Went to get tires and alignment they broke my spoiler on the side of my car and didn't tell me get in my car back it up and it falls off wouldn't recommend them to anyone..

Ask if I use this business, not after my experience this morning (1/11/2023), go in wait my turn, tell the guy (big man with a black beard) that I want to know what tires for my truck would run, goes out gets the numbers off my tire, walks back in with a young lady and starts waiting on her, totally ignoring me at that point. I guess he would rather have her as a customer over me, well she needed the window in her car put back on track, maybe $100, me I needed 4 20 inch tires and a brake job McGee tires on old Palafox got $2400 for doing my tires and brakes, I hope the guy thinks that $100 was worth it for ignoring me.

They recently replaced a belt on my car and the belt kept moving. I brought it back to them 3 or 4 times and they fixed it. It kept happening and they seemed to just do a quick fix. So I brought my car to a different shop. They found the belt had been sprayed so much that it had made a sticky residue around the belt. They never mentioned at all they sprayed the belt just it was fixed. Sadly they are not as honest as they used to be .

Wow. These guys are amazing. I had a flat, that's all. Nothing major. Of course this happened on a Saturday, when all places are short weekend hours. I called these guys to make sure they could patch the tire for me, which of course they could. Dropped by, greeted by some of the friendliest staff I've had the pleasure getting service with. They found the tire was beyond repair and offered a decent used tire at a very affordable price. I was missing a tool required to unscrew the lugs (or whatever they're called), so they had to strip it off and they ordered a couple new ones to be delivered to their store for me. Took about an hour in total, which considering all the work and time they end up putting into my car, and the price I paid, is amazing. Then to top it off, they said I could drop my car off during normal week-day hours to have a full inspection and they'd even drive me down the road to go to work while they have it. First time here and I felt right at home. These guys are amazing and I'm glad that after years of living in Pensacola, I found them, and they're a couple minutes down from my house. Perfect. Definitely give these guys your business!

Excellent service and friendly staff. They are realistic about how long a project will take and they do it right the first time. Their prices are great too considering how good their customer service is. Only downside is that there aren't more places like this! Will recommend to anyone looking for tire/auto repair!

Friendly on phone & in person. Had set of 4 tires installed. Ok price. But... I called to order tires before my arrival & was told a free alignment would be done with this purchase. After tires installed, I looked on receipt & nothing on there about alignment. When I asked I was brushed off with ,"we checked & it didn't need one." My question, shouldn't an alignment be done when a new set of tires is installed anyway? My car clearly needs one & now I feel I can't trust them to do it & now I'll have to go elsewhere to pay for it. Just should've gotten tires wherever I get my alignment done. Lesson learned hard way.

I always take my vehicle to Expert Tune because the people are so nice and it does not cost me an arm and leg to get the work done. The guy at the desk was really nice and kept me updated while I waited for my tires to be changed. My car now rides a lot better than it has in a while with the new goodyear tires on it.

Went in to have a "plug" put in the tire due to road construction debris and they were polite, professional and quick at getting it done.Definitely would recommend this business.

This is the mechanic and service center that I take my vehicles to. Phil and the guys at Expert Tune are highly qualified and are certified by several agencies including ASE, GM, Motocraft etc. Prices are competitive.
