Victor is the best! He gave me the best experience that I have ever had at this location. He needs a raise and a promotion. He saw that I was waiting in another line for quite some time and moved me to his bay to get me in and out. Keep up the good work Victor. My favorite Express mechanic !

The guys here are genuinely really sweet and very helpful, even to nonpaying customers. I went to a different oil change place nearby that caused severe damage to my car by not shutting the hood properly and the staff at express oil not only checked everything else to ensure they didn't to secure anything under the car but also spent 30 minutes securing my hood so it would be safer to drive around. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for high quality service!

I've been coming to this shop for years and highly recommend them! They do my routine oil changes/tire rotations regularly and have also done brake work on my car and have replaced my AC compressor and they have always done a great job with everything. They are very professional and friendly.

Stopped in today and was immediately moved into a bay to start the oil change. Sylvester was extremely sweet and confirmed pricing prior to starting the service. I also requested a tire rotation which was easily accommodated.

I've been coming to this location for a few years and I am always satisfied with my experiences! All of the guys are super nice and I love that I can come here and trust that I won't get pressured.Victor was fantastic at my last visit. Really nice and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Used to go out to USA Lube in cantonment, this is my new place and have been multiple times. Great assistance every time, easy, quick, and always personable. Josh especially has been amazing with his people skills and prompt communication. Great work, great workers, and an amazing experience every time i come in. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Victor and Sylvester are fantastic! I got a flat tire in the mall parking lot and Victor came to help get the tire pumped up enough to drive the 1 mile to the shop and they fixed everything from there! So thankful for professional and honest treatment from some great people here!

When I drove in the bay they of course were ready to check out everything. Some people might see this as a service, I see it as somewhat invasive as I simply wanted my oil changed. With dewalt in hand ready to figure out how to access my air filter (quite complicated on my 2019 transit van) I could see they were struggling a bit. I then walked to the front and noticed that the backside of the air filter was loose (not secure) and when I mentioned it, he readjusted it and assured me it was on correctly. The next couple days of driving, I realized the engine just did not sound the same and yes, of course, the air filter was never reattached correctly. Also, they did not use a diverter when draining my oil and allowed the oil to spill all over the crossmember. Most customers, of course would never notice something like that. (Or care) but I do. Don't leak my dirty oil anywhere on my vehicle. And, please ask the customer if they would like other fluids checked before they go, ripping into your engine, like vultures. Funny, I'm the guy that always likes to do things myself like this, once again, I was proven, right.

Thanks to these geniuses I now have to replace the oil cap on my car. Didn't bother to tell me they broke the oil cap, and then charged me for what is definitely an overpriced synthetic oil change. Great job guys!
