instead of the giant nail sticking out. And they charged me 300+ for the speed sensor and just to look at the tires and completely miss the nail it was 99 dollars. I m very happy I came here because Firestone were trying to charge me for a bunch of other things instead of actually looking at the giant nail. I love my guys at Express on 9 Mile in Pensacola. Being a single older woman, I trust them taking care of my car. Mike the manager is amazing. It's like having a business full of family. Very helpful topping off fluids, oil change not too pricey (middle of road) but was told 75$ to diagnose my car trouble so due to money being tight I have to take my car elsewhere. Overall a nice spot to have car looked at and oil check.

Depends on which one you go to, but they do try to upsale services. They charged a ridiculous amount to replace my air filter with some off brand, but one guy was honest with me when he realized that they put the wrong milage on my next oil change. If it synthetic it isn't every 3K miles.Updated 2024: so I came back for my correct oil change date, and they once again only put 3K miles until my next oil change, this time I asked, and the employee says it corporate policy to put 3K miles. So basically, they are saying it's corporate policy to lie to the customer about frequency of oil changes.Remember: Synthetic oil is not 3k miles it 6K-15k miles. Last time I will be coming here

I dropped my car off this morning at 8a and they called me with the diagnostic within 20mins. The gentleman told me what the issue was, and that the car would be ready around 11. It was done at 10a and I am so blessed for these guys. I took my car to 3 other places before them and kept telling me it was an $800 fix. I paid $94 for a fuel system cleaning and it drives like it s a brand new car. They test drove my car before giving it back, and they didn t even charge for the diagnostic, just for the service. I will only take my car to them from now on. They were so professional, and simply amazing. Thank you so much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called and asked if I could take them 3 vehicles out of the blue. I had the pleasure of speaking with a young man named Jaylyn. He accommodated me immediately. The entire crew from top to bottom offers exemplary service. they are a cohesive group of young men who truly take pride in what they do. So much so that I was leaving there was a vehicle having issues across the street, so they went to see what if anything they could do to help.
